They forgot my pickles on my spicy chicken sandwich. I went up to complain and one of the workers took my sandwich back, which they're not supposed to, and then handed it back to me because the manager told him to give me a side of pickles. The manager was somewhat rude in front of all the customers. I recommend they trained the manager that was on shift Friday, December the 19th, 2025 at 9:30 pm. It is unhealthy and unsanitary for them to take your food back after you have already bitten into it and then give it back to you. The manager even made me look for the pickles in front of all the people in line to make sure that I wasn't lying. This ruined my appetite- I hope corporate sees this and reviews the video as the manager was rude in front of people. Never have I receive so bad service at a Culver's before. This was definitely surprising as I expect more from this corporation. They must train their employees that not everyone that brings back an order to the front for whatever reason has bad intentions. read more

This place is very expensive, but service is extremely slow. They put a sticker on my side mirror even though no one else was in line. Most disturbingly they charged us for cheese curds they never gave us. They also never gave us a receipt. Without a doubt, the worst Culver's we ever went to. This location in Tamarac is right off Commercial Blvd. Service and food quality is very good and representative of the Culver's brand. My Deluxe Butter Burger basket was delicious! The proprietary Root Beer (Regular and Diet) are better than any A&W I've ever had! We had a good lunch here. We are longtime Culver's customers. Most frequently, we dine at their Margate location. Happened to be in the neighborhood in Tamarac to try Owner Eric's other location, today. This Culver's has been open for about a year. It still appears to be fresh, clean, and "new". The gal at the register also seemed to be fairly new as she seemed a bit nervous taking our order, but we did get everything correct. I had my old favorite -- their Swiss mushroom butter burger, as a single. It's deliciously juicy and a tad great but oh so flavorful. And it was here as well. Lately I've been into their fried fish, but wanted to be able to really compare so fell back to my standby order. My husband got a deluxe combo -- so I could steal some of his fries. Happy to say that this location will not disappoint Culver's fans. And if near here, we'd certainly stop by again. read more

I seriously can't believe this is considered fast food, Culver's is in a league of its own! I've had burgers at upscale, sit-down restaurants that don't even come close to the flavor and quality Culver's consistently delivers. This place has completely ruined all other fast food burger spots for me (in the best way possible)! My go-to is the Culver's Deluxe! Perfectly flavored, juicy, with the right balance of toppings on that buttery bun... It's absolutely delicious every single time. It's the kind of burger you'll crave days later. Tonight, I decided to switch it up and try the Sourdough Melt. It was simple and tasty, but my heart still belongs to the Deluxe. Nothing tops it! The experience doesn't stop at the food, the service is always friendly and efficient, and the restaurant itself is spotless. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows. I had never been to this location, so I was looking forward to see how it compare to the others. As soon as you walk in you are greeted and they take your order quick. I wasn't too sure as to what to get and the employee gave me pointers and recommendations. Very friendly staff and pleasant experience. We ended up ordering the burger and a chicken sandwich. My mother in law ordered the fish sandwich and she was not a fan (but to be fair, this is not what they are known for lol). The burger is thin with lots of cheese, very juicy and good taste. We got a side of cheese curds. I was under the impression the cheese curds were all cheddar, but to my surprise they are a mix of mozzarella and cheddar. We dipped the cheese curds into more cheese sauce and still tasty! No such thing as too much cheese lol. The chicken sandwich was tasty as well. We ordered a side of fries with the sandwich. Not too salty and not too dry. The sandwich is a decent size portion and Will have you feeling full at the end. Both meals were decent size portions so we needed a break before we ordered dessert. We went up again to order and we received the same friendly encounter with the staff. He helped me decide between a concrete mixer or a custard. We went with the vanilla custard with butterfinger topping. It was delicious, but probably should have gone with the concrete mixer instead. I rarely review fast food chains as they are rather pedestrian and plain. I grew up in Wisconsin, where Cluver's was born, and now they have slowly spread across the nation, and we finally have them in South Florida! YAY!!! The young staff is always friendly, and they deliver your meal right to your table, instead of you having to stand around and wait for it. Culver's restaurants are always clean, even when busy! In my mind, they have the BEST burgers and fries of any chain. I hear the Ice Cream is fabulous, but I have yet to try! SOON! read more

