Wingstop in Happy Valley is one of my favorite places when I'm craving wings. My son had wings somewhere else recently, and while they were decent, I told him, "If you want to know what good wings taste like, we're going to Wingstop." The second we walked in, he spotted the hottest wings on the menu like it was some kind of life challenge. He ordered a six-piece with three Pineapple (the mildest flavor) and three of the hottest wings they make. I went with the Hot Honey Rub, one of my favorites. After his first bite, he looked me dead in the eyes and said, "They're not even that hot." Meanwhile, this kid had an ice cube in his mouth, was inhaling his soda like it was oxygen, and was putting away ranch faster than the kitchen could refill it. His face was turning so red I thought Wingstop had started serving sunburns. Naturally, I had to try one. At first I thought, "That's it?" Then about thirty seconds later it hit me like a freight train. By the time we made it to the parking lot, my mouth felt like I'd gargled lava. I was half expecting the fire department to pull up. I'll admit, the hottest flavor wasn't my favorite when it comes to taste, but if your goal is to test your life choices, it'll definitely get the job done. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and even though they were busy, our food came out fresh and surprisingly fast. If you're a wing fan, I highly recommend the Happy Valley Wingstop. I can't speak for every location, but this one has never let me down. Just don't be the guy claiming, "It's not that hot," while hugging your drink like it's a life raft. read more

Great wings and fries with plenty of good sauce and the guy that worked that was super nice

Food quality is unacceptable. The wings have hair all over them. It's understandable to have some here and there but not on half of the wings in the order. This location always disappoints. Make the extra 10 min drive and go to the 82nd ave location near LA Fitness. read more

Wingstop is open late which is a bonus for late nighters. The restaurant is nice and regular nothing spectacular but it is clean. The service is pretty good actually, from what I expected it to be. I usually get the boneless wings, fries and veggie sticks. I don't care for all the flavors they have for the chicken but I love hot honey 8.5 out of 10 garlic Parmesan 8.5 out of 10 and lemon pepper 7.5 out of 10. Wing stop is nothing fancy but for the hours they're open and they are actually decent wings, it's worth keeping them in your pocket! read more

Remarkable Service & Flavor! Wingstop never disappoints -- but this time, the real star was Britney! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such warmth and professionalism that it instantly made my day. Britney went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect, double-checking everything with a smile and genuine care. You can tell she takes pride in her work and truly values every customer. The wings were hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious -- but Britney's incredible customer service made the whole experience unforgettable. If you're heading to Wingstop, go see Britney. She's amazing, friendly, and represents exactly what great service should be. Great food. Exceptional service. Britney makes Wingstop a five-star experience read more

Even single time I have ordered from this location, they completely failed on the order. If your order is correct, good for you.

Food always takes forever. Even if they tell you it will be ready in 1 hour, expect to wait 1 hour and a half. Half the time they forget to put sauce or dry rub on the wings. Even if they do remember to put seasoning/sauce on the wings they never put enough to even cover them. I always leave disappointed. read more

I understand its not the employees fault if an online order doesn't pop up for them, however fixing this problem should be high priority, instead I sat for 50 min waiting for my food, because they wouldnt start cooking until they called the manager, they came back and asked what our order was 4 or 5 times and when we started on our drive home we realized we were missing the only food that I had personally ordered. So after I waited 50 min, I had no food and we were already on the freeway back to Washington. We called and asked for a refund or credit on my account because this was ridiculous, they hung up on us. read more

Fantastic service. Camillie was fantastic. Super fast service and really kind of very clean facilities.

