They forgot the buffalo sauce on the "buffalo chicken" and the chicken was deep fried and heavily battered, a grease trap! The burger patties are low quality seem frozen, fries were soggy and not curly like mentioned oh and the bread on the cheesesteak was weird. Didn't like any of it. Very expensive! Love this place for wings, fries, chicken philly and the fried onion thing. I really can't speak for anything else because those are the only things I've ordered. I ordered hot and honey Wings and when I arrived home I realized the wings were only hot. When i called back, she had a terrible attitude and said, "well you can come back and get honey" which obviously was out of my way and I had honey at home. Didn't offer any complimentary wings or discount on a future order. Terrible customer service and the fries were suppose to be curly I am assuming, but they were fries hard and very short. Every friend I take there never forgets how good their chicken wings are. In addition they always have yummy specials, one of my favorite's being a white chicken chili served in a nice bread bowl. Lemon peper Hot and Tirachi. They was all great. I come here very often. I love the waitress and service when I sit in to eat. The food is delicious. I am taking away two stars because of the wait time for to go orders is ridiculous. I even call in thirty minutes ahead of time every time and when I get there it's still not done. I don't think they start making the food until you've arrived. Which defeats the purpose. I also don't like the hospitality of the take out lady who is there during the day. She is no help whatsoever with a huge attitude. Everything on their menu is BOMB!!! I'm not really sure what Scott Z. is talking about when he says that the hottest sauce is not remotely hot. We ordered the hot wings and were sweating so much, we were almost dehydrated. The beer is cold and frothy, the fries are delicious, and the servers are friendly. The place has a great neighborhood feel. This place is really good for their wings but I was taken back by the a la cart prices and the wing order size. They come in sizes 16 and 25 and you order all of those Wings and still have to pay a la cart for dipping sauce . It just come off as a business who is pretentious w their customers and not showing the value of their customers or confidence in themselves as a business bc I think they've been in business for a while . To step outside the box and charge a la cart for petty things shows they are not confident in other up selling techniques where they can bring in sales a way that takes care both the house staff and customers . This place has gone in the crapper. The last 2-3 times I went their french fries were disgusting. Old & brown looking (even in the areas where they should be off-white/light gold, they were BROWN. It looked as though they slice them hours earlier and then let them sit around at room temp all day turning brown. And what's worse, they tasted as bad as they looked. When you'd bite into them, grease would actually pop out of them. So, total fail on the fries. Next, the wings. I always get (and have always ordered here for yearssssssssss), the "flats". I like the chicken to crunchy skin ration. Well now they have some kind of wings/flats that appear to have come from a chicken(s) on EXTREME hormones. Gross. They are unnaturally fat/plump. Grew up here. Wings are amazing, fries are super.. Especially with vinegar. Cookies are always good. I like how they don't change decor, reminds me of when I was a child. That plus size lady in front though is so rude and exempts terrible customer service literally the past 20 times I have been there. Not only when I dine in but when I call for take out. I was borderline 3-4 stars, but it's not quite 4 stars. Came on a Sunday, but I've heard this place can get pretty packed. Loved the waiters I had, they seemed really nice and helpful. Also very good with keeping the drink cups full and providing fast service. Had the wings, which were nice and crispy. For a long time I didn't want to come here because I had one bad experience but I'm glad I have it another try. Came during lunch, so had the special and I didn't have enough space to finish all of it, so for around $11, it seems like a good deal especially with wings, fries and a drink. The reason I'm giving it 3 and not quite 4 stars is because the tables seem pretty dirty and my chair was dirty, which the waiter cleaned with no problem.
