This review is in regards to the service provided by management. I placed an online order early on in the day and my friend went to pick it up at the order time. The manager did not want to release order and asked for me to be present with my credit card and drivers license. My friend had the order number and my email confirmation which I had forwarded to him. The manager did not want to release the order stating that this is their store policy. I even got on the phone and asked the manager to release the order and he would not stating that this is the store owners policy. So I asked him why they don't call ahead of time and inform clients they must bring their drivers license and passport in order to get their Wingstop order. This created a super inconvenience during my event since I had to leave the event and go to the store in order to get the order. In addition, by this time the food already gotten cold. Thank you Wingstop for the poor service. Will never be ordering from them again and highly recommend not dealing with this location. read more

Wingstop is a family favorite at our house. So even though it is pricey for chicken, we eat here because their chicken is good. Crispy, flavorful and they hardly ever mess up your order. The only feedback I would give this Wingstop is to make better fries. They are usually burnt to a dark, unappetizing color and the pieces are tiny and broken. Nothing like what is shown on the ads for fries. Fries are important - they are not some sad afterthought to a a meal. I've been waiting a while for this Wing Stop to open. The 'coming soon' sign had been in the window for months, it seemed. I've never been to any WS location so this was my maiden voyage. Finally went here last night after attending the Laker game. I ordered 2 separate 20 piece classic wings. Why I didn't just get 50 wings, in restrospect, I don't know.... Stoops! HA! The cashier asked if if i wanted the wings 'with the bone'.... For me, there's really no way to eat hot wings or fried wings than WITH the bone so I was a little caught off guard by the question. But WS has options for boneless wings too... One of the 20 pieces for my younger cousins to take home was all lemon pepper flavor. My very own 20 piece was a mix of lemon pepper, garlic parmesan & mild. The lemon pepper was very good. All 20 wings were stuffed in a deep styrofoam container in their paper wrapping to separate the 3 flavors. The wings were crispy, still hot & generally pretty good. Not the biggest wings i've seen but I hope that's not the norm at all Wing Stops. The garlic parmesan lacked some flavor. I felt it could've used more seasoning. The mild was ok... I should have definitely ordered hotter. I just didn't know what to expect. The service was ok. It was an hour from closing so I won't judge on the lack of enthusiasm. But maybe it was only the cashier I had. The wait was a little long... I must've looked at the time twice while waiting. I'm guessing they're still ironing out the kinks being that they just opened recently so I will give them another try soon. We'll see if they've gotten better. read more