Decided to go here for my birthday lunch. I hadn't been to Culver's in years. I ordered on the app and headed over with my sister to eat. I got the butter burger combo with small fries and an unsweetened tea, my sister got the chicken sandwich combo with broccoli (grossss) and Dr Pepper. The food was ready in time, but the staff had the personalities of wet noodles. Very unfriendly. No "hello welcome" or anything of the like. The young girl at the cashier area just stared at me after I stood there waiting for 5 min for someone to acknowledge me. When I told her I had an order for pick up she looked like a deer in headlights. Running back and forth but not really doing anything. She eventually handed me the order and I sat down in a both to eat with my sister. It was very clean and quiet in the restaurant. They managed to get 3/4 of the order correct. They gave us completely wrong beverages. It literally said on the ticket what to serve and it was wrong. Annoying but not the end of the world. I walked to drink area and dumped out drinks and got the correct ones. The tea was bad, it tasted like it was brewed at least 4 hour ago. The rest of the meal was good though- food was hot, fries crispy and my sister enjoyed her gross broccoli. I didn't have room for frozen custard but next time I will make sure I do. The interior was very clean here and the folks working were helpful and nice! We enjoyed some tasty burgers with some cheese curds (a mix of different types of cheese in chunks that are fabulously fried) and some tasty onion rings. Gave 4 stars only because it was crowded and took a little time to get a clean table but they were trying to be on top of it and it was a Saturday day! Ammm not sure how I feel about this business. Can't be judgmental coming from a vegetarian. I think most of you will find this review funny. I went online to see what was on the menu as they opened up in Tamarac a few months ago. I was excited because there hasn't been much option in the area for years so Culver has been one of approximately 4 new restaurants that opened up in the last year. I decided to check the menu and was pretty pleased to see a veggie burger option for a decent price of under $6.00. Got to the drive thru and my intuition told me to ask if they grill it on the same grill as the other burgers. The lady greeted me then blank..nothing for about 10 seconds..literally 10 seconds and I heard yes. I looked at the menu and ordered ice cream. I heard 1 scoop or 2. I thought the deal was I option. Well there went the deal. I go up to the window and I could not help myself. As I paid, I told her, " Did I just talk to you about the veggie burger, she said yes..I said I know it's not you but don't you think it's silly they have a veggie burger that's grilled on the same grill with the regular burger" she got a good laugh. This was my first time trying Culvers! I've heard so much about them and one of my favorite streamers, Penguinz0, talks highly about the chain so I had to see what the hype was about it. We went through the drive-thru I got the ButterBurger Cheese with Cheese Fries and my friend got a Crispy Chicken Sandwich with plain fries. The ButterBurger Cheese was aesthetically pleasing, it didn't look like a smashed mashup of ingredients like certain fast food restaurants. I like that all their burgers come with double beef patties. The burger quality was good, tasted fresh, came out warm enough and the ingredients were layered well adding to the tasty experience. The buns were buttery and also seemingly fresh -- I enjoyed the cheesy layers on the burger. The cheese on the fries was also really good! This could be because I love cheese or because I was starving at the time but it certainly made the fries way better than I believe they'd be on their own. (I'm not a big fan of crinkle-cut fries) The lines are typically long from what I saw earlier in the day but when we finally came back around we were able to place our order after a couple of minutes of waiting, then we were asked by the staff to wait at the pickup spot for them to bring out our order I presume this is because the burgers are made to order instead premade. **unpopular opinion here** but I love the flame-broiled taste of BK beef patties and though they may not be as fresh as Culver's beef patties I would say they are equally as tasty to me even with a few incongruities on the BK side ( like the freshness of the buns and patties, cheese etc.) I want to come back for their famous custards and for more cheesy burger goodness. read more

My family and I came here for ice cream on the second night after it opened. We arrived around 8pm, and the place was very busy. The exterior is very nice and organized. There is even an outdoor seating area under a pergola, which will be great in the winter time. The interior had a lot of tables, clean restrooms, and plenty of staff. There is a large menu behind the counter, and the cashier also offered us a paper menu to look at. We ordered our ice creams and sat down. I love that they offer a 1, 2, and 3 scoop option. The ice cream came out maybe 5 minutes later. The kids enjoyed their vanilla ice cream with blue sprinkles. My husband and I shard the flavor of the day, which was Oreo overload. It definitely had a ton of Oreos in it. The ice cream tasted delicious. My main complaint it that it was already very melty when it was brought out to us. The service was okay because the food is made fresh to order you have to wait for it to come out to you. It's a fast food restaurant so the ambiance wasn't over the top but very basic but the outside could have more flowers or trees added to their look. The Culver's in Tamarac is owned by Eric Pierce. He is a Wisconsin native and he takes great pride in this Wisconsin corporation. Culver's sources a good amount of their ingredients from Wisconsin farmers. You will find Pierce's Tamarac and Margate stores to be compulsively clean and run efficiently. I had a pot roast sandwich with horseradish sauce, a serving of chili and a diet root beer. The root beer is Culver's own formulation. It is good. The chili was exceptional. Neatly presented, but overall taste was salty. Burger was small, but cooked well. Cheese curds portion was ample but tasted meh. I love cheese but it was hard to finish them. Root beer drink was refreshing. After eating my meal, I went to front counter to get the concrete mixer I ordered earlier. After several staff members ignoring me standing there for a few minutes, I interrupted their conversation of shift assignments and asked for my dessert. I passed by the new Culver's on my way to Publix and was pleasantly surprised to see it was open. I placed a to-go order as I was finishing up shopping so I could grab it on my way home. I was instantly greeted as I walked in the door by very friendly staff. The place was busy but very clean and organized. The cashier helping me was super friendly and even offered to get my drinks for me from the self-serve fountain. We ordered a ButterBurger Cheese meal and a North Atlantic Cod Sandwich meal, both with Wisconsin Cheese Curds. The order was perfectly packed, hot and complete. This was my second and last visit to this place. The worst food and service, ran by too many teenagers that don't seen to have any training. There were 4 teens in the drive-thru window, 2 of them just standing around. The Reuben sandwich is absolutely disgusting, there's hardly any meat or sauerkraut in the sandwich, the meat is so full of fat there was nothing to eat, it's the worst cut of meat I've ever seen, which makes sense why they melt cheese in it, and the entire sandwich is extremely greasy. Fries have no taste, and they're hard. The sweet tea is extremely sweet, I had to mix it with regular tea to tone it down. First visit, the roast beef sandwich is filled with meat but the buns are greasy and soggy, to the point of it completely fell apart. I felt the cheese curds were fried with other items they were greasy, saturated and tasted weird. First time at a Culver's and loved it. This is a new location that recently opened in Tamarac. The restaurant is a standalone building with plenty of parking. Upon entering I was greeted by friendly staff and I found the service to be outstanding. Servers were constantly coming by our table asking us if we needed anything. Decided to try Culver's for the first time today. I ordered through Uber eats. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Burger was a nice size and nicely put together. Taste was also great. Nice and juicy. I got a double deluxe with grilled onions and a double deluxe with bacon and grilled onions for my husband. Will definitely order again in the future.