Allizey was amazing! very helpful, kind and had great service! the facility was clean and she was really friendly to my kids

I don't know who needs to hear this, but it's so distracting having your kitchen music and lobby music playing at the same time. Kitchen music is fine, so turn off the generic lobby music. Food is okay. Not much to say about this place other than the fact that it always seems woefully understaffed. read more

The woman working the night shifts is rude to customers and talks over customers. She also talked about not coming in to work, I know this was a joke to another coworker but maybe she shouldn't of hated her job that much to go out of her way to be rude to customers. The food was not good quality as-well as the time and we waited over an hour for it. read more

This was the most awful food we've had in a very long time! The chicken sandwich was dry and the chicken tenders were greasy and the seasoning had a strange texture and flavor. The fries were limp, soggy and tasted old. One and done . read more

This is the worst wingstop in the clackamas/happy Vally area for curriers. They make us fill the drinks, and now they feel they need to be the ones watching our screen while we hit the confirm button. This does not in fact prevent food thrives from stealing your orders. It does irritate us, and make our deliveries slower. I can not hit confirm on my phone without being the one actually looking at my screen. It's a ridiculous measure that doesn't actually prevent anything. Their food is also not as good as the other shops I've eaten at which is weird for a chain store. read more

Just ugh! The food was ready on time, at least the items that were included. The vegetable portion was dismal, 4 carrots and 3 celery pieces? The cheese fries were left out and it didn't even look like the dips were attempted to cover. Everything in the bag was coated with ranch! Just really disappointed. In the past they've forgotten a dip or to include a veggie order but this was indeed excessive. read more

i get they're busy but why are people not checking orders before handing them out? it's really not that difficult to check what you're putting in peoples bags before handing orders out. they gave me corn instead of my 3pc tenders and i had to drive all the way back and wait for them to remake my order, and when calling requesting a remake the employee sounded annoyed like that's somehow an unreasonable request. usually they're pretty nice at this location too so very disappointing, i guess i have to expo my own orders from now on since that is clearly not a standard at wingstop read more

Cancelled my delivery order after an hour and a half of trying to find a human being to explain what in the hell was going on. Nice to see this location close to home. They're only doing takeout right now. Wait for our food order was long-ish while many people had to go orders. Some seasonings were saltier than othersm. Cajun fries had a kick to it. Went back for a second round and they gave us two extra wings and messed up on the fry order. I Still recommend coming to this place for some good finger licking chicken! read more

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Just don't. This review is based on the online ordering provided. The food took 2 hours to get to us. About 45 minutes after I had placed an order, the manager called to inform us that the first driver had taken our food and cancelled the order. They will go ahead and redo our order and send it with the new driver. Another 35 minutes go by, she called again but this time to let us know that the flavor that we ordered had run out. The family is now running low on patience, so we just picked another sauce. The clock is now slowly creeping towards two hours. The online link provided kept giving us a false estimate. I finally called and she said they were packing up everything to send to us. The manager was very nice and tried her best but it was such a horrible experience. Will probably never order from here again unless I have a couple of hours to spare. read more

I'm appalled! Fiancé was craving wings. Did a search and this place was nearby. Doesn't look like much from the outside, and isn't any better when you walk in. Two POS systems. One for credit only. I was paying in cash. Cashier called for assistance, he couldn't ring cash sales. No cash in the register so waited for what I'm assuming was the shift leader. Placed order for dine-in. Was told it would be a 35 minute wait. Okay. Sat down at a table, then moved to another because it was dirty. Watched people come and go with carry out orders. One other table with dine in customers. The cashier was on his phone almost the entire time we waited. Half of the tables were in need of bussing and the floor was sticky. Our order was bagged "to go". All the wings were put in one carry out container, flavours separated by paper. Too many for the container. Fries were in a paper carry out basket. Professionalism is sorely lacking here. Cashier shouted back to co workers for info about carry out orders as customers came in for pickup. He actually went to the mens' room at one point, removed his uniform shirt before going in. Was in full view of the seating area. Stayed for over 10 minutes while other customers went to door to use the facilities. Yikes. He came out, stood in the dining room to put his uniform shirt back on! Sadly, the wings we're actually very good. Presentation was horrific. I guess for carry out orders it's acceptable. For dine in, not so much. read more

Unbelievable. Ordered the new chicken sandwich and they gave me the chicken sandwich as a medium rare sandwich. Didn't know it came like that. If we didn't cut the sandwich in half, we prob have ate several bites already. Don't bother on ordering a chicken sandwich here unless you're interested in eating medium rare chicken. Wings here are stingy with the sauce, more than 75% of the time lacking sauce. read more

