this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced first I didn't get a greeting at all. Not only was there and argument going on between a small white guy and Hispanic man on the grill but their soda machine was bad and tasted like carbonated water .Plus my fries we're soggy and my burger was sloppy. Big issue with this place particularly because five guys has a great reputation in my mind but at this the fries are not well done and when you order a medium fries, they don't even fill a cup up all the way, and there's no extra fries in the bottom of the bag so like why would you ever go to this place? As a person who enjoys burgers, this was a huge disappointment. The employees were super uncaring, and the food was made extremely slowly. To list a few problems, we ordered a couple of bacon cheeseburgers. The burgers came after around 20 minutes missing any bacon, one of the orders being wrong. I asked the employee to add bacon, to which the reply was there was none. This meant we were down around three dollars as the added bacon is around one extra dollar. The bathroom was dirty and smelly, and so were the tables we sat down at. One of the fountain drinks wasn't working, pouring some sort of disgusting mix of sparkling water and syrup. The overall experience, between the dirty floors, cold stale buns, dirty bathrooms, and bad, lazy, slow customer service, puts this rating at a worth of one star. Mom & I came here before seeing a movie & I'm glad I chose it as it was within very close walking distance to Regal Cypress Creek. Five Guys is the best fast food burger around (I will fight you if you think otherwise). I always get the little burger with a plethora of toppings and little fries. The little fries are large enough to share, even among 3 people. We couldn't finish them. Anyway, the lobby was kind of dead and there weren't many people. The girl taking our order didn't seem to want to be there and was kind of hard to understand, but my burger came out good. The guys making the burgers were working hard and were being nice. I've been to this restaurant before as well as as to a couple of their other locations. But it's been quite a while since I was here last. We stopped in as we need a place for a fast bite before heading over to catch a movie. We decided this would be the quickest place to grab something. We each ordered their regular burger and shared A small order of fries and a drink. I'd forgotten that their regular burger consists of two patties. I wound up taking one off the bun and taking it home (along with half the fries). The burger was large and perfectly cooked. I got mine with lettuce and green peppers and some pickle chips on the side. I added my own ketchup. My husband likes mayo, mustard, and onions so that's what he had them add. Each burger came exactly as ordered. The small fries are a lot, as well. The entire bottom of the bag was filled with fries along with an overflowing cupful of them. More than enough to share. Everything was fresh and tasty. Actually, this was one of the better burgers I've had in awhile -- and certainly the best fast food one. While waiting for our order to be cooked, we snacked on their free peanuts. They are salted in their shells and are addictive. I couldn't stop eating them. Eeek! The place is brightly lit. It was clean. Service is at the counter -- ordering and then pickup -- and all went smoothly. Guess I know where I'll be when next craving a burger. read more

The reason for only three stars is because it's very overpriced. A bacon cheeseburger is almost $10. That's ridiculous. French fries are over $3. A drink is $2.50. You could buy the ingredients at Whole Foods and pay less. I don't come here often because of the cost. If it were more reasonable, I'd eat here more often. read more

This restaurant was empty so we were apprehensive of even going inside, however we remembered years ago that we went to another location (which is closed down now) that was a great atmosphere and delicious food. The cashier had great customer service (short white guy was very good with suggesting us to share the large "small" order of fries) and the cook ( regular height black guy with the red dyed tips on his dreadlocks) made the food. Please excuse me in describing them in this manner for I didn't get their names. So the service was great and the food was delicious!!! This food is entirely too expensive for them to get the orders wrong so often. I used to love this place when I was a kid, but I have to stop coming here because $18 is too much money to pay for a randomized meal. Between this location and the Coral Springs location, the last 3 orders I got were wrong. The ingredients are fresh, and the food is indeed good, but I feel like I'm being forced to stop coming here because what is the point of ordering food if you know it will be missing ingredients? My friend and I have replaced Five Guys with Charhut. They're more reasonably priced, their food is delicious and they never get it wrong. Five guys was good! I ordered a double hamburger and my hubby got one too with 'everything' on it. Any toppings they have listed is free. I wish they had some different options of cheese but they only have American. The burgers were a little greasy but I guess most real burgers are. The fries seem to be freshly cut. Not only do they taste nice and fresh but the skins from the potatoes are somewhat still left on the french fries. Try them with vinegar and ketchup. That was a first for me. With the right ratio though, this is a good combo. Finally, the price is reasonable and there are tables to eat inside or out. The kitchen is also pretty open so you can see the chefs making your hamburger. Beware: once you have their burgers, you might crave them often! read more

Went here with a coworker for lunch on Friday afternoon around 1 PM. As expected, they were really busy because it is the lunch hour. Our food came very quickly and was hot and fresh. The store is a little loud, maybe they need to turn the music down, but other than that it's a great place to grab a great burger. read more

I saw that this fine establishment is rated at 3 stars, and feel morally obligated to tell the people about my experiences with them. First, though, I want to point out that this is a fast food restaurant. Do not expect anything more than that. However, this fast food happens to be special. None of them come anywhere near Gilbert's 17, Charm City, ROK:BGR, Jack's Old Fashion, the award winners served at the Alibi or for that matter the taste and quality of what you can get even at a Shula's. Of those that I have been to, however, I put this particular one at the bottom of the Five Guys list of burger places to go to. Maybe it's because they are so new, but the service and help seem particularly lackadaisical at this location and unlike at other locations, I didn't even get a full bag of fries with my order. It's a good burger. Not the best I've ever had, but good. I stopped in here following a movie at Regal Cinema (Casablanca) and it was a Wednesday evening. It wasn't crowded at all. I added American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion (ketchup, mustard and mayo) to my burger. Unlike fast food joints, Five Guys takes it time. No rushing to serve the food. The young lady said my order would be ready in about seven minutes. In the interim, I checked in on both Yelp and FourSquare and left a tip to complain about the 7-minute wait. Actually, I was just kidding. I didn't do that. In fact, I didn't mind the wait at all. They give you a cup full of fries that spill over into the brown paper bag. Too many fries for one individual, but perfect for sharing with two or three people. This is my second visit to a Five Guys, but the first at this location. I recall both visits were similar in all respects, which suggests consistency. Stop in and try for yourself. For me, it was just okay. read more
