I'm disgusted that Wingers only has a cumulative 2.5 stars. Let it be known, that I LOVE Wingers and their Original Amazing-sauced bone-in wings, with their AMAZING ranch dressing. They must put a ton of garlic in it, because it takes it to another level. Had seven wings, and I wanted more. That's the sign of a good thing. I also ordered their chips, salsa, and guacamole. The guac was a bit too lime-y, for my taste, and the salsa was unique, but not my cup of tea. That said, the chips are GREAT, and I was able to dip them in my favorite Frontera Chipotle salsa, by celeb chef Rick Bayless. Yes, that last detail is important, because this was a DoorDash order, I don't take a bottle of my favorite salsa to restaurants. But maybe I should? ;) read more

There are a lot of haters out there, but there is much that is good about Wingers. You can get beer, wine, and liquor, even with underage people in tow. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the service I have had has always been good, especially Justice, who is the archetype of a good server. The wings are not as good as some, but better than some (that helps huh?) . Thier fries could be crispier. To me, Wingers is similar to Chili's. I rarely choose to go there, I assume it will suck, but I always leave generally satisfied. And I must confess, I am somewhat addicted to Wingers 'Amazing Sauce', which they put on pretty much everything on the menu. It's not real food, it's laboratory food, concocted to stimulate taste buds, and increase sales. Fine by me. So good. After a meal at Wingers, I tend to end up lying on the couch, reeking of corn syrup and shame. But hey, life is short. Get your kicks before the whole shithouse goes up in flames. read more

Honestly, I think the wings at this location are just the best. I have tried another Wingers location in the Valley, and they were just not the same. I fly across the continent to town every now and then to visit my son... and this is my go- to place for wings. I HAVE to go each time I am here. I love the dry rubs.. my favs are probably garlic Parmesan (yum) and the honey habanero..which have a bite but certainly are not overwhelming. Just gloriously full flavored. I don't understand the lower star reviews ... I was hesitant to try this place based on some of those reviews... but like I say... I am a wing fan.. I have tried many places.. I travel all over.. and these ROCK. I like that you can pick and choose .. no matter how many you get in your order, you can pick and choose from all the kinds they have. I don't remember exactly, but they have A LOT of choices! example.. if I am getting a dozen, I can choose 6 garlic parm, 4 honey habanero, and 2 bbq. That's how I try new ones.. slip 1 or 2 different ones into my order... I have settled on my favs though. I say you are totally missing out if you haven't tried the wings here. Update... months later and here I am again.. honestly.. still the best wings ever. Not greasy.. crisp, and full of flavor. I totally lean toward the dry rub wings, and they do them well. Popcorn tasted very old. We waited about 30 min before a waiter approached us if we where ready to order with drinks. Ordered some garlic fries that where cold, and tasted like they where under a heat light, long enough for the inside to be cold and the outside to be warm. Very upset this is the nearest wingers. Next time I might just have to make the extra drive to Valley Fair. They always seem to not know what they are doing. We have come multiple times and every time is the same or worse. There is always about 5-6 workers hovering around the cash register not ever motivated to help customers get seated or get orders. there needs to be a major change here. read more

I was happy to see they had a Wingers down the road from work, an online ordering system was even better. I like to request garlic fries with my meal but didn't see an option or even and area to add comments. I called and the person on The phone took a note with my name. Before I put my order in I called again, a different person answered and took my order over the phone, with pay on pick up, said I had no other option?! I got home to an order that was all wrong! Hot wings, mushy greens and cold garlic fries. My wife and son (2) can't eat hot wings, so I tried but they were horrible! (I had to salvage this meal and order from someplace else) This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location. Staff who don't know processes, online ordering system that don't allow requests or comments, and unfortunately badly prepared food. 3 stars remaining was because staff was friendly and helpful, just very unorganized! read more

I usually love wingers. Earlier this afternoon, I ordered party sized original wings and sticky fingers for a family party. After eating 1 of the celery sticks, I thought it was pickled celery because it tasted awful and instructed everyone in my family not to eat it. I have been throwing up for the past 2 hours and this is the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. We haven't been to wingers in awhile and we couldn't believe how busy they were! We got right in and the service was great! We ordered the lemon salmon and it was amazing! Great taste and a lot of food! My boyfriend got the garlic hamburger and he said it was one of the best he has had! I missed not getting my sticky finger salad however no regrets and will be back soon! read more

