They don't have real white sugar, but lots of sugar substitute. We were sat at a rabble where the sun is in my face I couldn't see my friend as were talking and each together. Now they have any Chardonnay wine, so I get a lemon drop -it was the on site manager 1st time making it, it was ok -see pictures. I came across a uncooked wing see picture. Just went here today and the service from Madi was excellent! She was so nice and helpful with menu items. Food was really good as well!!

First of, the waitress, Elvira received me and my wife with a kind and and courteous attitude. She advised us that the wait was about 20 minutes, which was fine since we didn't mind waiting. I told her we drove 3 hours to come eat here from Delano, CA. When she heard that she found us a table right away. It might have not been her table she was waiting but she made it her priority to not only take care of us but the others she was waiting on. Without reviewing the food, I would solely come here thanks to the service Elvira provided. It was a busy night due to local football teams but the mood was still chill. We ordered Korean Shrimp and Fried Pickles as appetizers and for the wings we did their blueberry chipotle bbq, sweet Habanero, roasted garlic, and bourbon bbq. Also, their fries were a must. Will not be coming back to this place. Came in as a party of 4 to see another party of 4 waiting to be seated. The hostess then sat the first party of 4. While my family (party of 4) waited to be seated and had to put our name on a list. A party of 5 then arrived and got seated right away. My family and I were still waiting to be seated. NOT GOING TO SUGAR COAT IT. This place is under piss poor management, the kitchen is just pushing out food with no love. Messy, half assed and weak. Im guessing they are using generic industry produced rubs. If not the maker of the seasonings has no sense of taste what so ever. I wouldn't let that person touch salt ever again in their life. Simultaneously my body dried and shriveled up while my feet swelled. If i didn't have high blood pressure before i definitely do now. The good part was the amount of wait staff on the clock. In the event someone has a heart attack one of them could peel themselves away from holding the counter up to give CPR. I do think they were trained by PG&E because it was 1 guy work, 3 guys watch. Tips: look into making your own rubs. Then write down recipe for consistency. Portion control and waste. Be mindful of serving size. Its nice to give a hearty amount of fries to make guests happy. But the SIDE of fries was enough for 3-4 plates worth. That adds up, that's yours or someone elses raise right there. Labor cost. I dont know the times everyone was scheduled to be in but i do know that 2-3 people could have been sent home or stayed home and their presence would not be missed. Maybe stagger the staff in, cutting staff first in first out. Have over lapping/ transitioning shifts during the peak hours of business. Tell your staff to stay busy. I can guarantee the side work and everyday clean up maintenance work was not being done to its full potential. There was 1 person moving with a sense of urgency. The rest were blowing around like paper in the wind on a wind-less day. With six idle hands there should be no food sitting in the window for any amount of time especially since they had no problem sending out incomplete orders. Kitchen staff.....I get it there's not a lot of excitement with that menu. But holy crap tell them to look alive back there. Put some try into it. I didn't hear one noise from the kitchen aside from the spatula hitting the grill but even that was rare. No talking equals no communication. Even if there's no ticket there's work to be done. Unless they just killed it during prep and are stocked to their ears. Then swept the walk-ins, wiped down the lowboys or reach-ins, switched containers and emptied grease traps, but i highly doubt it. read more

Never coming here again. The server behind the bar was complaining to her coworkers that she was sick and needs to go to urgent care, as she was coughing (mask less). She told this to the "manager" and he told her he'd taker her after the shift ends. THEY ALLOWED HER TO BE COUGHING, SICK, AND IN OBVIOUS RESPIRATORY PAIN TO CONTINUE SERVING FOOD AND DRINKS! Disgusting! If the owners read this you need to take action immediately! My visit was 7/15/21. This last experience was the icing on the cake for me. I've had subpar service the last three times I've been there and it's unfortunate because I've met the owners and they're really nice people that I wanted to support their business. Untrained staff that can't even recommend or tell me the beers they serve on tap instead I get a shoulder shrug when asking what kind of beer was a specific tap handle. Fun place! We came to play Trivia and had a great time. The food was average but not bad. What you would expect when you would go to a chain. The server we had was great and very accommodating. Dad and I came here after we were essentially shoved out of the "taproom" by an employees HORRIBLE attitude. Corrina and wings and things came in to save the day. Positive disposition. ZERO STARS Went tonight after my sons baseball game. Didn't wait too long for a table or someone to take our drink order. I ordered the strawberry lemon drop advertised on their menu & it was in a small shot glass(not worth it). We were a party of 8, 3 of which were children under 8. My son accidentally spilled his lemonade, they brought a rag wiped the table & left it all over the floor and chair, without offering to bring him a replacement. No one checked on us for almost an hour while we were still waiting on food. Thankfully we ordered the kids food first, so they got theirs. Anytime I had to asked a random waitress for something(because ours was never around) they seemed bothered. I'm sorry we needed ketchup and ranch for the kids fries and a replacement drink. At about the 1.5 hour mark my kids were restless, it was almost 9:30pm, still no food. I got up to cancel our order and there it was, all sitting in the window. I still requested to cancel mine, but other members of our party stayed and ate theirs, stating it was cold, & not worth the wait. There were other tables who had been waiting 30 minutes for someone to take their drink order! I don't blame the kitchen staff, just the wait staff. This was an absolute horrible experience. I'm very impressed with the new management! They genuinely care about the customers. They care about the service. They are always checking in with the customers, talking with them, and making sure people are being greeted at the door. A few weeks ago I had a cocktail that was not made properly and Seth immediately took care of it without hesitation. He even checked in later to make sure I was doing Ok. Another time, Beth greeted us at the door with a smile and was very sweet. They really care about this restaurant and their customers...and it shows! I placed an order for Pick Up through Door Dash at this location today. My husband just picked up the order and came home. I requested added ingredients on my fries for an additional charge, which was charged and I did not get. It's unfair to receive something that we pay for and not get it. It was not on Door Dash, because clearly the restaurant got the order and it was for pick up. First time and last time I order from your establishment. While the burger was ok, the fries were so soggy and lacked flavor. And for the price, it lacked the amount we actually get. Will never go back again. Ever since Teresa(a real manager) the restaurant now has disgusting dirty floors and dirty tables. The health department needs to be called immediately. My daughter ordered a cheeseburger and it was not cooked all the way through. The managers were less then helpful just offering 5 boneless wings for free. Laughable. No refund offered. The beer selection and service under Teresa was friendly and attentive. Getting seated and being served can also be a problem with the new managers. read more
