Possibly the best sub I've ever had. house made hot beef, bacon, melted cheddar cheese, spicy chipotle mayo, hot chopped cherry peppers on seeded roll. Just amazing. Excuse the poor photo, I wanted to get back to eating it. Staff is super friendly.

I have been hearing about this sandwich shop fry daughter for a while and was happy to join her there for lunch. They have a very broad range of sandwiches to choose from including cold and got subs. We ordered a gnarly dude on a seat Italian roll. It has turkey, prosciutto, tomato, mozzarella, arugula, and hot pepper spread. We added pesto, too. They are usually pretty busy for lunch so order ahead online. The sandwich was so yummy! Definitely one of the best sandwiches I have had in South Florida. The owner was really nice and brought our sandwich outside were we were waiting. He also let us try the Resee's cup brownie which was out of this world.

Second time here and second review -- 10 stars if I could! Hands down the best subs around. There are so many options and so many ways to customize your sub, whether you like it hot or cold. They're usually busy (which says a lot), but it's always worth the wait. The bread and meats are consistently fresh and delicious. My husband and I are on a mission to try the whole menu. Thanks again, Seaside Subs, for another amazing meal!

Great chicken cutlet sub with fresh mozzarella and roasted red peppers. Owner is super nice. Cute little shop close to the beach.

I was expecting classic deli food and was somewhat disappointed when I first walked in. It's a beachy style sub shop, but my sandwich did not disappoint! The counter service was super friendly and our sandwiches were huge and delicious. DID NOT DISAPPOINT!

CheeseSteak with ribeye steak, Cooper sharp cheese, mushrooms and onions on a sesame seed roll

CheeseSteak was delicious, hot and absolutely perfect! Easy ordering online and pick up ready to go. Always a pleasure to eat here and be served by Andrew! So many great subs to choose from I'll be working my way thru the whole menu!

I ordered subs online for pick up. The ordering process was intuitive, although there was a freeform box to add any special requests I wish there was an option to customize the subs e.g. light mayo, add onions etc. The names of the subs are cute and creative. We ordered the A1A, Sam's Seaside Tuna and the Hurricane. The meat was Boars Head. My son remarked that he wishes his A1A had more meat. All the veggies in both subs were fresh and flavorful. Even the smalls were enough for 2 meals. I got a confirmation email after I ordered with an ETA. I arrived when my ordered was to be ready and it was waiting for me. The parking lot can get very busy so I was happy to see2 spaces out front reserved for Seaside Subs. I was the only customer in the store at the time and I was greeted immediately upon entering. The kind lady behind the counter told me she threw in some apple cake because everyone needs some dessert. The interior has a cool beach vibe and was very clean. There are a couple tables outside on the sidewalk. Seaside subs had been on my list for a while and I am glad I made the trip east to get some subs

Blunt end of my Swiss Bikini, an excellent sandwich

This place is 5 stars. The Food is 5 stars, the place is five stars and the service is five stars...... Friendly causal sandwich shop, with a host of wonderful and fresh ingredients. I had the Swiss Bikini, Well done chicken cutlet, ham, Swiss and Honey Mustard on a non-seeded Italian bread, it was just perfect. Next time I am going to try the Tuna. The wife had the Boardwalk, minus the pesto mayo (Because Lisa) and she really enjoyed it. I tasted her sandwich and it was great, just needed the pesto mayo but hey, it wasn't my lunch. Both were huge, plenty for two meals. Totally will go back and try more creations.

I was driving down Glades Road on a rainy Sunday around 10:45 am. Decided to pull over into this…read moreshopping center to see what was open until the rain let up (which it didn't). Laspada had a lit up sign in the window saying they're "open." I seem to recall Next Door Boca giving them decent reviews. I am a native of Philly, hometown of the hoagie. I thought I'd give this place a try. I ran from my car through the rain and tugged on the door....locked. The door hours say open at 11! So much for the lit "open" sign. They have outdoor metal tables and chairs under an awning. I sat at an outdoor table for ten minutes. I looked through the storefront window at a couple employees prepping and I read the wall menu. A guy unlocked the place at 11. I let a young family and several other guys go ahead of me. Guy at the slicing wheel waited on me. I ordered a small Mama Lastrada turkey & salami on wheat. There's about a half dozen employees behind the counter dealing with the assembly line of customers and sandwiches. Guy at the slicing wheel tells me one of the other guys will work on my sandwich. Okay. However, I can't move down the line because there's customers still lined up ahead of me waiting for their food. Slicing wheel guy looks up at me a minute later and asks what he can get for me. I look back at him waiting for him to recognize me from a minute ago when he already had sliced my order. No recognition! I repeated my order to him. Now he remembers me! He again refers me to one of his junior sandwich prep guys. I overheard him telling a busy junior guy, "This is just a small Mama on wheat" or something like that. Still, I can't go down the line because there's guy ahead of me had placed an order for 3 sandwiches. I swear to you that the slicing wheel guy asks me for a THIRD time for my order! By this time, I felt like I was in a Monty Python sketch. I repeated my order. Again, he refers me to a third junior associate (Manny, Moe, and Jack)? Finally, a young associate asked me for toppings. I had noticed two lettuce bins. One bin looked fine. The other looked a little brown. I decided to skip the lettuce rather than ask him to pick from the left hand bin and embarrass them. I also saw a black speck in the onion bin. It probably was nothing but I decided to skip onions just to be safe. I chose tomatoes, Swiss cheese, pickles and sweet peppers. The debit card reader asks if I want to tip. I skipped that. Price was reasonable. Hoagie was okay. The roll was soggy. Philly hoagie shops pride themselves on their rolls. I understand this is Florida, not Philly. I can appreciate this place is popular and busy. However, being asked for my order 3 times by the same experienced worker there left me feeling less than special as a customer.

We came here with friends and I'll give credit where it's due. The beach view is spectacular. The kind of view that makes you forget your phone exists for a minute. Ocean, breeze, the whole postcard situation. Absolutely nails it. And then the food shows up... and things take a turn. I went with the blackened fish sandwich. Cooked properly, no complaints there. But flavor? It felt like it forgot to show up for work. Just kind of... there. Unfortunately, that wasn't even the low point. My wife went with the fish tacos and called them straight up terrible. Not "meh." Not "could be better." Terrible. And that pretty much set the tone for the table. So now we're not talking mid anymore. We're talking mid-to-poor across the board when it comes to food. This is still a great spot to sit, relax, and enjoy a drink while staring at the ocean and pretending you didn't come here hungry. The view is the whole reason you came here. Inside, you're just eating disappointing food without the ocean doing heavy lifting. Two stars. The view is doing everything it can, but it can't season the fish.
