They source their meats only a few miles away from the shop in Provo and are committed to raising their cattle well. The fries were nicely seasoned and fried perfectly in their tallow, which is what I wished all the burger joints would use for their fries. Like McDonald's used to do when their fries were the best. I'm not a fan of fry sauce--I know, heresy in Utah! LOL--but I did like and use their fry sauce, it is good. They use the same spice in it as they do their fries. The employees are very friendly. The interior is simple. We ate at the window bar which was nice. Looked in their refrigerator case and their meat looks excellent. Their prices are really reasonable, in some cases about equal to grocery store prices, so why buy grocery store meat? I will be back! 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier.
