This is my first time ever having Wingstop and it happened to be a Monday which worked out for me because they have 70 cent boneless wings with a minimum of 10 wing purchase. The cashier was very helpful and friendly when taking my order. While they made my order I got a table in the dining room. The dining area is a little small but had enough tables, since most of their orders were take out. Once I received my food it was nice and hot. Just opening the containers you could tell everything was freshly made. The garlic Parmesan was actually a dry rub on the boneless wings and it was delicious. The cheese fries had a good amount of cheese and were still crispy. Overall the food and service were great, I'll definitely come back to try some of their other wing sauces. read more

Came here for the T-Mobile tuesdays but one get one. During a rush hour and they still brought out my food very quick so that's a plus. Service is good, boneless wings are better than the regular ones but still good, would recommend the mild, bbq, mango habanero, and lemon pepper dry rub. The teriyaki is also pretty good. Still 5 Stars after all these years! Especially in a Post-Pandemic world where the rest of the places have insane prices for wings. They have gone up, but some places are taking advantage. I ordered a 10 piece bone in meal with fries and a drink (and ranch) and it was $16 and change. I may have even upgraded to Loaded Fries too (I forget). But some places are charging like 10 bucks for 6 wings alone, so this seemed like a great deal to me. I was also able to split sauces (Louisiana Rub and Hot). Ordered wing Stop from this location through their app. Was provided a window of arrival. As I anxiously waited for my order I was unpleasantly suprised that 2 hours later than the estimated arrival my order still had not arrived. Attempted to cancel my order and Wingstop failed to do so and would not provide me a refund. (The order still hadn't been picked up to be delivered). When the order arrived 2.5 hours later it was in edible, missing items, the sauce was used yes, clearly tampered with unknown if it was a Wingstop food handler issue or their driver issue. Regardless, called the restaurant to request a refund, did not eat a thing. Was put on hold for 15 minutes and then said there was nothing they could do and hung up on me mid- conversation. How rude. I will never visit this location again. Customer service is non existent, the managers lack accountability and responsibility for the product they are servicing. Would not recommend there is way too many options for chicken to be subject to these types of ISSUES. The most terrible part is the driver tried to sell my minor child drugs when he went to the door to pick up the order, we will be filing a police report, and thankfully I am attorney and fully intended on proceeding legally. They offer a lot of flavor options and I went with the medium Buffalo flavor. It was a really nice balance of mild with a little kick to it. Wow, where do I start... I'd like to first say that I spoke to a store manager by the name of Desiré and Henrietta the assistant District store manager and they both could not come up with a satisfactory resolution. I made an online order for a 40 Pc which was "confirmed" to me upon pick up. I drive all the way home to find out that the cashier had given me someone else's 30 piece order. So, I'm missing 10 wings and not to mention all the flavors are wrong. They tell me all they can do AFTER THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER is have me drive back the 20 minutes to their location and wait for them to now make my correct order. That's unacceptable and I'm sure this is the last time I'll be going to Wingstop. It's annoying because of the lack of accountability from leadership at this location. We had never been to a Wingstop. They tend to look a bit shabby, so we have never tried them. On this night, my wife was craving chicken wings and we drove past this place. The Yelp reviews were a bit scary, but the bad parts seemed to focus on the customer service and not the food. At least most of them. The customer service was akin to any fast food place. "Can I take your order?" and they take the order. "John L! John L!" and you pick up your food. There was no customer service. This was a discount transaction, but honestly that's exactly what you expect when you walk in. If I can scream anything it would be "PUT OUT SOME NAPKINS, PEOPLE!" because it is ridiculous that I have to walk to the front of the store and pull towels off a roll. Chicken wings are messy. I shouldn't have to stand up, walk to the front of the store, and walk back multiple times during a meal. Stop being cheap and put out some napkins! The wings were hot and flavorful. This isn't fine dining, this is chicken wings. It's insane that some restaurants mess up chicken wings, but they do. Wingstop did NOT mess up our wings. They were exactly as expected and tasty. The place looked pretty cleaned at this location but you could tell the staff don't have it all together, it seem like everyone was on top of each other and I can hear that one of the employees were getting orders wrong. The manger seemed really nice and I can hear him on the phone apologizing and giving great customer service for the inconvenience of a previous order that was prepared wrong. The cashier had a hard time hearing me when placing my order. I did have to wait 25minutes for a take out order. When I came in initially there were not anyone in front of me but a lot of people with pick up orders. Saturdays are just busy it seems.
