Been there twice. Neither time was I happy. Wings were bland and overpriced. Definitely had better wings. The second time when I got the wings they just drizzled the sauce over top like putting mustard on a hot dog. I've given them 2 chances. I won't be going back. read more

We decided to try WingNutz tonight. We'd been so excited to finally have a wing place in Spanish Fork, and we've been looking forward to a special occasion to eat out, so we decided to have my birthday dinner there. Okay, so I didn't mention to the server it was my birthday (I really hate being sung to, and wasn't sure if this place did that kind of thing) but I feel like any night should be a special night as a customer, right? Initially they told us to sit anywhere, so my kids (12 and 7) picked a tall table, behind the pole that said no one under 21 past this point. One of the servers came up to us and said we couldn't sit there. They split a table apart for us so we could sit at a smaller, lower table. Fine, no big deal. We'll sit there. But, several other parties came in and sat at the nearby taller "bar" tables with their kids, and no problem, they were allowed to sit there. The table just to the right of us ordered literally seconds before us (we had the same waitress). By the time my son got his kids' meal, they still hadn't received any food. And we'd been there at least 30 minutes waiting ourselves. Our server even said to their kid "Oh you're going to be so full of soda by the time your food comes out. Sorry!" My son had almost completely finished his dinner by the time a different server brought out my food and my daughter's food. The server asked what I was drinking and said she'd bring out another drink (she didn't). My husband's food was nowhere in sight. We had each ordered a traditional bone-in large-sized order of wings (10 wings, 2 sauces), and we were going to share so we could each try the different sauces. After waiting 10 minutes for his food to show up, I gave him half of my order. The second, and I literally mean SECOND, I put down my last wing, our original server was standing there with our check. My husband looked it over, and they hadn't even put his order in! How do you have a conversation about the different sauces we'd ordered (4 of them, across 2 orders of wings) and "forget" to put the order in? I even saw her write it down so I know it was on the paper she took the rest of our orders on. Now, we didn't order any alcohol, just sodas (same as the table next to us that also didn't get their food), so I have to wonder if they just didn't care about us because we didn't order booze? Who knows the real reason, but the service left much to be desired. Now, on to the food. My son got the chicken quesadilla kids meal with mixed (spicy and not) buffalo chips. They were less like chips and more like french fries cut in wavy circles. And they weren't spicy. My daughter got a 3-piece traditional bone-in wings kids meal with the Zesty Orange sauce. She also ate all of her food and seemed to like it. I ordered the the large order of traditional bone-in wings with parmesan curry sauce and a mix of the raspberry chiptole and jalapeno honey sauces. I expected the chipotle/jalapeno mixture to be spicier than it was but it had zero heat at all, and the parmesan curry had no taste of parmesan was a really weak curry sauce. The wings are baked, and didn't have that crunch that you typically think of when you think wings. Overall, the service was terrible and the food was just meh, so we won't be going back. We'll find somewhere else to get our wing fix. read more

This place has a great atmosphere, the food is good especially if you like wings with many different flavors and spices. The beer selection is large, and the mix drinks are delicious and priced very well. The price here to eat is also affordable for the whole family. We will definitely come back! read more

Currently sitting at wing nutz. The waiter greated us. Gave us menus. Said he would be back to TAKE our drink order.... 20 mins later still waiting to have our drink order taken. 4 tables total in the building not including ours... It feels great to be forgotten. Only reason to stay is to see how long we can sit here before anyone comes over. UPDATE: My husband went to ask to if we could get some service and our waiter admitted that he forgot about us. I appreciated that he didn't try and lie to us. He was an amazing waiter and I really liked him. He made up for forgetting us. Leaving at 3 stars because we did get forgotten for 20 mins. read more

