We ordered a Bellagio combo to try out. This location is in a very busy strip mall. Right between Safeway and Liquor store. Plenty of parking The pizza looks delicious. Good amount of ingredients. Regular crust is not crispy and very good textured. The crust comes in regular, thin or thick. I was pretty wowed by the taste of the pizza. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. Good fulfilling pizza for dinner. read more

Very delicious! Great choice. Thank you. I'm now a regular. I love pizza and this place is a good choice m. I was very very pleased.

I called Bellagios Pizza in Sellwood on SuperBowl Sunday around 11 am wanting to try to get my order in before the rush for a later delivery. I talked to Jordan, took my order and extremely helpful. We set a 5:15 delivery and at 5:20, pizza's were here. All perfect as ordered and Customer Service at its best. read more

Just Ridiculous, ordered two pizza's, one was correct the other was not what we ordered. When we called to let them know we received the wrong pizza, there was no apology, just an inquisition. They asked what they wanted us to do about it, I felt it was simple, make the correct pizza. They made this no way top priority, just wait times are now 45mins. So 45 mins go by, arrive to pick up the correct pizza.... And when I get here, the pizza hasn't even hit the oven, Such poor customer service, what frustrates even more, is the slight of the hand request for tip with each purchase. What did we tip for? service? Food?- we received none of the above. Any normal business would do what they can to make a situation right. Not this place. Very sad. read more

The pizza was very good . The order was correct and ready on time. I will definitely order from this place again.

Amazing pizza got the Italian Chicken and the pesto cheesesticks the marinara sauce and the garlic sauce was very flavorful

The best "American" style pizza in town. We order at least once a month. The jahlalujah sounds weird but it's so good.

To the ((( OWNERS)))) your manager has the employees pass out tips cash while they are working! Employees are touching the dirty cash with their hands and continue to touch the ingredients with their hands! Without washing their hands that is disgusting and nasty! (((DO BETTER!!))) as a long time customer I will not be returning! read more

Favorite pizza place food is amazing. You get your food quickly. No indoor seating definitely a grab and go!

Food was good, but i was checking my bank account and was charged different prices for a slice of pizza, for some reason the last time i went in the lady helping me "skipped the tip" button, it's really low to steal a tip from someone without asking. will not be going here again. read more

Love their pizzas. Always order from them. But saw them tonight not using gloves at all when they prepare your pizzas. All ingredients are put on your pie with bare hands :(((( I know somebody gonna say "they probably wash them" but no thanks for me!!! Cashier said and I quote: "Go ahead and make a complaint to the owners that's their decision we don't use gloves!" read more

I wish I read the reviews here before we ordered. The lack of hand washing and glove-wearing makes me feel so grossed out. We never had Bellagio's till yesterday and it was underwhelming. I customized a small Margherita and they didn't prepare it the way I ordered it. It was way too heavy with cheese and too dry. The jalapeño breadsticks were really chewy and tough around the edges, as if they had been made hours earlier and reheated before they were put in the box. The large combo pizza was reported to be "fine" but absolutely buried in toppings, which is good if you like a half-pound of sliced olives rolling off your slices. The spinach side salad was fresh, generously-sized, and good but the single side of dressing wasn't full and not enough. I also bit down on a large olive pit that was buried in it. read more

We've gone toBellagios for quite a bit now and they sadly used to be way better. They have really good sauce and really good pizza, but every time we ask for extra cheese, it is the CHINTZIEST amount of cheese ever. They used to put way more on there. This last time I specifically called (because I usually order through the app) to tell a person to add extra cheese because we've asked for it quite a few times and they haven't really been giving us extra AT ALL. He quickly disregarded me and didn't acknowledge what I said at all. I went to pick up the pizza and lo and behold, a teeny amount of cheese (see attached picture). I politely complained and said, "gee that really doesn't look like a lot of cheese" and the same guy cited policy saying that management only allowed them 3 oz of extra cheese for a large pizza. $2 for less than half a cup of cheese. Not the employees fault (even though he snubbed me on the phone... rude). That's really BS. The cheese doesn't even cover the pizza. I can't believe this is a policy at a pizza place! It really sucks when you get hooked on a place and then they start to suck... Bummer. Don't go here if you like a sufficient amount of cheese on pizza. I'd hate to see what a pizza without extra cheese looks like now. read more

