Love that this sub joint supports local businesses! Great sandwiches, btw! Italian roast beef and chicken cutlets. We ordered the Sandy's surprise and the hot n hazy. Did not disappoint!

Great subs. I'm trying new stuff every order. Another treasure order! BEACH BUM chicken cutlets, provolone cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, salt & pepper, oil & vinegar . The best! The breads are always fresh and taste great. They Hold up well cold or hot with delivery. So many excellent choices. Get an order in!

Possibly the best sub I've ever had. house made hot beef, bacon, melted cheddar cheese, spicy chipotle mayo, hot chopped cherry peppers on seeded roll. Just amazing. Excuse the poor photo, I wanted to get back to eating it. Staff is super friendly.

I have been hearing about this sandwich shop fry daughter for a while and was happy to join her there for lunch. They have a very broad range of sandwiches to choose from including cold and got subs. We ordered a gnarly dude on a seat Italian roll. It has turkey, prosciutto, tomato, mozzarella, arugula, and hot pepper spread. We added pesto, too. They are usually pretty busy for lunch so order ahead online. The sandwich was so yummy! Definitely one of the best sandwiches I have had in South Florida. The owner was really nice and brought our sandwich outside were we were waiting. He also let us try the Resee's cup brownie which was out of this world.

Second time here and second review -- 10 stars if I could! Hands down the best subs around. There are so many options and so many ways to customize your sub, whether you like it hot or cold. They're usually busy (which says a lot), but it's always worth the wait. The bread and meats are consistently fresh and delicious. My husband and I are on a mission to try the whole menu. Thanks again, Seaside Subs, for another amazing meal!

I was expecting classic deli food and was somewhat disappointed when I first walked in. It's a beachy style sub shop, but my sandwich did not disappoint! The counter service was super friendly and our sandwiches were huge and delicious. DID NOT DISAPPOINT!

CheeseSteak with ribeye steak, Cooper sharp cheese, mushrooms and onions on a sesame seed roll

CheeseSteak was delicious, hot and absolutely perfect! Easy ordering online and pick up ready to go. Always a pleasure to eat here and be served by Andrew! So many great subs to choose from I'll be working my way thru the whole menu!

I ordered subs online for pick up. The ordering process was intuitive, although there was a freeform box to add any special requests I wish there was an option to customize the subs e.g. light mayo, add onions etc. The names of the subs are cute and creative. We ordered the A1A, Sam's Seaside Tuna and the Hurricane. The meat was Boars Head. My son remarked that he wishes his A1A had more meat. All the veggies in both subs were fresh and flavorful. Even the smalls were enough for 2 meals. I got a confirmation email after I ordered with an ETA. I arrived when my ordered was to be ready and it was waiting for me. The parking lot can get very busy so I was happy to see2 spaces out front reserved for Seaside Subs. I was the only customer in the store at the time and I was greeted immediately upon entering. The kind lady behind the counter told me she threw in some apple cake because everyone needs some dessert. The interior has a cool beach vibe and was very clean. There are a couple tables outside on the sidewalk. Seaside subs had been on my list for a while and I am glad I made the trip east to get some subs

Blunt end of my Swiss Bikini, an excellent sandwich

This place is 5 stars. The Food is 5 stars, the place is five stars and the service is five stars...... Friendly causal sandwich shop, with a host of wonderful and fresh ingredients. I had the Swiss Bikini, Well done chicken cutlet, ham, Swiss and Honey Mustard on a non-seeded Italian bread, it was just perfect. Next time I am going to try the Tuna. The wife had the Boardwalk, minus the pesto mayo (Because Lisa) and she really enjoyed it. I tasted her sandwich and it was great, just needed the pesto mayo but hey, it wasn't my lunch. Both were huge, plenty for two meals. Totally will go back and try more creations.

I saw a couple reviews about the bagels being made elsewhere, but I have to say, mine was perfect. The mini potato cakes were perfect as well. I sat for about 30 minutes and watched people order after me and get their food before me. I reminded them about my order and they said "it's almost ready." I'm watching operations behind the counter and I could see they don't have much of a system for getting orders in and out efficiently. Not bad people, just bad management. This place does well only because they're one of the few bagel shops around. If any restauratuer knows how to actually get good food out efficiently, this market and neighborhood would be a gold mine. You would do a huge sit-down, take out and even delivery business. This plaza's days are numbered since they're going to build some massively expensive hotel here. I am sure a bagel shop will not be able to pay those rents so hopefully someone new will come up with a solution. This place ain't it.

