My son and I went here yesterday and it was not a good experience. The counter was filthy and sticky. The tea was out and only pouring out water. There was no toilet paper or paper towels in the men's bathroom. The floors were dirty. The food was subpar. Half of my fries were cut very very thick and rotten on half of it. The chicken was ok but was not good enough to make up for the filth in the store. This was around 11-12 so I can only imagine what it looked like after lunch rush. read more

Half of the employees didn't wear masks above their nose. One employee didn't wear a mask at all for the whole 25 minutes I waited(I don't mind waiting even after ordering online, I understand a place gets busy, wear a damn mask). OK...you've read the other reviews and I agree with those that have given this place wonderful reviews for the delicious wings served here. The wings are juicy, crispy and so tasty, always end up licking my fingers. The reason why I'm writing this review is not only for the food, I took the time to write this review specifically for the staff that works at this place. The staff is very friendly and alive, attentive, fast and accurate. The place is kept clean and orderly. The freshness of the food can only come from a special attention from the supervisors who keep an eye out on such details. A crew only functions as good as their leader is. I met the shift leader, I believe her name was Alex or Alexandria, anyways, she was incredible. I saw such leader ship skills, and did it with a smile. Not many young people nowadays show an appreciation for having responsibilities, she showed great enthusiasm for her job, respect for her crew and most importantly, she made me feel very special and showed great respect and appreciation for her customers. I usually really enjoy the food here but the other night I treated a friend to wing stop and had the worst service ever. The long wait was expected, nothing new, however when the food was ready the young lady from behind the counter called our name and decided it was ok to throw the food on the counter and walk away. She looked like she didn't want to be there and wanted no social interaction with the customers. If your not happy with your job or tired then don't bother. The overall customer service was lousy. I used to like the one by 436 so I tried this new one on colonial dr. The wings were good barbecue flavored but we also ordered boneless wings. I would not recommend the boneless wings to anyone because they are so small and mostly breading I spent almost 9$ for breading not a good feeling after a 15 min drive Also the wing orders don't even include celery or carrots?? I ordered a specific order and two ranches because I am obsessed with their ranch and what do I get?? Absolutely awful and not what is advertised at all. My whole family got sick after eating dinner there and I'm assuming it was due to lack of hygiene. The whole team was watching tv paying very little attention to me- the customer and acted as if I was an inconvenience. They were giving out extra sauce and wings to a variety of girls there for free yet when I went to ask for more ranch for my son *keep in mind I paid for the first ones* they had my pay another dollar when right before me in line they gave 3 dipping sauces to someone that came right up and asked for free! I used to have Wingstop when I used to live in Dallas, Tx and I loved it. I was super excited when I found out, there was a Wingstop in Colonial Dr. I live in Orlando for a little bit. The people there are very friendly and nice. I think the wings are ok. Its not as great as its supposed to be. Wingstop's fries are usually great, but this was oily and soggy. If you ask them to make the fries extra crispy it may actually taste much better. Overall, I think its alright, not that great but still ok to kill your wings craving at times. read more

I arrived at the restaurant to find loud offensive rap music being played in the kitchen and employees with their pants hanging low with large amounts of underwear being openly displayed. 52 minutes later I finally received my wings after watching several people come in, place the order at the counter, get their wings and then leave. When we got home, we were dividing our order evenly and they only gave us 12 wings. How do you miss 3 wings? I wanted to enjoy the food from this location since I enjoy spicy wings and lemon pepper wings but couldn't after the last straw on the camels back. 1st the wings they give you are already small but the selection of wings in your basket has little meat on it. I had a few pieces it had more skin than meat on the bone. For the price they charge the pieces should be better than this. If you order something from this location exchange your money for the food you wanted and don't like the quality. They will say its a matter of preference and then offer only 10% off your next order. You should expect better from a chain like this or one would hope. The order was extremely salty and we couldn't eat the food, so we just wanted a refund. They denied the refund even though we aren't satisfied with the quality. Never experienced this at a restaurant before. You would expect a business to refund the money to make the customer happy instead you lost two customers over your greed. Next time its a better business decision. Think about it refund $6 to save a customer that will pay 10× that over time. Anyone else reading this good luck with this location. read more

Well this is my first visit here, so I thought I would do a review! Just from the looks of this place, it is a regular fast food type, just with wings and not your stereotypical burgers and what not, which is a relief. They have a good variety of flavors to choose for your wings (I chose to get spicy korean/mango habanero). Looking forward to tasting them. Anyways they have two tvs which is nice and the decor is inviting with the green and brown (I know not super colors, but not bad either). They have plenty of seating if you wish to come in and dine with the bathrooms located conveniently to the back. The pictures and wall art give it that old school feel (40's, 50's) look which is different and quite interesting. Overall it's a good place to come and grab a choice of wings and something quick fast and easy. Since it is located close to my place of residence, I will stop in here and get my selection of wings. read more
