This is a rather new location, it's clean and cool inside, you can order beer, hard liquor and have your kids in tow. The reason for 3 stars? Service....slow. Food was good, but the service is painfully slow. read more

We were excited to try this new place out (first timers to Wingers). Got in, looked around, but couldn't see any type of employee anywhere. No bartender, no servers, no host, nothing. We weren't sure if you're suppose to sit yourself or wait to be seated (since there was no one there) but we waited..and waited..and waited.. I would say at least 7 minutes, if not more, but after seeing that no one was coming my husband went to the kitchen door to see if he could get someone, pushed it open and saw all the workers there, just hanging out. They told him they would be right out so he went back to the front where we waited a little more then finally the host came to sit us. We sat at the patio. I asked for an extra kids menu since he only gave us 2 but I had 3 children. He came back and tossed it on the table and walked away... WHO DOES THAT?! The kids menus are folded in to pocket squares with crayons inside vs your flat paper. The host then came and sat another party next to us. Both them and us waited..and waited..and waited for a waiter who never came. After another 7 or so minutes of waiting with no sign of anyone coming to either table, not even to say hello or have someone bring waters or get our drinks, we decided to get up and left. The table next to us also said they would leave if the waiter didn't come soon. Not sure sure if they ended up leaving as well. HORRIBLE SERVICE. read more

I hope you won't have the same experience as me. That being said: my experience was terrible. It started out a little rocky with our waitress taking a while to take our orders. My salad came out shortly after, and in it was what I can only identify as a cockroach like insect. We notified the manager right away. After he took back the salad and examined it, he came out and insisted that it was a fly and not a cockroach because it had wings. (My thought: I don't care what kind of bug it is, I care that it's in my food. How does the difference between a fly and a cockroach make a difference?) He said it as if almost he was expecting me to be fine with it? It was pretty bizarre... then our waitress was Terrible at communicating anything in regards to what was going on with our food: is she going back for our other plate? Is she getting our drink? Did you forget our sides?.... it was truly painful. The manager was kind enough to give my meal for free along with gift cards for my friends, but we practically had to pry it out of him. It was overall a very uncomfortable and tense situation. read more

Our waiter was nice and attentive, but for 13$ this salad is beyond subpar. Plus they charge extra for extra sauce now? I advise putting your money into another restaurant. read more

It has been quite awhile since I have been here. I had been here once before and it was horrible. Dark, dingy interior. Food was meh. Service was meh. Came back today because I heard it had been revamped. I was seriously surprised. The interior is open and bright. The bar is amazing. Service was friendly. The menu had a great variety to choose from. Not just wings. I can't wait to come back and try the pineapple shrimp tacos. read more

I love wingers and this is definitely my favorite one! I've had Alexis as a server twice now and she is beyond expectations, she is friendly and on top of what the customer needs. read more

Zero service. My husband and I went in to celebrate a special occasion, and greeted our servers with smiles. She stood staring at us and our IDs for a good 5 minutes, told us she had a "bad feeling" and got her Manager. The manager sounded annoyed that she'd been bothered as she declared that we were the people on the cards. We are 33 and 27. Almost 30 minutes later, the server returned without our beers. We never got popcorn, and our food order hadn't been put in. Nobody else bothered to check on us or apologize as we walked out hungry almost 40 minutes after walking in. read more

We have been coming here for about the last two years because of the sticky fingers. The service is hit and miss which I can understand. Rarely has it been horrible. It was a few months ago, and the manager gladly comp'd one of the meals. Today, it was just as bad, we got the all you can eat meal, and there was never any refills. Having to return to lunch, I asked the manager if we could make the price fairer. She said 'I can do 20%'. Well.. I told her that we got six fingers total which was about their 7.99 appetizer and not two 10.99 meals. She just said 'That's all I can do'. Well...I think that is about all we can take with the bad service. Risking bad service and then to have the manager 'hold her ground'? Like that when the server apologized for the poor service..Yeah... read more

I don't know why this place doesn't have better reviews. I've never had a bad meal here. Everything I've tried is delicious!! The chicken avocado club sandwich is by far the best club I've ever had!! Great tacos, great wraps, great soups, and excited to try more. read more

We love wingers but this location is not good. They were soo slow when the did wait on us but most of the time we were left to fend for ourselves. We won't be back to 48th and State. read more

We've been a few times hoping service would improve. Nope. Construction is now done and service still sucks. Several tables are waiting for service and yet there are several servers standing around folding napkins. And don't expect any refills, you only get one beverage per visit! This place is cool but staff is super SHITTY! read more

