Ordered Sticky Fingers Quesadilla. The presentation was awful! All 5 pieces were skewered together onto one long stick with a Giant (about 4 inches long) jalapeno stuck at the top of the stick. It looked very unappetizing. In fact, it made me ill to look at it. I had the server remove the jalapeno and take it away. I had a difficult time pulling the pieces off the skewer. It was messy and they all fell apart. The chicken was tough and over-cooked. The whole entree was cold. I told the manager of my disappointment in the item. She told me to contact corporate -- that neither she nor anyone in her restaurant was permitted to change the "presentation" of their entrees. There was no apology or sympathy from her. Just apathy. I believe she could have made the situation a little bit better by volunteering to pass on my comments and displeasure on the new presentation of the Sticky Fingers Quesadilla to whomever was in charge of the menu items and then apologize for the poor presentation and bad food. I have been to this specific Winger's restaurant over 100 times in the last 12 years and have ordered this item most of those times. It WAS my favorite the way it used to be cooked and served. This time, the food was so bad that I do not care to ever go to another Winger's ever again! My family and I will spend our dining dollars at other restaurants in town from now on. read more

Terrible service and so-so food. They weren't busy when we got there but they acted like we were a bother to serve us. The server struggle the entire time we were there. She really didn't want to be working and she made it obvious. Our orders came and some of the meals weren't what was ordered. It was difficult to get our water filled and when it was, it was lukewarm not even any ice in the water. There were six of us and they only brought one small bowl of popcorn. I know it's free popcorn but we had to ask for more popcorn. We aren't going to go back for dine-in eating but might think about trying the take-out because we do like the salads and wings. read more

I love that they serve you popcorn, the sticky fingers dinner is really tasty, although I miss that I can't get a baked potato instead fries. Their fries are good though. What can I say they excel at mediocrity! On the yearly visits that I m forced to attend I get the wings! There sauce is awesome. I guess the wing salad is a good backup if I'm not into to much grease. The service is usually good. I guess I'll continue my annual visit if I don't change friends. But our server was very pushy she kept on asking over and over for our check even though we were still eating she seemed like she was in a hurry to get us out. Usually I enjoy the occasional wingers, but not so much tonight. My husband got the Wings, Things, and Fries plate while I got the sticky finger salad. As his fry choice he ordered the bacon cheese fries. The cheese was not even real cheese, and honestly ruined the fries. He ate maybe 2 and I couldn't eat more than a few either. We asked the waitress Eloise if we could swap out the fries with a different side as they were not good. She suggested the Buffalo cauliflower. We thought we'd go with her suggestion and they were fine. When the bill came, she had added the cauliflower on top of our bull (an extra $9) so the entire dinner was $40 for the 2 of us (no drinks, appetizers or desserts). Was that dinner worth $20 a plate? I don't think so. I thought the word "swap" implied it would not be extra. If she was going to charge us extra it should have been communicated before charging us. My husband didn't want me to say anything so I didn't. But honestly disappointed tonight in Wingers and didn't put the best taste (literally) in our mouths. read more

