It was my first time here, and I can't believe how much I enjoyed my dinner last night. I went with the 2 piece fish (cod) dinner and it came with two sides and a roll. I had the coleslaw and mashed potatoes. The fried fish was great and they even included a few lemon slices and tartar sauce. Very good! The coleslaw and mashed potatoes were both delicious. I didn't feel like I was eating fast food, my meal was hot, fresh and impressive. I was hungry so I ate in my car. I didn't take any pictures, because I was trying to not make a mess, as eating in my car was challenging. I work and live in Palm Beach county and they recently opened near me in Boynton Beach. I will definitely stop in and order this meal again as it was so good. They had fried shrimp on the menu, as well as some other interesting things like chili and a pot roast sandwich that I can't wait to try. Please tell me what you order and what you suggest I try on my next visit, because I know that I will be at the Culver's in Boynton very soon, even if it's delivery to my office for lunch. First time the wife and I had been to a Culver's and it's unlikely we'll be running back. The lukewarm burgers with unmelted cheese and lacking flavor were huge disappointments after reading some recent reviews. The complementary grilled onions were good but rather skimpy for a double patty. The highlight was the fries---good but nothing great. Disappointing .... Staffing is minimum and wait is long even for sides. Onion rings are oily but crisp, pretzel bites are room temp and have no taste nor salted, cheese dip is acceptable. Cheese curds were congealed and quite salty and batter was crisp. It took almost 15 minutes to order and get food on Sunday at noon. Cashier appeared lost and expeditor was not going to turn around and assist or explain delay. This was my first Culver's visit.It is a rapidly expanding burger fast food joint and home of the "butter burger. The burger was decent, i liked the beef itself but could not really taste the butter part. Service was fast and enthusiastic which is nice. The restaurant was clean and felt new. Everyone goes here for their delicious ice cream and toppings, but they also have pretty good food here. I tried their walleye fish. It was very good, it came with french fries coleslaw, a roll and two large pieces of walleye. I also had unlimited soft drinks and of course I had to have some dessert. I had a hot caramel sundae. The staff there is very friendly and they have two or three people at the registers so you don't have long to wait and they keep all their tables cleaned off quickly. read more

I've been meaning to try this place for a while since it always seems packed, and now I see why. I was craving a good burger but didn't want to shell out the inflated prices you see at places like Five Guys. Getting a real burger, a side, and a drink for under $15 felt like a solid deal. The cheddar on the burger was a nice treat since that's not something I get very often. The beef was juicy and flavorful, loaded with plenty of toppings. The fries were crispy and clearly fresh out of the fryer. Even the soda machine was fully stocked unlike a certain other burger spot I've reviewed more than once. On top of that, the staff was friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Great burger, fair price, and good service. I'll definitely be back. read more

So disappointing. We get to Culver's 7:27 tonight, Tuesday, February 17th to order ice cream. No burgers. No fish. No fries. Ice cream. We get to the window. We pay what I think mins the correct amount and we are asked to move forward. Our order comes out. No wait...the WRONG order comes out to us. I tell the person I need to speak to the manager. Meanwhile, people behind us who ordered food are getting their food. The manager, Jasmin, comes to the car and explains there was a mix up at the window. Not my fault. I question why people behind us who ordered food are getting their orders before us. There was a mix up at the window. Not my fault. Mind you, we have been here now for 30 minutes and she asks if we still want our ice cream. What?! We paid for it why would we not want it?!? We finally get our order. We drive less than five minutes home and ALL ice creams are melted! I guarantee Jasmin's crew made the order and it sat in the counter for those 30 minutes. Last time Culver's. At least this one. I am from Wisconsin and trust me, Culver's up there is VERY different than the one in Margate. If you want a sweet, tasty treat. Try Italian ice at Cecilies or Jeremiah's. The food here isn't bad, and the service is generally okay. However, I did have an uncomfortable experience today around 12:44 PM that I feel is worth mentioning. The line was long, so I used the "skip the line" table service where you scan the QR code and order your food. While I was waiting, I was enjoying a matcha drink I had purchased from the Wawa next door. Shortly after sitting down, an employee approached me and asked, "Ma'am, will you be ordering food with us?" I explained that I had already placed my order. Less than two minutes later, my food arrived (shrimp, cheese curds, and broccoli), which confirmed that my order had already been in the system. I didn't appreciate being approached before the staff properly checked whether my table had an active order. I would assume a business using QR ordering would verify orders through their tablet or kitchen first before questioning