Really really wish we could give no stars. I used to love this place. Used to be the perfect place for Saturday night get togethers.. Today was aweful. The garlic fries were just garlic. Everything came out cold. No respect for trying to get any waitresses attention.. SUPER slow service. just very very bad.. definitely will not be coming back. And will be spreading the bad word. read more

Very satisfied with our dinner tonight. I wish I could give Daniele and the cooks a 10 star rating. Food was great. Daniele's personality and knowledge of menu items was amazing. She had great advice and made us feel well taken care of. She made us laugh, smile, and was so kind to our baby. It was a great family night out to Wingers. Thank you! read more

Had a great meal at Wingers. The food was hot, fresh, and came out quickly. Our server Mitch was friendly and responsive without hovering. Most of the time I am in agreement with the overall Yelp scores, but I think a few bad experiences are unfairly skewing the score lower than it should be. If you find yourself with a serious wing craving, this is your spot. read more

I hate to even give this one star.It was All around terrible. We moved to California 4 years ago and wingers was the place my son wanted to go for his 15th birthday. All the burgers were very well done when we ordered medium. Absolutely dry no flavor unless you like charcoal flavor. The Fries were Cold And soggy. They must've been cooked the day before. The staff didn't even know what food they were bringing to the table, just held the plates up and said "who ordered this?". My husband ordered a jalapeño garden burger from their menu. They brought him a random burger and said they didn't have what he ordered. We asked for napkins 5 times before we got them and repeatedly asked for things to be cleared which was never done. We started stacking on vacant tables. When we talked to the manager she would only comp the burger my husband ordered and didn't get. Everyone was rude. No customer service what so ever. I felt like warning everyone coming in to turn around. My husband is the biggest tipper I have ever met. So of course when our 150.00 bill came I told him not to tip he was still going to drop a $50. However they added $21 to the bill for gratuity which we were not told about. He left them nothing extra. They did not even do anything for my sons birthday which i always remember them bringing asphalt pie. Only considering going here only enter if you want a bad experience because that's all you will get. read more

I enjoy getting wings from here on occasion because they serve a good portion for the price, and the wingers original sauce is SOO yummy. Sometimes I feel like the wings can be a little soggy, but other than that its a good choice. The service here is mediocre, very slow, and very little foot traffic here overall. I have yet to be convinced to try anything else from this restaurant, for now I think Ill just stick with the wings. read more

Wow, it has been a while since I've been to Wingers, but it was a BAD experience. We got the all-you-can-eat wings, myself and my 2 brothers. They (slowly) brought out a plate with like 5 wings on it. After our server finally came back around, we asked for another round of wings. He brought back a plate with 6 total, and said, "split it two apiece." I laughed out loud. We each finished our two wings, then waited a good 5 minutes or so before he even came back around to allow us to order more. After the next helping, even though I could have eaten more, I decided just to not order wings because I didn't want to wait for more. Really bad experience, and I will not be returning. Terrible service, super slow. They have also changed their flavor. I couldn't put my finger on what exactly was different about the original wing and sauce, but it just wasn't the same. Really "meh" food, and an underwhelming experience in all other areas. Steer clear. read more

The country music really ruined my experience entirely. jk. But seriously... Despite being on State, this restaurant seems to never be busy. This is probably due to the super high prices. I got some dank tacos and blackberry lemonade (free refills) which were 'ight but not worth the money. Our waitress was attentive and friendly and brought me more popcorn when I shoved the whole bowl in my mouth. read more

I can't express enough not to go here for any to-go order close to closing time. The women who took the order was nice enough but still seemed totally annoyed. Like she had somewhere she was supposed to be and you just ruined her night. But then a waitress told me to sit off in some corner with the obvious intention of making sure I didn't dirty any more of the sticky ass barstools I was sitting in previously. Then the obvious stink eye from other waitress working and also stink eye from a cook threw a kitchen window. I got handed food with a quick goodnight and no courtesy order check that you get at other locations. Now to the bad part.........As I was walking out the door I turned around to push the door with my back and some table busser with his big ugly hipster mustache was emptying a garbage can with one had and flipping me off with the other. Then to the food, garbage compared to every location I've ever been to in the valley. Missing things that were specifically asked for. Like ranch for my freaking chicken wings. How hard is that? This is really sad to write.... I love wingers. This location just needs some serious training and quality control. I would hate for this location to be a wing lovers only wingers experience. Just stay away from this one. read more

