I always go to this wing stop after work or with friends but this visit from yesterday was horrible. The customer service from the employees were not professional whatsoever. Our fries were undercooked after I had asked how long our food would take because they took a while to get our food out. There were even other people who came after us that got their order done first l before my friend and I's order was finished late. I am currently not feeling too well after the fries being undercooked. And, I saw two employees, a cook and one other employee argue at the counter near myself and friends. I usually love wing stop but this spot in Glendale, I will definitely avoid now. I rarely get wings. So it was a pleasant surprise when I came in last night. I had absolutely no expectations. I ordered Mango Habanero bone less wings and they were off the hook. It was sweet and spicy at the same time. I like hot and spicy foods and this was the second hottest flavor. It has a major kick but I enjoyed it. I'm gonna have to come in more often especially on Mondays and Tuesdays when they have 60 cent wings. I am looking forward to trying the other flavors as well and will update when I do so. Worst place to order from! Placed an online order but since the app didn't have a place for special requests decided to call the restaurant. I spoke to an employee which I asked if he can put everything on the Voodoo fries on the side cause obviously when it comes it will be soggy and gross. Went to wing stop because I was craving wings. When I went in the worker was not nice and was not very helpful. I ordered what I thought was: wings, fries, a drink, and side of ranch. I was charged for everything but the drink which I didn't realize I was never charged for. At the end when I got my food I realized I asked for my drink and the worker said she didn't charge me for it. The what I assume was the manager came up and immediately intervened in a manner that was not necessary. I said I was fine without the drink and the matter was over. When I got home I realized I was not given the ranch even though I had paid and ordered it. I've moved back to Glendale after living away from the city for about a decade. To my excitement, I am now close to this Wingstop location. However, the wings here are absolutely horrible. The last 2 times I've gone here, it has been a bad experience, and this last time, being my final time visiting this location, and maybe any other Wingstop location. The sauce flavored wings were dry and had barely any sauce on them. The dry rub flavor we got was pretty much pure salt, it was like biting into a sodium crystal. Wings are not cheap, and for them to be so expensive and so mediocre is extremely disappointing. I was semi thinking of going back and demanding a refund... to which I'm not against. That would probably salvage this bad situation. I suggest going with Hot Wings Cafe if you are craving wings. Except they don't accept Apple Pay, which is all I had on me at the time. Multimillion dollar national franchise. Skimping on an Apple Pay integration. Great. So here's the situation: my wings are a bit late, I have 20 of them, need another dip, and no way to pay for it. I asked politely if it's possible they made a mistake. And if not, can they can make an exception. I'll give them a 5 star review. The La Canada Wingstop had been my regular go to when I lived there, and they are a bit nicer overall. They are the reason I visit Wingstop. This was my first time at the Glendale location She said no. And then proceeded to take the tiny dip of ranch from the counter back to the fridge and walked away. It felt like a taunt. She said it's the managers rules. Extremely disrespectful and couldn't care less attitude. Pretty disappointing. Chik-fil-a, which produces a similar fast casual product will literally shower you in dips if you ask.
