The employees were nice and efficient and order made fresh in 5-6 minutes after ordering. Place appeared pretty clean but boxes in front area near restrooms seemed like they should be stored out of view. We would not hesitate to return and order it again. We would ask for more final sauce and perhaps extra chicken to make it a crazy chicke n bomb !

What's even more telling is that the manager only told us not to pay for our drinks after we made it clear we would be leaving a review. That says everything about how they handle issues--reactive, not proactive. For anyone questioning whether this actually happened, I am attaching my receipt as proof that I was there and a photo of our drinks with the bartender and manager talking in the background. This place is wildly overrated. Poor service, terrible communication, and zero regard for customers' time. If I could leave zero stars, I would--but unfortunately Yelp doesn't allow that. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
