Just Ridiculous, ordered two pizza's, one was correct the other was not what we ordered. When we called to let them know we received the wrong pizza, there was no apology, just an inquisition. They asked what they wanted us to do about it, I felt it was simple, make the correct pizza. They made this no way top priority, just wait times are now 45mins. So 45 mins go by, arrive to pick up the correct pizza.... And when I get here, the pizza hasn't even hit the oven, Such poor customer service, what frustrates even more, is the slight of the hand request for tip with each purchase. I wish I read the reviews here before we ordered. The lack of hand washing and glove-wearing makes me feel so grossed out. We never had Bellagio's till yesterday and it was underwhelming. I customized a small Margherita and they didn't prepare it the way I ordered it. It was way too heavy with cheese and too dry. The jalapeño breadsticks were really chewy and tough around the edges, as if they had been made hours earlier and reheated before they were put in the box. The large combo pizza was reported to be "fine" but absolutely buried in toppings, which is good if you like a half-pound of sliced olives rolling off your slices. The spinach side salad was fresh, generously-sized, and good but the single side of dressing wasn't full and not enough. I also bit down on a large olive pit that was buried in it. read more

We've gone toBellagios for quite a bit now and they sadly used to be way better. They have really good sauce and really good pizza, but every time we ask for extra cheese, it is the CHINTZIEST amount of cheese ever. They used to put way more on there. This last time I specifically called (because I usually order through the app) to tell a person to add extra cheese because we've asked for it quite a few times and they haven't really been giving us extra AT ALL. He quickly disregarded me and didn't acknowledge what I said at all. I went to pick up the pizza and lo and behold, a teeny amount of cheese (see attached picture). I politely complained and said, "gee that really doesn't look like a lot of cheese" and the same guy cited policy saying that management only allowed them 3 oz of extra cheese for a large pizza. $2 for less than half a cup of cheese. Not the employees fault (even though he snubbed me on the phone... rude). That's really BS. The cheese doesn't even cover the pizza. I can't believe this is a policy at a pizza place! It really sucks when you get hooked on a place and then they start to suck... Bummer. Don't go here if you like a sufficient amount of cheese on pizza. During a walk one night we saw this sign on a car and decided to give them a try since they deliver. The first time we ordered the BBQ chicken pizza. It was alright. It lacked sauce. The next time we ordered the meaty pizza. It wasn't as good. The 3rd time we decided to try the BBQ chicken pizza and OMG it was SO good. That was the standard. Tonight we ordered the BBQ chicken pizza again since it was so good last time. But tonight we're disappointed as there was barely any sauce and absolutely no BBQ sauce. It was a BBQ chicken pizza without the BBQ. The dough is good and I actually eat the crust. But this place is so inconsistent, and I've been disappointed more than I've been satisfied. read more

I'm leaving a review on the Sunnyside location - but really, this review is appropriate for the Sellwood and Barbur locations as well. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they were operated by the same person. This review has unfortunately been a long time coming. I have completely stopped ordering from the Sellwood store altogether due to their inability to make our order correctly, their inability to deliver something anywhere near the timeframe they quote you, and their inability to make an order on time when you're picking it up. This experience spilled over to the Barbur store, and has now continued at the Sunnyside location. I don't want to be mean, but I'm honestly just mind fucking blown at these stores inability to read an order correctly and then execute the pizza correctly. I don't understand why it is wrong almost every single time. Perhaps people would put more effort into the staffs tips if the staff chose to put more effort into making a pizza correctly. And after tonight, I'm just not sure why they can't cook a pizza all the way before handing it out. Our cheese isn't even melted all the way through, and we're missing toppings we paid for. If they could get their shit together - they'd have some of the best pizza in town. I can't suggest spending time or money in this franchise though until they figure something out. Their care of their community died with their ability to correctly make your order. Unfortunately this seems to be the way in most restaurants in Portland anymore. we placed an order for 12:15p.m, and i understand that the workers need some time to handle all the orders. from my previous experiences with Bellagios, the wait has always been reasonable and timely. however, today my dad experienced the worst customer service. he was told by a worker there after waiting over an hour for our order that he (my dad) should wait till 2 and that they are short of staff. he was also told that they could hire him to be a driver for $25. now i'm not sure what the staff members' intentions was, but to us this behavior was completely unacceptable and inappropriate. other patrons were compensated for, like a free soda or apologized to, but my dad felt discriminated against and let down by the service we received today. we will not be coming back. read more

2nd time I've ordered my favorite pizza the way I like it, and 2nd time I got something I didn't like. On top of it being prepared wrong, it was too spicy hot to eat for either of us and we had to toss it. I see on Yelp ratings have slipped to 3 stars. Ordered online but my order was incorrect when I picked it up. They were friendly and remade my pizza correctly but had to wait. That wasn't the issue, mistakes happen. While I was waiting, an employee came inside from his break drinking a drink. Then touched his mask a bunch trying to get it to fit right. Then went right over to touching ingredients...without washing his hands! Gross! Then he got some sauce on his hand and came to wipe it off without a paper towel. Still didn't wash his hands. If you are on a schedule I wouldn't recommend ordering Bellagios. Pizza itself was good, but they left out an ingredient. I always have good service here! 20+ pizzas and they always get it right, only once we had a small issue but they were so helpful and fixed us up with a free replacement. Order arrived an hour later with no wings. Called the location and spoke to "Abby" who informed us that the bbq wings her coworker offered us and added to our order were no longer available. She said only 2 types of wings are available, so I said that's fine, just send whatever you have. Then she had the audacity to say she was going to charge me another delivery fee (in addition to the one they already f'd up). I said that's unacceptable and if anyone should pay another delivery fee, it should be your new employee who offered and let us order something that doesn't exist there. I heel like this place has gone downhill in the past year or 2. Pizza just not as good as in the past. The lat 2 times we have ordered we have done so online. Both times they gave us a arrival time for pick up. And both times our pizzas were not even in the oven when we arrived for pick up. We have had to sit and wait 30 minutes each time. Then they remind you of all the extra you need to pay for because online doesn't allow to process some of them. If our order is 30 minutes late, I think they could suck up a $4 charge. read more
