I've eaten here four times in the last six months. Each time the server had no idea what they were doing. However, I love their sticky fingers. read more

We used to love Wingers and every time we came to town we would eat there. However this visit was horrible. Should have known, we walked into an empty restaurant at 730, prime dinner time. The food was gross! They must have changed there sticky fingers, they have a nasty mesquite flavor now and the pot pie was the worst I have ever tasted. We will never be back! I do want to say that our server Kelli did a good job. read more

Been to this location multiple times... Food is great, service is the worst I have experienced in this class of restaurant. Very disappointed!! read more

I like wingers, but this particular location is not great. Expect to be ignored when you walk in, after you have been sat down at the table, when waiting to order, and again when waiting for your check. Also, make sure you have plenty of time to spend there because you won't be getting out fast. I wouldn't suggest ordering the sticky fingers here unless it seems like the place is busy. If you do order them it is likely they will be stale and room temperature. I have been here on a busy night and a dead night. Busy nights are better for the food, service is bad during all business hours. read more

I went in right before closing and everyone was in the best mood for being so late! I ordered some sticker fingers to go and my waitres Terra was outstanding! She had the best attitude and made me feel like a priority! Great price for great food!! read more

Guess we have had better than average experiences at this Wingers location? For us it has been typical of the experience at other locations of this same chain. We go here occasionally because it is the closest location to our home and they do have quite a few gluten free options on the menu, (which my wife needs.) We both like the popcorn when we sit down, have had clean tables and booths and service has been acceptable. Solid three stars for us, and I expect this to continue to be a semi-regular. read more

They "improved" their menu by raising prices and deleting our favorite items. Our server Will was excellent!! I don't think we'll be back again with the "improvements" that were made. read more

We are a business nearby this location and everytime we do a bigger to-go order we get the worst service. I wouldn't say it's the staff but more so the manager. She's the one that brings it out to us when we pick it up. She's rude and couldn't care less if you thought so. This kind of response to customers should never come from a manager. oh also our large order...consisted of 4 orders.... This is the only bad review i've ever written and would say i'm pretty nice coming from someone who has served before. read more

Friendly staff but the sticky fingers are tough to cut and hard to eat and also felt like I was drinking the wingers sauce at the same time. The staff shouldn't smell like smoke over overly added perfume read more

Ok, I reviewed this place before & they were ok. But in recent past they seem to have gotten a bit better, now ole Jake doesn't like being the bad guy but, today, I wanted just a few things to eat, but I think some of their individual things ( not meals but alta carte style stuff ) are a bit pricey . Again the food is ok food, Ive never gotten sick from em, & it tastes fine & seems clean but like I said they charge a bit much on aka carte stuff (IMO) the prices need to be about 210-15% less. They seem to have cleaned house a bit lately and gotten some better staff, IE faster more attentive etc. I truly would like to give them 3.5-4 stars but I'm gonna wait a little bit to see where they continue to go. Good job on improvements though. read more

Horrible experience when we went today. Our waitress took our drink orders... and left us sitting there for 20+ minutes. We left. Staying away from there. Oh and there was a dead spider on the wall next to me. Never again. read more

Been a few times, as other posters have noted service is not the best, which is a bit odd as this place is never that busy. A few good beers on tap, and if you are ordering typical bar fare food, you can't go wrong with the classics here. Basic decor, Low noise atmosphere for a bar, clean bathrooms. read more

Went for lunch. Not the first time @ this location. Usually fast & friendly service. Not today. Waited 30 minutes for Wings n things appetizer & it was cold. Manager told us a replacement would be right up. After waiting 15 minutes we walked out. Will never go to this location again. Horrible service!! read more

Normally a fan of this chain restaurant, but this location is awful. Bad service, unorganized, and I've never even sat down to eat here, that's just my expereince from ordering to go! What should normally be a quick and efficient process always ends up being a disaster. They've given me the wrong sauce on my wings every time. Would definitely recommend other locations over this one! read more

I have attempted to eat at this location twice. One time, I called to make a to go order. The person who answered was rude. I let them know I wanted to place a to go order and their response was "Can you call back in like 15 minutes? We're busy". COMPLETELY unprofessional. I didn't want any angry workers to spit in my food so I called in at a different location The second attempt was tonight. We arrived at wingers at 9:05. The online hours clearly state they are open until 10pm on weekdays and so did the sign on their front door. The door was locked. When we tried to open the door (before we realized it was locked) a lady at the front looked up when she heard us and made eye contact with me and just walked into the back. If we arrived at 9:50, that would be one thing. But an hour early? That's pretty ridiculous if you ask me. If a manager or owner knows about that, that's pathetic. read more

