Oh. My. Goodness. THE FOOD WAS SO GOOD!!!! I got a bacon cheeseburger that was lettuce rapped and it was amazing. Very juicy and good. They included an electrical touch screen to order food or you can talk to a real person. But overall the service was really good, we got our food in less than 10 minutes. (but there was no one there). The restaurant was very open with lots of seating. The store seemed clean and very nice. Definitely recommend for a burger spot. read more

Tried this place for the first time (hadn't eaten a burger in almost 2 yrs), so here's my honest review: I ordered the CEO Wagyu Burger, and would say the wagyu was cooked to medium-well (which was fine). The aged cheese was a nice touch, the bun was fresh and the aïoli stood out, so much so, that that's what I remembered most about the burger (its aioli taste), but not much else from a "seasoned" taste standpoint. In other words, the above was all the burger was about (no lettuce, ketchup, pickles, etc), which is no shade to BurgerFi, because that exactly what's listed on the menu for this particular burger (it's not listed as being "dressed"). I'd rate the burger a 6/10 for what it is, and a 8/10 if dressed with bbq sauce (which is what I did at-home). The sweet potato fries were delicious and well seasoned, and the Oreo shake was also great and well-blended. read more

As always, the food is consistent. They have one person working a register and 2 kiosks where you can order for dine in or take out. We elected to dine in. The restaurant utilizes that natural Florida air with large floor to ceiling windows slid open for the breeze to come in. We ordered 3 combos. All were the beef burgers with fries. The little one didn't even touch her burger (see saw the fries and zoned into them. I had the bacon cheese burger and upgraded my drink to the vanilla shake. The only downfall is that the lid comes off the shake VERY easily. But it doesn't change how delicious that shake is. Yum! Major bonus, they have a 10% discount year round. Just show ID. read more

Burgerfi is delicious and the quality of the burger and fries are pretty solid. We ordered a single burger, one bacon cheese burger and a family fries with Cajun seasoning and that was $22.44 (no drinks just water) if we would have done fountain drinks we would have been at $30. Everything was fresh and delicious. I've been a customer of theirs for years and I have seen some changes.. sizeflation. The burger meat is so much smaller than before. My meat patty didn't even cover the entire bun. The family size French fries used to be an eye opener, that is no longer the case, as two people can comfortably eat the portion size. This has been a slight disappointment in the changes the private equity company I'm sure has made to return higher profits but keeps loyal customers like me from going as often as I used to or would like. This location is small, and has very nice customer service and they keep the place clean. The restrooms could use some simple remodeling/fresh paint. Came here for a post-workout meal and got a CEO burger lettuce wrapped. Man oh man, delicious is an understatement. After I done was done eating my burger I could see the juices on my plate and my hands. It was devoured so fast I couldn't believe it. On top of that, the cook asked how I like the burger! Which was a huge plus seeing that they care. And the location is super nice. Great food, friendly staff, clean bathroom(which most restaurants don't do). National Cheeseburger Day was great this week. $3 plus a beverage was a nice deal, and I was very happy with my dining experience. Very simple, just step up to the counter and order, get a cup, go to the freestyle soda machine, and then sit with my numbered placard to wait for my food to be delivered. There was inside and outside seating. Tables were quickly cleared, and the food was delicious. I sat for a bit talking with an old friend and refilled my cup a few times with different sodas. The double burger was well seasoned and also cooked well. I subbed out the American cheese for Swiss and took the bun off but wished the whole time that I ate bread because it looked super fresh. I wasn't sure if I could have asked for a lettuce bun with the special deal for that day. Either way, I will definitely be back! read more

It's been a while since I sat and ate here and today was no different because I ordered on the app and picked up at 1:45. It looked a bit busy when I pulled in around 1:41. The outside seating was full, so I thought about giving them some extra time--considering that most students are out today or left after exams for Winter Break. I waltzed right in (not really--I wore 2-inch heels today to the office) and noticed it was pretty packed inside too--so I moved to the side when a very helpful young man asked if I was there to pick up. He asked my name and pulled my order, which was ready. He then went to the cooler and pulled my bottle of Coke. 'That's so great," I thought. And yet, what was even greater was the experience back at the office when I bit into that big, juicy medium-well Conflicted Burger. Wow! I don't know what that veggie patty is made from. It almost seems like hash browns but I think I detected a bean here and another there--SO good! The one thing I wasn't completely satisfied with were the fries. I mean, about a third of them were too burnt for my taste. Then again, I'm glad or I would have eaten them all and God knows I don't need that! All in all, this is a good location and if you've never tried the Conflicted, I recommend it. read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I have a food allergy. I ordered my meal appropriately (salad with meat) and when it came out, it was not as I ordered. I took my salad back and explained my allergy. I watched as the employee scraped off the fried onions. I asked for her to make a brand new meal because of my allergy. She came back and said they can't make the salad without the onions because they come pre-made. Eventually, she came back with the salad and no meat. She said the manager would not give me the burger "because they already made me two burgers and threw them out" and that was not true. Came to BurgerFi for a quick lunch. I was excited to be out the house and attempt at eating out since it's been a while since I've been out. The restaurant wasn't packed. They offer outdoor seating and the staff was wearing masks and gloves during my entire ordering process. Let's talk seating and cleaning. The main reason for the four stars is the lack of social distancing. Unlike other restaurant, the tables weren't labeled. You would have to assume that people would be responsible and cautious. However, let's be real, not everyone keeps others in mind. Having seating labeled would be a huge game changer. It keeps people separate and overall makes you feel more comfortable eating there. Sauces are prepackaged and handed to those who ask. I didn't notice anyone cleaning after others had left which is a disappointment. Not everyone carries around disinfecting wipes. Luckily I do so it wasn't a problem for me but I can see how this could be a problem for others. Let's talk food. The burgers were super tasty! Well cooked and seasoned. Really juicy and flavorful. We ordered their seasoned fries with parmesan cheese and garlic aioli. They were FIRE!! So tasty. We will definitely be back for the food alone but will be ordering takeout from now on. Just didn't feel comfortable enough eating there given the info I stated above. So if you're in the mood for a burger definitely order take out and enjoy some bomb fries with it. read more
