My husband and I went in at 10:10, 50 minutes before closing and were told that they could only do boneless wings because "they were closing soon". If I wanted chicken nuggets, I would have gone to McDonalds. After waiting well over 30 minutes for dry "wings", one of the employees decided to start sweeping the restaurant in the corner that we were eating in. Which would have been fine but she surrounded our infant (in his car seat right next to us) with chairs to sweep under a nearby table. Oh and I had ordered my food to go but apparently they didn't hear me because we were served boats of "wings" on a tray, so we had to box it all up ourselves. Extremely slow. I understand we're going through a rough time as the economy. But you shouldn't "customers that it's gonna take you 30 minutes to make the food. And then end up saying it's going to take another 30 minutes when you arrive to the store. I called the store at 8 PM made my order only 15 wings. The store quoted me no more than 30 minutes. I got to the store by 840 gave them an extra 10 minutes and the girl quoting me another 30 minutes your 2 to 3 orders behind. Again I don't mind waiting but if you got to tell somebody it's gonna be 30 minutes and then you double the time that is absolutely ridiculous. Wingstop app never works. I'm sorry to say I don't recommend this place because they're extremely slow. And it's not worth it when you're telling your customers a different time. We are all going through a hard time I completely get it. But please at least be honest with your customers. If you guys are running a bit behind instead of saying 30 minutes you guys need to tell the customers at least one hour. I'm sorry to say I rather get my business to Buffalo wild wings. Not coming back to this place again. So after waiting all that period of time. I got the food and it was absolutely horrible. It was drenched with grease. I ordered all the wings to be extra wet and they weren't extra wet. The mango habanero was it supposed to be spicy and it absolutely was disgusting. There was no taste in it. This was our 1st time eating at Wing Stop. The PROS: good location, clean building, very nice staff got order ready fast. The CONS: when entering the resteraurant a heavy smell of grease filled the air a ventilation unit is needed it way too strong on stomach, the containers need a huge overhaul, my bag did not make it home the paper bag got wet with greese and basically desinagraded food went everywhere and the paper containers fell apart food ended up in one lump in a pile mess on my counter. Three words plastic, plastic plastic needed. Corn was super hot spicey don't order unless you like it spicey. The food was good bet I feel wings at home are just as good and can make cheaper $1.18 a wing is pricey and not all staff wear gloves when touching food the wing guy did but the girl helping did not won't return. read more

This is the worst Wingstop I have ever been too. I went in yesterday and ordered only 10 of their boneless wings. They were having their 60cent boneless wings deal. So I placed my order at 12:06. Then I waited patiently for my food for over 40mins. I didn't get my food until about 12:50. And then when I finally got my food the order was incorrect. In addition to this, I received my food AFTER people that ordered AFTER me. This was ridiculous. And then when I confronted one of the employees about this she continued to make excuses that people made online orders before me. Yes, I understand that they have other online orders but someone who ordered in store after me with a bigger order, got their food first. I was in the store waiting for my order when the other customers ordered. She continued to brush me off and make excuses. There was no sincere apology or any effort to fix the situation. I left the restaurant annoyed and frustrated. This is not how any customer should feel when leaving any establishment. The service and customer service was horrible. Staff addressed crowd that 10 people max were allowed in lobby...and didn't do anything to direct customers to leave if necessary. Ordered online 1.5 hours ahead, had to stand for 20 minutes after pickup time for food to be ready. 1st time ever at a wingstop, definitely last. The fries are kind of sad but the boneless chicken is really good. HOWEVER... The two times we've ordered from here, they've forgotten something. First it was the drinks, then when we wanted to give their fries a second chance, they forgot them. To be fair, it was a doordash delivery order, so maybe when the pandemic is over I'll give them a third chance in person. For now, I won't be ordering again until they can guarantee they don't forget our items. It's a shame because their boneless crispy chicken is addicting. Updated; I had waited an hour and a half for food and had to leave for work, so left without my food, even though I'd paid. I had to call back a few times myself, and the manager was not able to issue a refund on my card but they did issue a $20 credit for next time I go there. My experience at Wingstop was bad enough that I took the time to download Yelp so I could write a review. Rude staff when ordering. When I arrived home to eat I discovered my order was completely wrong. So I called, and the manager said they remembered the order but that I was mistaken and the order was in fact correct. Not even close. I was given the opportunity to receive eight dollars worth of credit the next time I come in. My order cost $14. The wings I did end up getting we're lackluster at best.