If you're planning take out for a scheduled lunch or party, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I ordered a VERY large take out order (over $500) the day before it was needed. Scheduled to pick it up at 11:00am the following day. Never was I told when placing the order they opened at 11, so it wouldn't be ready. When we arrived to pick it up, they couldn't find it. After looking for a few more minutes, they found it and it wasn't even placed. This was almost 11:30. Told me it would be ready in about 45 minutes. It would be cutting it close to our 12:15 lunch, but still fine. Almost 2 hours later it was finally ready. We had to reschedule almost 100 people for lunch. What an embarrassment! The so called hostess sat in the back on her phone almost the whole time we were there. Should I mention she was the one that took the order and failed to turn it in...wonder why? I gave her my CC to pay for the order so I didn't have to wait once the food was ready. After about 20 minutes, I had to ask her for my CC back. She asked, "oh you wanted to pay now?" Seriously, why would I give you my CC if I didn't want to pay now? Last, but certainly not least. When the order was placed they told me they would give me 10% off the large order. Due to the wait, I was told I was getting 10% off for the mix up. Needless to say I only got the original 10% off and an apology from the poor girl who got stuck working with an incompetent co-worker. Not once did the one who made the error apologize or even take responsibility. Wingers was the place we did take out from quite often, but after this experience, I'll go somewhere else. read more

Horrible service by 9738. First off they were out of coffee. Then out of limeade. Guess its to complicated to make more of either. The table behind us got their food before us even though we ordered long before them. My wings were cold when our food came. And then we had to ask for silverware and napkins. Which took way more than five mins to get back to us. We had to take napkins from the table 3 over from us that had just left. It's a wing place we ordered wings. We would probably need napkins. Our orders weren't complicated or hard. We didn't ask for anything tricky. Restuarant was not busy. Our server had to send someone else over to our table to help do simple tasks. Even just to take payment. Not good service! 1st and only time we will go. read more

Not bad, because I keep coming back obviously. There are days when they're great and days when I need a manager to make things right. To date they've always done so but it happens so often I can't give a 5 star. Good wings and fries, staff is okay, can't speak much about the rest of the menu. Stop by and make your own decision. read more

Wingers food is really great I have yet to have a bad experience with the food. But I have to say I normally I call and order for pick up and their customer service is the worst! Called ahead for pick up one day and called 5x no one answered the phone. It's 2pm on a Thursday, decided to pick something else, but happen to drive by the location since it's on my way home and i see one car in the parking lot! Also there have been other times we have ordered from them and go to pick it up and never get acknowledged that I'm there for pick up. Once I am acknowledged I then am told to wait at the bar for 20 min! Unfortunately since there food is so good I might just endure the horrible service but if your reading this here's your heads up of what to expect. read more

Once again I got the cheese fries, on my receipt it said: "Cheese fries, make it super extra special, Hook It Up way extra". To my and my friend's delight, it was once again layered with cheese, parsley, green onions, sliced onions, a tomato slice, pickle on the side and 2 strawberries. This weeks twist: sticky fingers on the fries with a moat of barbecue sauce! Still just $1.99!!! Thanks again Mitch and cooks, see you Sunday! read more

Ok 8pm on a Wednesday night and this place is empty, not sure how they stay open if this is the norm. I had the chicken tacos, just ok nothing special, after I had eaten the bar tender asked me if I wanted my check, instead of trying to sell me another beer. After my second beer she brought me my check, I told her I wanted another beer. Ok who is running this joint train your people how to sell your merchandise, it's called how to make money. read more

Malinda was our server for a good 30 seconds. got mad at me when i asked for an iced tea with extra pumps of raspberry & she looked like she had no idea what i was talking about with the pumps so after a good 3 mins of arguing she says "my goodness i'm just trying to help you" then i proceed to talk to my boyfriend who is sitting next to me & she comes around the corner & says "Um, excuse me?" like??? she wasn't even in that convo??? so rude. so unprofessional. then without coming back with our drinks so comes back with another waitress, Wendy (who is very very nice) & says "she will be taking your orders now" very rudely. Wendy was awesome & very on top of things. there was no reason Malinda needed to be that rude & make that scene. she said she was filling in but acted like she had never worked at a restaurant before. the food is very good here, no complaint about that ever. i've always had great service here but for some reason Malinda had an attitude NO waitress should have. all i wanted was iced tea with pumps of raspberry. read more

Went in today (02/21) at 1130. Maybe 3 other tables filled. Almost hour later, still hadn't gotten our food. Complained to the waitress who said it would be another 15 min. I took my granddaughter to have dinner here. I drive by here all the time. It always appears empty. I should have read Yelp and the fact that the parking lot is always empty. I doubt the place will stay open much longer. read more

