I ordered carryout on a dead night and it came out quickly. That is the only positive thing I have to say about this establishment. I was first in line at the host stand and they served the impatient DoorDash driver before me. No warm greeting. The interior was fitting for a pub. I can't speak on the table service as I didn't dine in. I paid for an extra side of ranch that I did not receive. They did not include cutlery or napkins in the bag. Now for the food. I ordered chicken wings with cheese fries. The chicken is very poor quality and these are the tiniest wings I've ever seen. The celery and carrots were not the best quality. The fries were okay. My family loves Wingers, we just do! The original sauce is great, I like the slightly hotter version, but I've been noticing they have more sauces that I need to try as well. Also I think they changed the fry recipe recently, from steak fries to extra crispy fries, it's a good change. Wingers was worth the visit. I got drawn in by the classic car show. Had fun checking out all of the clean classic rides. Stopped in for a beer and a bite. Had the wings, bacon cheese fries, and a beer. Wings were crispy and flavorful. Fries could have been crispier, but had tons of cheese and bacon. Pub quality food and service was excellent. We went to Wingers a few nights ago, after the dinner rush but well before closing time. The server seemed fairly annoyed that we were even there, perhaps we interrupted his break time? The taste of the food was good; the presentation was very basic. Again this left the impression that we were making work for the kitchen staff and inconveniencing them. Good marks for food quality; low marks for staff attitude and for plate presentation. read more

This is the second time we have come here. It was during Covid commotion both times. And both times it has been great. We were seated quickly, had very nice and attentive servers, and the food was delicious. I am extremely sad to have to write this review as I've been a patron and a huge fan of Wingers for probably around 20 years. They had the best wings I've ever tasted, and the sauce... phenomenal. But this time I was highly disappointed with my takeout order. Over $30 for 18 wings now, the prices keep shooting up. I understand prices have to increase with inflation and as the price of goods increase... but the quality of the food needs to be maintained at the very least if you're going to jack the prices. The photo here wasn't just one of my wings, it was how basically all of them looked. Along with how small the wings were, the drumsticks (every one) had an extra bone I kept biting into due to sloppy cutting. The staff could have been a little more friendly as well. On a more positive note... the last time I was there I had the sticky fingers and they were great! That's sadly what I'll have to get from now on if I go at all. read more

Came here for lunch after some sports games this morning; our kiddos were hungry, tired, and wanted food fast! Our server promptly brought out complimentary popcorn and our drinks, and we were quickly able to order and receive our entrees. Cheddar Bacon fries: the cheese sauce is phenomenal, we ordered the pretzels and cheese afterwards and actually preferred that item! Sticky Fingers: honestly never eaten a bad sticky finger here and as you can see from the photo, I eat plenty of them! I love love love their original amazing sauce, it's sweet and tangy, with just the perfect kick of spice that makes it way too easy to eat an entire Colossal sized order yourself! It was a very pleasant experience, the restaurant was fairly quiet and I enjoyed that the TV screens allowed us to keep an eye on the Washington-Utah game, while the volume was kept considerately low. Friday lunch and this place was packed and not enough servers. We were patient and even the manager brought us our food out but with no plates or fry sauce, extra ranch. Come on. My mom ate on her napkin. Luckily she had one in her purse because we didn't even get those when asked for. Water was never refilled unless asked too and even then our server said she had to get a couple more orders until she could get to me! Am I not a paying customer? Where did that manager go? Oh he went and sat behind a laptop in the corner. Our server was doomed. The food has even fallen short as their wings being smaller in size. Kids meal was horrible. The grilled chicken was so dry and had a spicy rub to it that no kid is going to like with boiling hot mashed potatoes. We had to box that one up. Saving grace here is the popcorn. Poorly ran and lower standards of food quality with inflated prices is what this wingers has come to be. Sad that they even checked ID on my mom when we said that it's her birthday in order for her to get a free dessert. Sad I used like this place. read more