I enjoy their pizza very much Live right down the street so it's very convenient and the workers are Very kind

Very expensive pizza with a cheap looking pizza with no thrill!!! Pizza was delivered and left it in the porch during wet and cold weather without a doorbell. We've picked up, it was cold! We've spoke to a manager to request money back, then manager hang up on me. That's a big no no to that!!! Contact to the corporation for a better management and training on the job. Amazing work thank you for making my day when I'm not able to cook. Small chicken garlic pizza and you do 10/10 everytime!!

Gluten free pizza was delicious , I've been searching for a good one, even my GF family members liked it!

During a walk one night we saw this sign on a car and decided to give them a try since they deliver. The first time we ordered the BBQ chicken pizza. It was alright. It lacked sauce. The next time we ordered the meaty pizza. It wasn't as good. The 3rd time we decided to try the BBQ chicken pizza and OMG it was SO good. That was the standard. Tonight we ordered the BBQ chicken pizza again since it was so good last time. But tonight we're disappointed as there was barely any sauce and absolutely no BBQ sauce. It was a BBQ chicken pizza without the BBQ. The dough is good and I actually eat the crust. But this place is so inconsistent, and I've been disappointed more than I've been satisfied. read more

I'm leaving a review on the Sunnyside location - but really, this review is appropriate for the Sellwood and Barbur locations as well. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they were operated by the same person. This review has unfortunately been a long time coming. I have completely stopped ordering from the Sellwood store altogether due to their inability to make our order correctly, their inability to deliver something anywhere near the timeframe they quote you, and their inability to make an order on time when you're picking it up. This experience spilled over to the Barbur store, and has now continued at the Sunnyside location. I don't want to be mean, but I'm honestly just mind fucking blown at these stores inability to read an order correctly and then execute the pizza correctly. I don't understand why it is wrong almost every single time. Perhaps people would put more effort into the staffs tips if the staff chose to put more effort into making a pizza correctly. And after tonight, I'm just not sure why they can't cook a pizza all the way before handing it out. Our cheese isn't even melted all the way through, and we're missing toppings we paid for. If they could get their shit together - they'd have some of the best pizza in town. I can't suggest spending time or money in this franchise though until they figure something out. Their care of their community died with their ability to correctly make your order. Unfortunately this seems to be the way in most restaurants in Portland anymore. Make pizza at home - I promise you'll have all your toppings and it will be cooked all the way! read more

we placed an order for 12:15p.m, and i understand that the workers need some time to handle all the orders. from my previous experiences with Bellagios, the wait has always been reasonable and timely. however, today my dad experienced the worst customer service. he was told by a worker there after waiting over an hour for our order that he (my dad) should wait till 2 and that they are short of staff. he was also told that they could hire him to be a driver for $25. now i'm not sure what the staff members' intentions was, but to us this behavior was completely unacceptable and inappropriate. other patrons were compensated for, like a free soda or apologized to, but my dad felt discriminated against and let down by the service we received today. we will not be coming back. read more

2nd time I've ordered my favorite pizza the way I like it, and 2nd time I got something I didn't like. On top of it being prepared wrong, it was too spicy hot to eat for either of us and we had to toss it. I see on Yelp ratings have slipped to 3 stars. It hurts my soul that they can't get it right, because when they do follow the instructions, the pizza is the best around. I'll have to find somewhere else to order from now. What an absolute shame! read more

This pizza is so good! No idea why people give less than 5 stars. You will like this place. Also the people that complain about no gloves... You realize the pizza is backed at 500 degrees for 8 minutes... then the pizza is not touched after it comes out of the oven. Hand washing is constant. I watched them. You complain about price? Why not blame the federal reserve on making your money worthless instead. Bellagios could do what other restaurants do with shrinkflation but that's just dishonest. read more

