Hmm was just an alright to be not trying to be against the flow. I excepted better wine for our long drive there. They get busy on the weekends so the service was really slow. Ordered the carrot ginger soup extra hot - was not very happy to get this look from the server. And sure enough it was not hot enough - which I know most of the restaurant don't get the soup hot enough and that was exactly the reason for my request. Overall, just another restaurant but the attitude really ticked me off a bit read more

Chef Brian is sooo talented!!! Amazing grouper, wrapped around fresh veggies and herbs. He also added a delicacy I had never heard of or tasted . . .Lion's Mane mushrooms. Delicious!! WOC always pays attention to allergies and their holiday warm mulled wine is exceptional!! read more

We visited this restaurant yesterday for appetizers and wine. The food and flight of red wines were delightful and the ambience and service was wonderful. Our waiter, Todd was charming and very attentive. He seemed to love his job and the restaurant. He showed us the restaurant's herb garden that they use for their dishes. Only wish we lived closer to visit this establishment frequently. read more

Good pizza, friendly waitress. Pathetically small portions of other foods that were not prepared well at all, over cooked, poorly presented, disappointed. read more

I unfortunately can't give this place as many stars as I would have liked. The patio was gorgeous and the food was really good. Our server, Ross, was extremely nice and knowledgeable! I think he may have had too many tables to wait on because we had a couple other servers bringing or food and coming to our table because he was pretty busy. And even with all that the wait for our food and even getting our wine was a little longer than normal. We did have a table of 9, but I have had a little faster service with a group that large. They did take 3 credit cards for us when we paid our bill without question. The receipt was confusing and we were trying to understand it and another waiter made an extremely condescending statement....."sweetie, do you see that this plus this equals this?". As he pointed to the receipt. We were blown away by that comment and I told both him and the manager that that was completely rude and unacceptable. I have never experienced that at a restaurant and it was horrible. We were a polite table that had just left a 20% tip that after that I wish I could take back. I will NEVER come back to this restaurant and will NOT recommend it to anyone. I did inform the manager and I truly hope that she speaks with her employee, whom I pointed out. It ruined my experience and left a really bad taste in my mouth. I guess that's how things are done in Prosser. read more

We were seated by the fire on a cold day for lunch. The "composed salad" was delightful visually. Very beautiful representation of autumn. The flavors of roasted root vegetables and fresh greens were wonderful. Matched perfectly with a crisp white wine. Sampled their mulled wine: very balanced, not too sweet, perfect spice mix. Will certainly take the family back. read more

Amazing! Amazing! I can't say enough about the food. It's excellent! I had the five course dinner with wine pairing. Ambiance is great, staff is attentive and on point with the food and wine. I will come back again. read more

All I can say is that the integrity of this place is beyond reproach. Great people who will take care of you.

Prosser, WA...... Consistency is "the name of the game" with this outstanding restaurant. Over a period of the last three years, we have taken friends and family to Wine O'Clock. We have never been disappointed! 5-stars: "the Ambiance" - spacious large open dining area with fireplace and an active Chef's station. 5-stars: "the Menu" - there's always something new and delicious while they keep the favorites on the list. 5-stars: "the FOOD" which displays superior chef skill and mastery of classic and exotic dishes. 5-stars: "the WINE" & "the WINE" mark-ups - excellent array of varietal wines produced by The Bunnell Family Cellar and their second label: River Aerie. Try out their various wine flights with your lunch .. they are excellent and fun to compare "side-by-side". 5-stars: "the SERVICE" - Very helpful staff, with solid knowledge of menu and recommendations. Timing is spot on for drinks, ordering and bill. Needless to say, we love this restaurant! read more

