They have outdoor metal tables and chairs under an awning. I sat at an outdoor table for ten minutes. I looked through the storefront window at a couple employees prepping and I read the wall menu. A guy unlocked the place at 11. I let a young family and several other guys go ahead of me. Guy at the slicing wheel waited on me. I ordered a small Mama Lastrada turkey & salami on wheat. There's about a half dozen employees behind the counter dealing with the assembly line of customers and sandwiches. Guy at the slicing wheel tells me one of the other guys will work on my sandwich. Okay. However, I can't move down the line because there's customers still lined up ahead of me waiting for their food. Slicing wheel guy looks up at me a minute later and asks what he can get for me. The first location was at Lauderdale By The Sea in Ft Lauderdale that I went to when I was younger. The Coral Springs location is close to me so I usually visit that one. It never disappoints because the hoagies are made to order with many toppings to choose from. The hoagies are piled high and come in 2 sizes. The sweet peppers are the best and are brought in from Chester, PA. The options of breads are wheat or white and always are soft and flavorful. My go to hoagie is the Turkey on wheat. The meats are sliced fresh to order right in front behind the topping station. The service is quick in making the sandwiches. You can also order over the phone or online for pickup. I always feel welcome. There is a small amount of seating. It's mostly a quick to go shop. Definitely will be back!