I would give 0 stars if possible, as i'm not sure what to say as this was probably one of the worst experiences I have had in a very long time. The server was pleasant and nice but the service was horrible and very slow. It took 32 minutes for my side salad to come out then 2 minutes later my sons "boneless" wings arrived which was nothing more than a pounded chicken breast cut into pieces for 12.99. A bit after his order arrived while I was still eating my salad, came my (Bone In) wings which some how came 1/2 naked (not how I ordered). While having food in my mouth I was unable to ask what it was that they gave me, since it did not resemble what I ordered. After waiting 8-10 minutes for the server to return to get my order corrected they finally brought out my wife's wrap by which time, I was very upset at the lack of attention to the customer and horrible delivery of my families order. When they finally dropped my wife's wrap we told them that we no longer wanted the order as my son was now over half done with his dinner, mine was sitting in front of me incorrect and cold. We paid a discounted bill and left with my order still sitting there untouched and incorrect. All this could have been avoided with proper food delivery service and a server that checks back on the table after food is delivered. Avoid this joke of a place at all cost as you will get better service at Mcdonalds. I am sure that any positive reviews about this place have to have come from employees or their family. In the amount of time I spent waiting I could have made it to BWs in Lehi, or seriously had a better experience at the Golden Arches. read more

Horrible wings! I literally ordered two small things of wings and was charged $60. I emailed them to tell them about how horrible my experience was and didn't get anything back from them. I will not be returning. I'd rather drive the 30-35 minutes to BWW in Lehi. read more

Horrible service. 4 workers all standing around talking to a group of their friends at the bar. (And has happened the last 2 time we have came) 3 tables with empty drinks (including ours) the manager just stands around and doesn't do anything about it. Super frustrating. They do have good food. BUT every time we've come there has been an issue. First it was daily specials weren't a thing anymore, but they were advertising them. What?? Then it was beer, they changed the sizing and only offered the small one for the same price, asked about it and they said oh it's always been this way. That was the first time we had ever had that issue here with beer and pricing and sizes. Next time it was the mac and cheese. It is on their menu saying it comes with a side. NO NO NO, they always say oh it doesn't come with one. Then why on the menu are you saying it does. They said they just added mac and cheese to the menu, Lie. It's been on the menu under the same section for the last 4-6 months and we've gotten a side every time because it is ADVERTISED as coming with a side on the menu. Under the "not wing" section it says comes with your choice of side. Guess what is under that section..... MAC N CHEESE. take it off that section of the menu or honor your F*** up. Don't just say oh we don't do that when every other time we've gotten a side and it's advertised as having a side. read more

In addition to nasty baked wings, which are terrible - no matter what these idiots try to say to the contrary- the wait staff were completely inattentive, could not be bothered to get march madness on the tvs, but were content to let old hockey replays and spring training baseball play, even when asked. It's food is bland and the service is terrible. The staff are some-what nice but never came around to check on us, and later on, our waiters service became very unpleasant as she became very disrespectful to us. The food is rather lightly seasoned or over seasoned and in my accomplices case, not cooked the right way, the best part of my wing plate was the vegetables and that says a lot in my opinion, partially because they seasoned the wings so much that my mouth was a desert after and the flavor was not enjoyable. When we ordered, it took them 45+ minutes to bring out the food. I don't recommend eating here, unless you're wanting to get buzzed from the alcohol and eat mediocre wings. This place is more of a bar than a restaurant. If you want food the made the right way, I recommend going to somewhere more reputable. read more

The service was slow and the food awful. I was expecting much more for the price. The "wings" were nothing more than chunks of chicken breast lightly covered in sauce. I am so sad to not give the Spanish Fork Wing Nutz a good review. We love, love, love Wing Nutz and have been driving to Provo for years. But the Spanish Fork Wing Nutz is far from delivering. We keep going back thinking that it's going to improve but I think we are going to have to cut ties. These comments are based on at least 10 visits! There are 2 servers that do well, the rest seriously struggle in multiple ways. Food is never consistent and we order the same thing. We have had really cold wings, forgotten food, wrong orders, all our tables food delivered over a 35 period of time leaving some eating and others watching. The beer is good and the facility is clean. But the food is not worth the cost. I beg you Wing Nutz please do something because we would be faithful weekly costumers if you could fix your food and service! read more