The small deli/restaurant is mainly for take out, but they do have a couple tables inside. We chose to order here and eat at one of the tables. We got a chance to chat with the owner. We got a friendly welcome. She was quite sweet. When we asked, she told us that Goldy was her sister who had passed away. The restaurant was named after her. In addition to the menu on the counter, they have a blackboard with various featured items -- including soups of the day -- and specials. They use Board Head meats which you can see in the case. We both ordered their Italian sub, but I made a few changes to mine leaving out the ham and the capicola. The bread was soft and went well with all the meats, cheeses, and veggies. It was an excellent sandwich. We each ate half (the sandwich was stuffed with stuff) and took half home. We were talking about other options that they have when the owner mentioned various desserts -- including banana pudding. She mentioned that it's quite popular and sells out often, but she just happened to have some ready. This is my husband's favorite dessert. He couldn't resist getting a container of it. He took a few tastes there and devoured the rest at home. This place is definitely worth a return visit. And if you're looking for a good sub/hero/sandwich, etc. it makes a perfect lunch stop -- to eat in or to go. I'm so glad we tried them.

The pastrami was a bit fatty and grisly so I had to deconstruct it. The rye was soft in the center and got a tad soggy from the meat, but had a nice outer edge crust. I think I'd get the corned beef instead in the future. I gave my well marinated pickle to my husband -- I'm a half sour gal myself. But I liked the slightly sweet coleslaw. I…read morewas in the area again and needed some good late night food; casinos are usually a great place to get better late night food than what you'd find elsewhere. It's a tough choice between Bol and 1st Street Deli that are both open late inside the casino. But I was in the mood for some good matzah ball soup, so 1st Street Deli it was. I ordered the one ball matzah ball soup (no noodles) that's $5.00. The 2 ball version is only $2 more at $7. I had asked the waitress, Amy R, if I could add a 2nd matzah ball if I decided that I wanted another one; I did end up wanting another one to eat with my leftover soup. She brought me another whole separate bowl of soup with another matzah ball, which surprised me since I thought she was just bringing another matzah ball. She explained that the 2 ball version would have come with a bigger bowl of soup, so it was an equivalent extra portion. I am amazed that they offer the bigger 2 ball version for only $7. It was very good, but I couldn't eat all of it, so I took part of it to go since I had a big sandwich coming. I asked about getting some of the half sour pickles, but Amy said they had run out of all the pickle types! I was so disappointed since that is part of why I chose to eat there. She then came back a few minutes later saying that she found 2 more in the barrel, which I thought would be good; but they were bottom-of-the-barrel bad OD'd pickles. A small part of them was edible and not very good. But they run out of them because they are usually very good. I got the Midtown Reuben sandwich ($15) which comes with both pastrami and corned beef. Both the corned beef and pastrami are really good and have a good amount of fat marbling on them that makes the meat really juicy and flavorful; and the rye bread is really good. I had to ask for some more dressing since there wasn't much on the sandwich; their choice of dressing could be a better type of thousand island or Russian dressing. The sandwich is huge though, so I ended up taking 3/4 of it to go. I chose their potato salad as the side that came with the sandwich and paid extra for a cole slaw side after the waitress was nice enough to bring me a generous sample of the cole slaw. Both are house-made. The potato salad needs some improvement by adding chopped celery, as well as some diced sweet onion (instead of chopped green scallion onion), more chopped up boiled eggs and a tad bit of sugar and apple cider vinegar, so it would taste more like a better version of a classic American-style potato salad. And the cole slaw was very fresh and crisp and not-too-sweet, but needed some fresh lemon juice. The waitress brought me some fresh lemon wedges to add some needed acidity to the cole slaw; but at least it was fixable. I ended up taking most of those to go as well. I would have liked to try one of their huge desserts; the seasonal pumpkin pie cheesecake looked tempting; but the slices are too big and expensive, unless you have someone to share it with or have a big enough cooler to fit it in, if you're traveling like I am. I wish they had half-portions; it seems like they'd sell more if they offered smaller portions. The service was above adequate, but could be better. Amy was nice, accommodating and had a good attitude. But empty plates did stack up and a few things asked for were forgotten because she was distracted by other demands; but once reminded, she got them asap. So, even if you're not a gambler (as I am not), I recommend coming to the casino just for the restaurants, and especially if you want good later-night food.