Horrible service and mediocre food. We were seated immediately, but the waitress didn't come to our table for a really long time even though it wasn't busy (1:55 on a Monday afternoon). My husband and two sons each had time to go to the restroom and we waited even after that before I finally went to find an employee. Nobody was in the dining area, I had to wait for someone to come out of the kitchen. It turned out to be our waitress. The waitress came over a few minutes later. I asked what cheese options they had for the Sticky Finger Salad besides the shredded cheese. She said "you want the shredded cheese?" I said no, "what kind of cheeses do you have." She proceeded to list some shredded cheese options. I told her the shredded cheddar was fine. Then said to my husband "they used to have feta which I what I was hoping for." After she finished our orders she told me they have feta and asked if I would like that. I said yes, that would be great. My husband and teenage sons all ordered the sticky finger lunch. The two boys ordered sauce on the side, one BBQ, the other original amazing. When our order came, both of my sons' sticky fingers were wrong. They both received regular boneless tenders in original amazing sauce. My salad also had blue cheese on it instead of feta. (It had dark speckles in it like blue cheese and was stronger than feta.) Again, our waitress was nowhere to be found and didn't check back on us. I finally tired of waiting and went to find her and had to wait by the bar because there were no employees in the dining or bar area at all. When she finally came out of the kitchen she asked if I needed something. I told her "3 of our 4 orders were wrong". She said "let me put this food down and I'll be right over." So I went to sit down. She never came to the table. Eventually my husband and sons had all eaten their food. (My teenage sons ate the tenders even though they were wrong because they were hungry.) So, this time my husband went to find her, again, not a single employee in the dining or bar area. She came to the table, my husband asked her if she asked what was wrong and she said no. She said she had "ordered new tenders since they were raw". I said, that's not what I said. So, we explained what was wrong with each order and she told me that was feta on my salad. I said no, that's blue cheese and it's not the same as feta. She asked if I wanted a new salad, I said yes, just the way it normally comes. She never really apologized for the problems with our orders either. Just acted surprised that they were wrong. On a side note, just to show how poor her service was, we also asked to have a TV channel changed and it took 3 explanations to have her understand which channel we wanted. But, the channel was never changed. She was nice enough, but just not a good waitress in our opinion. As for the food, the tenders seem to be skimpy on the actual chicken, about 50/50 breading to chicken. The refill tenders were overlooked (probably since she thought the first ones were raw even though they weren't). They no longer have steak fries, they are thin, almost shoestring. They did discount our bill by 50%, but honestly an apology and/or a visit from the manager apologizing would have gone a lot further. I would avoid this location. It used to be one of our regular dining options, but each time we go, it's now a frustrating experience. Now that I think about it, the last time we went there we left after waiting 15+ minutes for a waiter, even after asking to have one sent to our table. read more

The food is tasty. The portions have shrunk down significantly but raised their pricing.

I just go for the wings. However, over the years their recipe seems to have changed. I haven't been in a long while and it seems like everything has changed. On Mother's Day, may 14th, I took my children and mother out to celebrate. I've been to wingers many times and it's been just fine. But. Between the remodel and the staff not knowing or understanding what the fuck they were doing. I was really running thin on patience. This is the first, and hopefully last time, I didn't leave a tip. The waitress wasn't busy she literally had maybe three tables (mine included) to attend to. She was rude as fuck. She wouldn't communicate, slammed my drinks into the table and put scorching hot plates in my hands (whatever) but into my kids hands and moms? Seriously. Wingers need to check who the fuck they hire. She was more concerned with talking to boys in the back than actually doing her job. She doesn't belong in the food industry (her name is stephany) I'm totally disgusted with the way we were treated. And like I said. What I just wrote is just a sliver of her service towards me and my family. Don't want anything but you guys need a wake up call with who you hire of you give a shit about anything. Never going back. Very disappointed with Wingers, Went in for Lunch with the Husband and they were running the All You Can Eat Wings. Placed my order within 10 mins the Waiter comes back to tell me the were out of Wings. I was like WTF..... He proceeded to tell me they ran out the Night before. Once again I was SHOCKED. How can the Name of the Company have wings in it but not have any to serve. I had to pick something else when the whole point of going was for the WINGS. I am very disappointed with the Management for not making sure they have enough inventory to meet the needs of its location. I will not go to another Wingers. read more

I haven't been to Wingers for dinner in about a year, and was shocked by the price increase. Last Thursday, six of us wanted hamburgers for dinner, so we chose Wingers, although none of us had been there recently. There were only about 8 other customers. We all ordered burgers, and were told that since we ordered them cooked med., it would take a while.... a long while. I ordered a garlic burger, priced at almost $10, and when it arrived, I was holding a bun, one slice of tomato, two rings of onion, a large pile of lettuce ribs, which made it difficult to eat...but our meat patties were about the size of a poker chip. It might have had a couple of grains of garlic salt on it, making them $1/grain. The bun was dry...no sauce other than a small helping of fry sauce, and the waitress was constantly confused. We got a ketchup bottle that was half full...not enough for the fries, and the waitress never returned it. She didn't get around to the soda refills, either. We just assumed that it was cost-effective to limit us to a half-bottle of ketchup. We will never go there again, and it's sad because I used to enjoy going to this restaurant. High priced and low budget is not acceptable. read more

Accused by the waitress of giving my all you can eat wings away. This surprises me because the amount of time it takes for a reorder to get there, the old wings had dried up and blown into Davis county. This is so terribly unprofessional.
