A very friendly and attentive staff at the counter. A nice clean and well maintained store. A turn off to me was the massive amount of French fries they dump in your bag. I mean enough for three people. They buried my burger at the bottom. It seems wasteful to me and I ate but a fraction of the "small" order. Maybe share is the way to go. The burger is a 5. There is no wow factor like at Charm City or Jacks. It's just a burger for $12.19. Fries add on $5.49. A nice price point but meh. I'll call Five Guys just a burger place fitted for kids and the burger munching workforce that's needs a decent lunch and can avoid the carbs crash if you eat the 3 lbs of fries. Just ok. We hadn't been to Five Guys in quite some time, so we went for lunch today. My husbands burger was stellar! They offer so many different toppings you can really load it up.Only hamburgers seem to be well done.But they're all juicy! The fries are very crispy, however, they're very salty.Oh well. The restaurant is cute and clean.The restroom is clean and the gentleman who took our order was very , very nice! We ask.\nEd him if he could turn down the very loud music just a bit and he very nicely did! Made the order online for my staff . The process was easy and allowed me to pick a time For pick up. Arrive a this location and there was plenty of parking. The location itself was very clean. I was asked my name and told it was almost ready. I was handed the cups for soda. While i waited a couple of minutes and enjoyed a few peanuts. Was call when the bag was ready. Everyone received what they ordered without issues. Everything was very good. As it's traditional for Five Guys we got plenty of fries. It was easy and everything done well. This is a brand new, sparkling clean Five Guys in the outparcel of Pompano City Centre. The first Five Guys opened in 1986 in Arlington Virginia when the four Murrell brothers were ordered by their parents to ""Start a business or go to college." They decided to go the business route with a quick service restaurant selling hand formed and grilled burgers and fries cooked in peanut oil. There are no freezers at Five Guys, only coolers. By 2001 they had five locations in the DC area. In 2002 they decided to franchise. Today there are more than 1,700 locations across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. I was starving and it was way past lunch time when I discovered this newly opened Five Guys. I ordered the cheeseburger which comes with assorted toppings, your choice. For me it is ketchup, pickles, onion and tomato. It was a massive juicy patty cooked perfectly. I didn't have room for fries but they looked great and then even list on the board where they come from, somewhere in Idaho during my visit. Drinks are from a fun Coca-Cola Freestyle machine. Staff are super friendly and they have both indoor and patio seating. This is a great addition to the Pompano quick service dining scene. read more

This was the filthiest Five Guys dining room I have been in, with sticky, soiled Coke machines, dirty tables and chairs, and a dirty floor. I had to ask the staff twice to clean a table for me before they sent out a young woman who started wiping and cleaning. I felt badly for her because the place wasn't busy and one of the other 3 young men should have helped too. And the men's room was gross too with an overflowing waste basket. The food was a much better experience! My cheeseburger was perfect, like every other Five Guys, exactly as I ordered. The fries too were good, not overly salty, and tasty. Both items were extremely greasy but that's how a good, fatty burger and fries done in peanut oil should be. I took antacid afterward just to be proactive as I always do. read more

This newly opened Location is open now and doing well. The staff is very friendly and energetic and serve a great product. Today I had a two patty with my favorite add ons and condiments. I had a fountain drink from the self serve multiple flavor (lots of choices) fountain. My wife and I have been enjoying Five Guys ever since they opened their first restaurant in Florida. Glad to see they are still going strong. This Pompano Beach location should do quite well with the inviting lighting, super staff, good burgers and convenient location! We came here after watching the new Bad Boys movie across the street. It was about 9 and they were all but closed down. All the tables had chairs stacked on top of the and it looked deserted. I didn't get to get any peanuts but they gave us a good bit of fries! Burger was good but not $15 dollars good but I guess the price of everything is up up these days! It'll have to be a special occasion before I eat here again lol read more

The place is neat & clean and the employee was nice but when she saw I didn't add a tip seems like her nice attitude changed. I think it's ridiculous to tip at a fast food restaurant and it's ludicrous for the business to put it on the credit card machine. Also the credit card machine takes Apple Pay but you can't use Apple Pay on your Apple phone even though there is an Apple App. It's a great tasting burger but $11 is a lot. read more

Because the staff wants to leave work early and not be attentive till the end of their shift, they decided to lie and say the don't have French fries. I read some of the reviews and thought to myself there's no way that these aren't haters. I eat burgers about once a year that being said I've had three burgers in less than 2 weeks from there. Places always clean if no one's in there they're wiping tables The guys always speak when you come in and my cheeseburgers are delicious. It might seem a little expensive but it's no more expensive than fast food Wendy's McDonald's etc. I go to the one in pompano square and I'm never been disappointed yet read more

I have been there twice and service is terrible.....