Why do I bother giving them another chance? Every single time we order delivery from them it takes literally 90 minutes to 2 hours!! Yet the ETA states 30-40 min and they never ever give us a discount or refund or even a response! Definitely the last time I will ever waste my time and money. read more

I think they get slammed and things become a hectic mess. They have lost my order, gotten my order mixed up and taken over an hour and a half to make it, even when I pick it up myself. The trick now is to call before I come to verify that it is ready. Pizza is pretty good, and close. read more

Ordered online but my order was incorrect when I picked it up. They were friendly and remade my pizza correctly but had to wait. That wasn't the issue, mistakes happen. While I was waiting, an employee came inside from his break drinking a drink. Then touched his mask a bunch trying to get it to fit right. Then went right over to touching ingredients...without washing his hands! Gross! Then he got some sauce on his hand and came to wipe it off without a paper towel. Still didn't wash his hands. No gloves, nothing. I'm glad he wasn't in there when I had my pizza cooking at least but I won't return based on gross factor. read more

The pizza is always top notch, can not say the same for delivery. Pizza was supposed to be here at 7:15. Then 7:25. It is now 7:45. 10-15 more minutes. I called to find out where our dinner was. When the delivery is outsourced, in this case to grubhub, the customer loses. Next time, we will pick-up. read more

Our Thin crust pizza done right and chicken wings the way we like them on the more done side. Thank you Bellagio's. We needed this from you!

Ordered online tonight for pickup. Was told 30 mins, got there 30 mins later. The pizza hadn't been started yet. Was told it'll take ten mins, 29 mins later we got the pizza. If you are on a schedule I wouldn't recommend ordering Bellagios. Pizza itself was good, but they left out an ingredient. Tried to give feedback on their website but it keeps kicking you off by saying you didn't answer the question properly. read more

When we crave a pizza, Bellagios is the place we call. The Bellagio Combo has the perfect balance of sauce, meat and veggies!

The first time I came here, the pizza was amazing. The second and third times, the toppings and cheese seemed awfully skimpy. Not sure what the inconsistency is due to. read more

I always have good service here! 20+ pizzas and they always get it right, only once we had a small issue but they were so helpful and fixed us up with a free replacement. Ordered via Grubhub. The delivery was on the very last minute of the delivery "window". And when the pizza arrived it was less than satisfactory. It was cold and chewy tasted like it was cooked yesterday and delivered today. I ordered the pizza at 4 and got it at 6 and it was a cheese pizza with extra cheese (although with the looks and taste of the pizza I paid for extra cheese and didn't get it). It I'll be hard for me to order from here again. The pizza was cold and chewy on arrival.... read more

Last time we order from Bellagios. While placing a delivery order, an employee asked which type of wings we'd like and provided us with 3 options--bbq, spicy or oven roasted--and we selected bbq. Order arrived an hour later with no wings. Called the location and spoke to "Abby" who informed us that the bbq wings her coworker offered us and added to our order were no longer available. She said only 2 types of wings are available, so I said that's fine, just send whatever you have. Then she had the audacity to say she was going to charge me another delivery fee (in addition to the one they already f'd up). I said that's unacceptable and if anyone should pay another delivery fee, it should be your new employee who offered and let us order something that doesn't exist there. She said "no, I'm not going to do that and you're going to pay it." This place really went down the drain. We ordered here weekly and will never order again. read more

Not sure why this place seems to forget a key ingredient every time I order this pizza but this isn't the first time they have forgotten to put tomatoes on the garlic chicken. I heel like this place has gone downhill in the past year or 2. Pizza just not as good as in the past. The lat 2 times we have ordered we have done so online. Both times they gave us a arrival time for pick up. And both times our pizzas were not even in the oven when we arrived for pick up. We have had to sit and wait 30 minutes each time. Then they remind you of all the extra you need to pay for because online doesn't allow to process some of them. If our order is 30 minutes late, I think they could suck up a $4 charge. read more

Went to pick up the pizza and my nine year old had to use the restroom. They told me it's not for the public. The sheer Lack of common courtesy and compassion they showed has resulted in a lifelong ban of the company and negative word of mouth ground roots campaign has been initiated.