Randomly found this place opened on Friday last week, and it was busy. The staff was fast to greet and set expectations regarding wait time upfront. My order of medium meal: 8 wings, fries or veggies, and a drink took about 18 min. There were plenty of seating as a lot of people were picking up online orders. My wings came out hot and crispy. I prefer dry rubbed wings as they are less messy and more crisp. There were 3 dry rub flavors to choose from and with 8 wings- you can choose 2. I got the Louisiana and the Lemon Pepper. Definitely preferred the lemon pepper more as the Louisiana was a bit butter tasting. Overall, for a new place - it was running very efficiently and the food was good. The reason for the 4 stars is I did not like my fries. They gave me a generous basket of it but I didn't like the special seasoning. It was sweet and savory -- a potato fry that tasted like a sweet potato. It was too confusing for my taste buds and after eating the 8 wings- I didn't need the fries. Great to have be able to get wings near Happy Valley instead of restaurant appetizer wings. Easy parking! read more

Great food, but service is lacking. I stood near the doorway for about 5 minutes before the girl behind the counter addressed me on whether I'd like to order. No one else waiting to order, but there were a few folks waiting to grab deliveries. But nothing was ready, no food was waiting. Takes forever to get your food. None of their staff wears gloves. The guy who took the trash out was making wings right after then grabbing utensils for delivery orders, they will all touch your forks, straws, cup lids, food, etc... with no gloves. The wait was longer than quoted and I was the only person who had walked in to order. One of their employees ordered and made his own food and left to eat it, all the while I had been the only person standing in their store waiting on food. It was just weird. The food really is great! Their parmesan wings and korean wings (the 2 flavors I got) were really savory, buttery, just all around good. Was surprised that they have really good ranch! read more

If you are already having a bad day, give it a shot. But if you are having a good day, I wouldn't risk going in. The food wasn't terrible, but the staff REALLY didn't want to be there. There is no music or anything so you just sit there listening to the sound of wings slopping around bowls of sauce and the staff groaning when you ask for napkins. On the plus side they had a cool soda dispenser. read more

I ordered the 10 original wing meal with seasoned fries and a drink. I place the order online. The drink was your standard root beer, the fries were cold and not seasoned. But wasn't happy that the fries were not seasoned when they said they would be. read more

I have been going to Wingstop for years at the SE and NE locations. I go to the Clackamas/Sunnyside location as it is the closest to my house. My biggest issue with this location is 1) seasoning 2) crisp The main factors in a restaurant chain that specializes in chicken. This was the fourth occasion where only one side of the chicken was seasoned. If I am paying over a dollar per mini wing/thigh...is it reasonable to hold the location to the standard that pieces would at least be covered front and back? SEE PICTURES. Secondly, there is an issue with how hard the chicken was. I am a big fan of crunch and crisp, however, this location produces fried pieces that are nearly rock hard. Today I ordered 15 wings: only 7 pieces were barely covered in garlic sauce, 2 pieces had 2/3 of meat on the bone, and 6 tasted fully bland. SEE PICTURE. Bummer as the Clackamas location is more convenient, but I will be making the drive to other Portland locations and I will be recommending the same for others. read more

I'm a huge fan of Wingstop, it's my goto takeout food but... this location has already fallen to the low ranks of poorly prepared, lack of consistency and obvious poorly motivated staff. I've ordered from this location for lunch and dinner at least 10 times since they opened and every time they've way under delivered! The wings are usually poorly prepared ranging from under cooked to poorly sauced. They have a menu option for well done fries and extra seasoning I've chosen it every-time and never gotten well done fries or extra seasoning their always limp, cold and underwhelming. Unfortunately it's the closest one to me so I guess I'll keep complaining to the manager until they do something about it. read more

The wings are amazing, especially the lemon pepper ones. It's a great place to go when you're hungry.

How about a 45 minute wait time at 3:00 PM on a weekday! Reviews tend to be consistent here about poor service. Obviously there are training, capacity, and motivation issues with the staff (and owners) at this establishment. They told me it will be 15 minutes for a simple single-person order, which is still too long for a fast food place, and then just dilly dallied at DMV workers pace. Not sure how the owners let it get so bad. The food is good once you get it. read more