This place used to be really good! It still tastes great, but I finished a colossal 2 pounder to myself? It looked much smaller this time and i usually go with my girlfriend. Even the both of us couldn't finish the 3 pounds (which is great! We take the rest home!) We left still hungry while paying the same price. Spent like $25 and still felt like i could eat the same amount right after. Bottom line is for wings this place is NOT what it once was. It is far too expensive for what you get. The food was good as always, but the service at this location, at least tonight, left a lot to bee desired! We waited quite a while just to place or order but that was nothing compared to how long we had to wait for our food. The table across from us was dirty and not cleared when we say down and was in the process of being cleaned up when we left well over an hour later. Blue cheese dressing was spilled in the walkway by a server and several people slipped and almost fell for a good 30 minutes before it was finally cleaned. I understand that some dishes have to be waited for but I have never seen a side salad be one of them before. We had to ask for utensils and napkins and after eating wings, wet wipes as well. To my surprise, this place has some amazing food. We ate here last night. If wings are what you are famous for then I expect them to be the best!! These were not a hit they were a zero, I first tried the house sauce fingers and from that point I was ruined. Second I tried the buffalo sauce. Good but it was hard to get thru the mounds of sauce. It took over 40 minutes for us to get them people who came in after us had there food and were gone before we had our food. Service bad next what's with the popcorn get me something for real to eat. I generally like Winger's (the food is decent and fairly priced), but every time I go to this location it's a little off putting. Specifically, when I asked for a drink menu the waitress looked at me weird and pointed at the sodas. I clarified that I wanted to see the beer/cocktail menu. She explained that this location only has bottled beer and she found a menu of about half a dozen beers to choose from. She then went to get her manager since she was underage and couldn't take my order (Utah liquor laws). That all would have been fine except that after the manager took my order, the waitress returned and asked me if I still wanted that drink. I was confused, so I simply said the manager took the order and thanked her. She then said, "Well, some times people change their mind." That's when I realized she was trying to convince me--a paying adult costumer--to not order a beer. Utah County is a strange place. I learned later that not all Winger's locations have a full bar. Honestly, I could go on and on about the terrible experience I just had at here. The whole reason we were going to wingers was to eat and watch a football game. We tried to call ahead and reserve a booth and a TV and they wouldn't let us even reserve a table. Then we get there and we asked them to turn on the game and they do. After a few minutes one of the servers came and switched the channel that we requested. We asked them to change it back and they said they would but it never happened. The whole reason we came to wingers was to watch the game. The manager, Kayler, was very unprofessional and wouldn't communicate with us about what was going on. She was about as passive aggressive as a 13 year old. Our waiter was very apologetic and tried to help us out but even he missed some of our order and didn't bring some of the sides we requested. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of the server, Desean, trying his best to be apologetic and work with us. Never coming back to this location again. read more

if you are considering coming here, I would do take out. the food is amazing!!! the staff...not so much on point. I was there a few months ago and a kid threw up...everywhere...it happens, but when it takes 5-10 minutes for an employee to even acknowledge the huge mess on the ground, and another 5 minutes for someone to start cleaning it up, that is a problem!!! Winger is the Best Restaurant in the World! This place is the best, if I could have it every day then I would, but sadly I can't. It's great for ages 7 and up, no matter how big, small, or tall. Trust me I'm 5,8 and I'm only 12! I go there every year because they give you a free meal on your birthday, but I think that they stop at ten years of age, or something like that. At first they give you a pretty good sized bowl of popcorn. When you finish they refill it. After the popcorn they give you what you ordered. What I get every single time is there sticky finger with their sauce. It's pure genius. Another bonus is that they have TV, so you can watch sports while eating your food. After you have eat your delicious food and you still got some room for desert, get there asphalt pie. It is so good that I beg my mom for more, and if she doesn't say yes I beg my dad to buy us one more. It's like mint ice cream as the filling and on the bottom is like Oreos stuck together and whipped cream on top drizzled with caramel. There are 3 locations in Utah one is in the Provo mall, one is in Spanish Fork and the last one is in Orem and I think there is one in St. Gorge. The only bad thing is that its kid of expensive. But come on all that goodness it has to be a little bit more money. read more

After satisfactory eating in the Provo location for many years, I happen to be close to this one. The worse experience ever! After waiting for almost an hour, after 5 bowls of pop corn and asking the usual, chicken fingers, my food was not just late, but they bring us the wrong one, after apologizing for the delay the manager offer not to charge us, honestly, the chicken fingers were overcook, the portion of my husband salad very small. I couldn't even eat because I needed to leave, the waiter was very embarrassed but I don't know why other people the came at the same time or even after us got their food before. They were already eating dessert and we still NOTHING! We feel bad for the waiter and even leave a tip. I'm sorry, I like Wingers but even having this meal for free, was not wort it, I think my time is as valuable as the other customers. I will stay with the Provo location, the service is faster, the portions are bigger, the food is just perfect, and have never finish a second bowl of pop corn when my food is ready. read more