a customer. What made the situation more uncomfortable was that someone seated near me around the same time did not receive the same interaction, which made me feel singled out. First time trying Culver's. Yes, I know I'm late to the game, but not a lot of locations in the area so if I'm close to one, I need to try it and today was the day. Since I don't have one too close to me, I wanted to try a couple things since I wasn't sure when I would be back. I ordered the Wisconsin Swiss Melt, which was really good, nicely grilled and had really good flavor. I also tried the North Atlantic Cod dinner with Onion Rings. Fish was very crispy, juicy, cooked really well and tasted great. Onion rings were a little thin for my liking, but had good flavor and were good and crispy. Cole slaw was really good, one of the best I've had at a fast food establishment. The staff were friendly. I would say they seemed a little distracted, but were nice nonetheless. Altogether a good experience. When it comes to fast food, the selection and quality puts this place on a little higher level than its competitors . As a native of Wisconsin...I remember when Culver's first opened and how good it was back then. I'm always happy when I see a Culver's in the south. This location is well managed. The staff that we interacted with were all progressional and patient with our large group. For food...the burgers, fries and chicken are all good. I don't really venture out too far when it comes to their menu. The bacon cheeseburger is also very good. If you're going for ice cream/frozen custard...be sure you check the screens for their daily specials. You can never go wrong with their menu. The wait time for the food was excellent. This visit was my second time here and I enjoyed my experience just as much as the first time. I got the bacon double deluxe burger with cheese fries. It was juicy and might I add greasy (like a pepperoni pizza). I didn't mind much but make sure you have plenty of napkins to soak up that bacon grease lol. My friend also got the deluxe double sans bacon and regular fries. His was juicy but not greasy and the fries were piping hot! I tried the custard for the first time and it was smooth and creamy but I should have gone with the Reeses instead of the caramel because that's what I was actually craving hahaha. Cindy the miserable old lady that does absolutely nothing but walk around with a puss on her face telling people they can and can't stand. I was waiting for my food with 3 of my buddies for a total 20 minutes total with about 4 other people in the decently sized restaurant, no one was even close to us in any way shape or form. She then said to us that we were blocking people from passing and to "go sit down and wait" as if she had any authority . Their dining area is large accommodating 2-5 people. The atmosphere is casual and very chill to enjoy your meal or cool treat. Within a few minutes, my order arrived. I went over to the fountain machine to select my drink, grab a few napkins, and choice of condiments. Started with the fries which was hot and crispy. The cod sandwich was flaky and fried nicely with a crispy coating. Tasted pretty good after adding a bit of salt & pepper to it. The meal was very filling. Looking forward on returning to try their frozen custards. After talking to a lovely couple, sitting across from me and who are regulars, they both told me that the custard is delicious. The staff is polite. Tried them for the first time soon after they opened and it was fresh and delicious. Second visit was good but not as well prepared as the first time. However they have options for their chicken tender meal 2/4 and I have never been to Culver's before so I asked for a suggestion and I definitely should e gone with the 4 count. They were tasty, lightly breaded but with a nice crunch and light but flavorful seasoning in the breading. My friend got a butter cheeseburger that actually would've been more filling for me and tasted very delicious because as advertised the buttery burger and bun plus the meat was flavorful yet tender with a nice gooey melted slice of cheese crisp bun of lettuce onions and a fresh tomato slice. Yes the burgers are good here, but the real shocker for me was how good the fish sandwich and fried shrimp were. The fish sandwich is definitely the best of any fast food restaurant I have ever had and would pass at many good restaurants. It is a real bargain as the bun is awesome and the fish has a perfect crunch and tasted fresh. I also ordered 3 fried shrimp just to try them out and again, the taste was fantastic and the price was great, so I will order them again. Yes the burgers are also good and the fries and shakes too. Oh my God, let me talk about this place. This has to be one of my favorite burger spots to go and visit. I like to get the mushroom burger with Swiss cheese, but I end up not getting the mushrooms on it. Because I enjoy my burger with just cheese and meat. The flavor of the meat is fantastic. Also, the service is always great and I've never experienced any issues on all the visits I've had here. Atmosphere is about a medium to low setting due to people talking and getting excited about their food or excited about meeting with each other during the lunchtime. So overall, I truly would recommend this to anybody trying to get a quick bite versus eating a fast food bite. This is a very easy simple way to eat and enjoy your lunch break.