I see at wingers years ago when it was on ft. Union. And it has been about 15 years since. So me and my buddy thought we would try the one on State Street. The service was great. We had a young gal that took good care of us. We both had burgers and an order of wings. I remember I wasn't crazy about their wings before and I'm still not. We ordered two flavors and both wings were dry and overcooked. . The burger was ok, I ordered mine cooked pink and it was well done, so another dry and over cooked item. I saw someone order nachos and I thought if I come back in another fifteen years I might try the nachos. Well, my iffy calls me a day later and asked if I felt alright after eating the food and I was. He said he was so sick and that wingers was the only good he had the day before. However if I had not had a $20 gift certificate, I would have been so angry, and refused to pay for this crap food. The garlic fries have some strange sweet slimey coating on them, the fry sauce looks like fry sauce but is otherwise bland and pointless, and the primary taste to the salsa was high fructose corn syrup. I have literally NEVER left chips and salsa uneaten until today. Do I have a loss of taste from Covid, perhaps? Have been to this location many times but today was less then perfect. With a group of 5 and I ordered the grilled salmon. When the food came out, my salmon wasn't with the orders. The server said it was still frozen so will take longer and he brought me a side salad, complementary, until the salmon was ready. Never before have I had a server to have the foresight to bring a small salad due to a delayed entree. Kudo's to him for giving me something to munch on while my other friends ate so I wasn't just sitting there. My salmon finally arrived and it looked good with a pile of fresh veggies and mashed taters. Since I knew it was previously frozen (hey, this is Utah you know) I sliced it in half first to make sure it was cooked all the way. Nope. Raw, raw, raw. Server came back and I refused the entree. He said he'd have them make another but the kitchen staff/cooks have just proved to me they can't cook a salmon by sending it out raw so do I want to roll the dice? Nope. I enjoyed my side salad and a couple of friends gave me some chicken. 2 stars for the server but it's highly unlikely I'll return since I can't trust the cooks not to make me sick by not thoroughly cooking my food. read more

This location is one we really like to visit. They have a great outdoor patio and service is always good. What we have noticed is a decline in food quality as prices seem to go up. We visited on Monday and both ordered the 10 piece bone in wings. They were the smallest wings I've ever encountered about the size of a game hen or quail. Also for 10 wings mine had 1 piece of celery and no carrots. My wife was lucky, she got two pieces of celery. Her wings were breaded and fried and still about the size of a game hen wing. Where do they find chickens this small? We'll miss the service and ambience but can't justify the expense. I've had wing appetizers for 6 bucks that were higher in protein content and no veggies or side for 16.99 a plate is ridiculous. read more

My family and I came in on Sunday, July 18, 2021 for lunch. We have been here before, and had a good experience previously, but this time was awful. My wife wanted a coffee, was told they didn't have any. My father-in-law wanted a bloody mary, was told they didn't have any of the ingredients. This is a bar/restaurant, get it together! My father-in-law order the pork riblets with onion straws, was told they didn't have pork riblets. Ordered the Fish instead, brought fish out with fries and not onion straws. Asked for malt vinegar, didn't have malt vinegar, brought balsamic vinegar instead. This places sucks. read more

We used to love coming here for family dinners. However this specific location in Murray, UT has sucked the last two times to put it plainly. Last time our drinks and salads came out with the entrees. So we sat there with their popcorn for a majority of our visit with no waiters in sight to remedy our . Our waitress removed the salad upgrades from our ticket at the end but that was horrible pick of the day. Tonight I'm reviewing this place from the car. We walked in... and that's about how quickly the visit ended. We waited over 10 mins to even see a waiter roam passed us and when we went looking for one... well... we disappointingly found them just hanging out around their trash bins talking. I think it was more disappointing that they didn't jump to help but instead they looked at each other and proceeded to act clueless. This place was sort of a dark horse for a while. The feeling I got, driving by this place for years, was that it was a bit of a bar dive. I expected it to be dark and dirty inside, with alcoholics clinging to the bar with booze and wings. A place I would have frequented ten years ago. Boy was I surprised. First off, the place was immaculate clean. They even had a sign up saying that they have a clean hour to wipe down the place and sanitize. It was bright and cheery inside with diners comfortable in their own booths. The food was great. I had their house wings with garlic fries and I don't think I would venture off that selection for a while. These were seriously good chicken wings. My wife got the taco tenders and she picked them apart. We were thoroughly impressed and surprised, as this was just a chance stop while we waited for our car to get cleaned. This was a good example of why to not judge a book by its cover. read more