I'm going to give this particular wingers a 5 star. Not only were the wings better than I have had at any other wingers in a long time, but our server was awesome! Mandy did a great job handling a big group of us. We had some guys in our party that were super loud and rowdy. She really went the extra mile when she brought out two pieces of asphalt pie for the table to share be cause we had around ten people and we were celebrating a friend's birthday. Wingers used to be one of my favorite restaurants. I would always go to the one in Ft Union before they closed it. The last few times I have been (south Jordan, and vernal) the wing quality had been poor, but not tonight! Thank you Mandy and everyone at the wingers on 48th and State for making our experience awesome! read more

The restaurant has been remodeled ultra modern and sports bar like. The waitstaff was great but we had to wait a few times for our waitress. The food was a huge disappointment... I had eaten there before the remodel and it was amazing. So tables have turned great decor and atmosphere but terrible food. We had the all you can eat wings... they were cold and looked like they were used fir target practice with sauce and mostly missed the target. Coleslaw tasted old and carrots and celery that come with wings were old and dried out... kind of petrified looking. Wings were not meaty at all... anorexic chickens. read more

The only reason I would give this (location) one star is for the sticky fingers. The service is horrible!!!! I ordered my drink the same time my boyfriend had and it's being going on 20 minutes as I am typing this review...still waiting. To add to this my boyfriend's beer came out super flat!! The fries came out cold and not fully cooked. My waitress Kirsten did nothing for her lack of service or get a manager to resolve any of these issues as it was clear as day that I was unhappy!! This all was happening with only 3 tables with a total of 6 guests, that is just pathetic!! Go to any other location...this location is garbage! read more

The service was TERRIBLE! We waited forever because the tables were not clean. Once we sat (at a still unclean table) and ordered, we waited about an HOUR for our food. Right as we were going to leave, the food came. It was bad. It was cold, and the flavor was awful. I will not be going back. Ever. read more

Good thing I love asphalt pie enough to wait 45 minutes for it. These guys were very very slow. The waitress was very kind and the asphalt was tasty. This is a typical chain restaurant. First thing you notice as you walk in the door here is the strong scent of bathroom air freshener -- and urinal cakes. We waited 15 minutes before anybody approached to take our drink order. The wait staff seemed confused, we had two different servers and the manager at our table. The waitress didn't write down our order and had to confirm what we wanted. The fries arrived cold and greasy, after all the other food. The wings were way too saucy and the carrots & celery were missing from our plates. The server did take the fries back and remove them from our check. The Caesar salad tasted decent. The manager came by again, after we paid, and asked how things were. We told her and she offered a free dessert, which we declined. An air vent was was also right above our table, blowing hot air on us our entire visit, making my eyes dry and my throat itchy. We won't be returning. read more

Wow, I went in around 4PM and this was the worst Wingers experience I've ever had. I ordered boneless wings and fries to go. The fries were fine, but not one of the wings was edible. I've had beef jerky that was more tender. Far from fresh, end of the lunch hour rush leftovers is what I was served. read more

It's a very typical family oriented chain that has a full bar so you can take shots still even with the kids in tow. The food is very average fried fair. Chicken fingers, wings of course, wraps, nothing really pops as unique with the exception of the Wingers original wings. Those are pretty good actually. The prices are normal, between 7 and 11 dollars, so cheap. I only end up here during the weekday because it's across the street from where I work. Honestly, as far as after work hours would I ever end up here? Definitely not. It's sort of a boring environment and seems more suited to low middle class families looking for a "night out." I say pass, but if there's nowhere else around the food isn't horrible. read more

Wow worst experience in my life! Slow service AND awful awful customer service. The server was rude and spilled stuff coming out. Don't go here expecting anything they take forever with everything! If I could I would give this place 0 stars. read more

Worst. Service. Ever. Food took forever to come out, and everything tasted stale when it finally did arrive. I'll give Wingers a 3/5. I was thinking of 2/3 but this was my first time. The place is decent although set up a little different, think of a cafeteria type bar. They seemed to have a few new severs although they were very nice to me and accommodating . I was reminded that I needed to order something to eat if I was going to drink. This has to be the strangest law that I've ever encountered, oh well I live in LA. I ordered the chicken wings which they said were "World Famous" although I've never heard of them ;) The wings weren't very meaty, and seemed to be small and somewhat dry. I've had better wings for sure. I ordered two Margaritas which were all pretty good, a little too much triple sec but good. I would've ordered another but they ran out of tequila? The new assistant manager Andrea and my server Kelli were very nice. Would I come back again? Yes, I would. A good place for a couple drinks and decent food. read more

Just ok. Bad service. Cold fries. Hard boneless chicken. They ran out of iced tea at lunch. I guess they did not expect costumers.