Very disappointed. Came here with expectations that were NOT met. Despite Sunset's glowing review, I had issues with pretty much every aspect of restaurant/wine bar service -- communication, service wait time, food presentation, value. We had 10 people in our party and were seated in two groups -- one table of four and one of six. We were told that the 18% gratuity would still apply because our "group" was larger than 8... Raised eyebrows... since we were told that our orders/bills would be based on tables. Our "table of four" order ( one pizza for two of us, one burger and one salad) took 1-1/2 hours -- and the burger was cold and the pizza ("wood fired") was, at best, lukewarm. The server's rationale when asked when we might expect our food?? "Well, you're a party of 10!" Absolute BS - we were a table of FOUR. Our server tried (in the end) to make amends to some extent, but this place failed in pretty much every category. It'll take a lot to persuade me to ever return. read more

This restaurant is located in Vintners Village in Prosser (right off the freeway you can see Airfield winery). For years we've been looking for a decent place to eat in the Yakima/Columbia Valley. We stopped here last weekend on our way to Walla Walla and had one of the best pizza's I've ever had! It had thinly sliced pears, bacon, green onions and gorgonzola. Yummy!!! This restaurant is owned by and also serves as the tasting room for Bunnell Family Winery. My husband and I each had a different type of wine and were very pleased with them, too. I would give five stars but the pizza and wine were the only thing we had. But we'll definitely be going back on our next trip. We wanted to stop on our way home from WW, but unfortunately they don't open until 12pm and we were driving through at 11:30 so we had to miss them. read more

My husband and I visited Wine O'Clock on a Monday afternoon. While visiting a local winery in Richland, we were advised to visit the wineries in Prosser. We were definitely not dissapointed! Our first stop in Prosser was the Airfield Winery, where we asked about lunch options. We were directed to Wine O'Clock which is conveniently located behind Airfield. Wine O'Clock is beautiful, relaxing, yummy and had the best wine in the tri-cities area. No exaggeration, the best wine in the region. If you enjoy a big red, this is the place for you. Our server, Shannon was amazing! She took time with us to learn our pallet's and suggest wines. We ate chilled brocolli soup, antipasto plate (to die for bread and I don't eat carbs) and a hand tossed pizza grilled to perfection in their pizza oven. We enjoyed three flights of wine, left with a box of wine and gladly became wine club members. Do not miss out on this amazing winery/wine bar. Also, my husband reported the men's restroom was the nicest he had ever visited. Strange what men notice. read more

This restaurant is located in the middle of several wonderful tasting rooms. The food is wonderful and so is the service. My husband and I had some bad luck with restaurants in Prosser, but now that we have found Wine O'Clock we will only go there when in town. read more

This is a great place for lunch. The folks at Chukar Cherries told us it was best in the area which it clearly is. I had pizza. Interesting choices. Salads and sandwiches looked interesting but you can't try everything. The flights of wine were the best part for me. I enjoyed the variety available. The result was a wine purchase of a rhone red blend and some Gewürztraminer. Service was good. Definitely a place to stop. I gather from reviews it is good for dinner too! read more

Staff is excellent.. Food is interesting and the wines are very nice.. What more do you need. Outside seating area is fun when the weather permits.. I really enjoy their flights of wine... Gives you a variety of taste!! read more

Very nice little restaurant, much higher end than you might well expect for Prosser. Price is a bit higher than plainer places in town, but IMHO you get what you pay for here. I have only been a few times but will be back. Quality and presentation are first rate. read more

Finally made it down to Wine O'Clock for dinner recently and had a great experience. My wife and I took our 3 year old and both the server and the kitchen staff went out of their way for us (e.g. they put some goldfish on the plate of cheese and meat appetizer tray we ordered, cup with a lid/straw, etc.) Pizza was good and we really liked the look and feel of the place, the open kitchen, the farmhouse feel, etc. Some folks have said that the restuarant is not kid friendly so I thought I should at least dispute that a little. The owners have young children and "get it". If your kids will behave and show a few manners then I think that you and the other patrons will be just fine. Our check for 2 appetizers, 2 Dinners, and a couple glasses of wine came to around $80 with tip. read more

Been here many times. I always enjoy the food and the wine. The burrata with the peaches and figs was delicious. The pesto pizza and the pear/bacon pizza are always good. This is a must when you are wine tasting in Prosser. read more