We were visiting from AZ and Wingers was just across from the hotel so that was a plus. We liked the extensive menu. We ordered sticky finger wrap with buffalo fries, delish! A sticky finger salad, yum! Chips, salsa and guac. The wrap and salad were huge and tasty and not too salty. They did however forget our salsa in our take out bag, I forgot to double check before leaving and I wasn't going to go back just for salsa but we ordered take out from them again the next night and they gave me a replacement salsa (scored points with me). So we ordered from them a third night and I just had a pleasant experience with the staff. Most the staff was younger but friendly and engaging. I was pleasantly surprised to being my girlfriend to Wingers for the first time at this location. (The downtown location seems to have disappeared!) They've decided to scrap the kitschy chrome decor at this Wingers and it makes eating there a more pleasant experience. I've always loved eating at Wingers and not just for the wings! Everything we had the other night there was absolutely amazing! From the awesome-sauce boneless wings right down to the fry sauce, I couldn't have been more satisfied. Our waitstaff went over the top to assure we were taken care of there. (There were five of us.) Not a drink was left empty. I love Wingers food but this location has tanked for the worst. After about 3 tries since all the corporate changes we decided we won't be back. It took over an hour to get seated and had many people pass us. After watching tables sitting ready to be bussed for over a half hour we got a table. Our table hadn't been wiped and milk was under the whole table. Also, the design they arranged for our table was impossible to sit at. I will attach a picture because there is no way to explain it. We arrived at 730 left at 1015... The corporate changes that all my family & friends aren't too stoked about: 1. No more popcorn :( 2. Much smaller sticky fingers 3. Old fries are gone. The new ones aren't bad but we miss the old. 4. Sticky finger salad hardly gets any sticky fingers now We want the original Wingers back! Everything feels cheap now. read more

Chicken is good. Ambiance is decent but service is horrendous. So many employees just running back and forth doing nothing, but when you walk in and they eventually ask if you've been helped and you say "take out order", they literally just forget about you, and never bring you your order. I was waiting for 30 minutes, sitting where the podium is, and all these employees walked by without ever asking me if I've been helped. Even when the same two employees came by that originally asked me the name of my order, they just completely ignored me, and never said the status of my order. Just skip this place and go somewhere else. read more

The chicken was okay at best - A $10 wrap has two chicken strips, one in each side, wrapped in so much lettuce and cheese that you really have trouble finding it - Really felt like I paid $10 for 2 ounces of chicken. The fries aren't bad but for the price you pay, there are far better options. I ended up throwing away half the wrap, which was a pile of lettuce, and honestly - please start thinking more about your to-go orders. You threw a soggy pickle in the bottom of a plastic container and dropped the wrap in it. The wrap was so soaked in pickle juice that it really took away from the meal - not to mention the fact that the fries soaked it all up. Thank-you for being open enough during the pandemic so Wingers lovers like me can come and get our Sticky Fingers ON!! Everyone at Wingers is always very friendly. When I've been inside to order to-go before the pandemic different waitstaff would come by and offer me water, or a soft drink while I waited for my order to go. Now with the pandemic they are STILL the same friendly smiling faces behind the mask as they bring out the food. You can see their smiles through their masks. They wear gloves to protect you and themselves. When you place your online order please remember the person delivering your food is also still working for tips. Please be generous to your server, they offered a service to you, give more than 10%, you can afford it. read more

The receipt said $66.15 and when I checked my bank balance a few days later they had actually charged me $76.15 $10. I know there are so many wing places, but this is by far the best fanchise and this specific location is absolutely awesome. The taste of their sauces cannot be matched, the fingers were perfectly cooked, cut like butter amd moist. Great menu with far more than just wings. The staff is fantastic, filled drinks without asking, and very nice. They are upgrading the TV's as I type this and very clean restaurant. My recommendation is an absolute must. read more
