The grilled soy ginger salmon was on a bed of veggies (bok choy, Napa cabbage, onions, peppers) the one that's currently on the menu was basically on two inedible pieces of bok choy and a bed of rice I couldn't even break and chew the bok choy. Our server Ava was very attentive and sweet even gave a beautiful little treat for a birthday dessert ( not a chocolate fan but her energy made the dessert amazing ). After we paid our check we asked Ava for a manager and did specify that it was regarding the food more and not her service. I didn't catch the name of the manager we spoke to but her response to us simply questioning the menu change was she's not the culinary director or something along those lines but she would still hear our feedback. She just had such an I don't care attitude about it in my opinion and had I not had a few drinks in my system, trying to enjoy my time out with my family and birthday I would've let her know her attitude regarding it just was unnecessary. Main dishes: I had the Pho Combo . It was a noodle soup with rare steak, well done flank and a meatball. The broth was delicious and the portion was massive . My companion had the vermicelli grilled beef noodle salad. This comes with thin rice noodles , fresh lettuce, carrots and other various veggies. I never have tried a dish like this before and it was light, refreshing and surprisingly filling. Dessert: They were out of many of the others So we ordered a key lime pie.