I ordered online for a sticky finger salad. When I went to pick it up I stood there and waited as 2 young men walked back and forth in front of me several times. There was no one at the front desk. I waited between 5 and 10 min for someone to come acknowledge I was there. No one cared. I finally went back to the kitchen and asked them if they had my order. One of the young men came over and handed me my order. When I opened up my order after leaving I found a poorly made salad with a quarter slice of iceberg lettuce not mixed in or anything, very little sticky wings, and large lettuce leaves the size of my hand. Even with this location under going a remodel, the experience wasn't to bad. A lot of the decor was off the walls and the bar is half finished but there are lots of signs of change and modernization. Can't wait to come back when it's complete. We had a party of 6 and got right in. We ordered our drinks and the waitresses was very quick with them. With the free popcorn to tide us over while waiting for a slow friend to arrive, we were able to look over the menu and not be bombarded by the wait staff. He finally arrived and our orders were put in. The wait to get our food wasn't to long and with a second bowl of popcorn it helped. I got the drunken pig burger. Its bourbon pulled pork atop a beef patty and topped with onion rings. It was delicious and huge. My wife had the sticky finger dinner. It's chicken fingers in their amazing sauce. It has a great marriage of sweet and spicy. Would have given it 5 stars if not for the construction but can't wait to see it all finished. read more

Only ok for dine-in. I've yet to have a to-go order be correct... ever. Even today, when we called to let them know about the error, drove all the way back to retrieve the missing items... we get home and the bag they handed us was ALSO WRONG. No apology for the inconvenience, no free appetizer coupon next time... just tough luck. It's just not this hard and I don't know why they can't get their act together. Horrible service. Sat 15 minutes and had to ask for popcorn and if we could order. I was brought a can of diet coke because carbonation issues. (Bring it with a glass and ice). Waited another 1/2 hour for food to come; the place was empty, maybe two other couples eating. Our server was on her phone the whole time and I saw the manager and asked for our check. I was ignored...waited another 15 minutes for our check. One of the other couples had to get up and track down someone to get a check...do not recommend. read more

We recently found ourselves in Murray and in need of sustenance. Husband remember Winger's had an all-you-can-eat special going on, and I remembered there was one nearby from my days of working in the area so we headed over. On the way, we discussed how slow the service used to be, but they were brand new then and it had been a couple years so we assumed things would be vastly different now. It wasn't. We had about an hour and a half before we had to be somewhere and Winger's sucked every single minute out of it. It took so long to get our initial plate of wings, that by the time my hubby was ready for a refill, we had to leave. The server graciously let us pack them up and take them to go, but the whole experience defeated the purpose of all-you-can-eat. read more

Manager Brett was beyond accommodating. We had a couple of very minor issues with our order, but we understand that things happen and things don't go to plan. Had an off tasting beer that they were happy to swap with something else, and my son's entry was slightly delayed vs our entrees. No biggies at all, nothing major. Ok well where do I start? Is it with the dirty tables? We ask them to clean the table and they brought out a dirty rag and wiped it and didn't even dry the table it was still filthy. All the waiting staff was huddled up not even waiting on the customers. The bathrooms have not been cleaned and they are out of hand soap GROSS!!!! Where is the health department???? Well after 20 minuets of waiting for our order which was a Wingers burger and an order of wings with only 6 people in the restaurant we had enough and left. The Manager on duty today and on Saturday night should be fired!! The restaurant was not cleaned on closing Saturday night and was not cleaned on Sunday morning. The floors have not been mopped properly for awhile and the tables have not been scrubbed for days... I would not recommend eating here again until the restaurant management changes and so does the culture.... read more

Horrible experience. Worst customer service at this location! We have been to this location multiple times and have always had to wait a very long time to order or get our food. Even when they aren't busy it is always a long wait. Our last experience we sat down and waited 20 minutes with no acknowledgment whatsoever. After another 5 minutes of waiting, we finally just left. Not even a single hello or anything! Definitely not returning and recommending all of our friends to never come to this location! Ordered two SW. Cobb chicken salad with extra chicken, what a nightmare. Didn't find out until we got home that the dressing container was the smallest possible they could put in a to go order, so I had to use homemade dressing. The chicken was dry the lettuce was wilted there's no avocado to be found and it was an absolute and utter disappointment. I would highly recommend that you do not order this particular dish from Wingers at this location. read more

Totally blew me away! What an unexpected surprise! I remember Wingers being loud and obnoxious. Finally-they have grown up and made a restaurant I will frequently be visiting. I used to love Wingers but my last visits (two years ago) sucked. The wings tasted blah and old and honestly, like they were under a heat lamp waiting for a gut. The environment was noisy and not relaxing and really loud with everyone competing to be heard at their own table. Today's experience has totally revamped my enthusiasm as this restaurant/bar is aimed at adults. Excellent wings again, wines, local and international brews, and a fully stocked bar and an atmosphere that is conducive for two people to have a conversation.