Really lovely restaurant - one of the few (two?) good choices for dinner in Prosser. The menu is very limited but they do a great job, and the atmosphere is very pleasant, clean and modern. We had a charred romaine salad - interesting, but would have been just as good without the novelty of papery charred edges. The pizzas looked great, but I couldn't pass up the smoked beef tenderloin, which was very tasty. We really enjoyed the flight of 3 red wines we had with it. Desserts were also wonderful - a classic creme brulee and a fresh mango mousse. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice dinner in Prosser! read more

Wine o'Clock is a mixed review for me. Beautiful restaurant, great wine selection (of course). Menu is on the pretentious side; as in "let us show you how French and sophisticated we are". The Risotto took way to long to arrive and was the most tasteless Risotto in my experience. Dessert menu was interesting and servings were small/appropriate. read more

It is difficult to overestimate the appeal of this place. Great food, great wines and a professional, attentive staff. It's unfortunate that a few "rules are for other people" reviewers attempt to denigrate such a fine establishment. Truth will out. Well, truth and a quality dining experience. read more

After a long morning of wine tasting it was wonderful to come to Wine O'Clock. Walking into the warm and inviting restaurant and being greeted and served by knowledgeable and helpful staff made this stop on our wine tour a complete gem, but it is the amazing food that will keep us coming back. We read wonderful reviews of this destination and we were not disappointed!! Pizza and anti pasta that were representative of all of the wonderful herbs and tastes of the area, lavender and fennel grown just outside the restaurant. It was like eating a work of art, but art has never tasted this good!! read more

Popped in without a reservation... as was treated with incredible customer service! They not only fit us in (with a large party in progress), every one of the staff was positive, helpful and seemed to obviously enjoy themselves. read more

A bit pricey for Prosser, but very good. Nice to have a classy option without traveling for special occasions.

Our large group had a reservation and we were seated immediately. The menu is very bistro like and we really enjoyed the wine picks! Unfortunately, one of our party got ill very quickly and the owner was just fabulous! She took him to the Urgent Care facility in case that one was closed and she would need to seek another. This is just beyond what service usually entails! Many thanks and much appreciation!! read more

This was my third visit and the food is the best. I've only gone back because there was no where else to eat. Every time the wait staff have had terrible attitudes and we're put off in serving us. On this visit we had a party of seven as usual they were put off to put a couple of tables together. We had to ask for water and menus. We were told they were out of menus but we did get water. We grabbed a menu from another waitress clearing a table. We made our choices off this menu and ordered. After ordering the waiter came back Ten Minutes later and told use it would be 45 minutes. It was so obvious that we were not wanted. I miss the food but one can only put up with so much bs. I called County Line wines and they said we will set you a table. Got the best service and food there. read more

Love this place--we meet family here as we travel to Richland periodically. The menu makes use of the fabulous local produce and the wines are beautifully presented, with something for every taste. Staff is super friendly & knowledgeable and they go out of their way to take care if everyone. Special thank you for looking out for my in-laws (in their mid80s) who make this their special outing. Definitely highly recommend for wine lovers and foodies! read more

I had the WOC house ground Brisket Burger with Bacon, blue cheese, and garlic aioli. I've had a lot of burgers in my life. This is definitely in the top two or three burgers I've ever eaten! Megan was our server. Our service was great! Will put this down in the to return list. read more

Possibly the best restaurant in Eastern Washington and the Tri-Cities area. I've lost count of the number of times I've had lunch or diner at Wine O'Clock - I always walk impressed and the friends or business associates i take there always ask to go back. The food is creative and seasonal with a small but always interesting menu - everything they do they do well. It's part of the Bunnel Winery and their wines are served - always worth trying one of the flight of 3 or 4 wines. Susan the owner is usually present and cares deeply about the excellence of her restaurant and quality of food and service. It is a gem - be sure to make reservations! read more

Susan and the team did a great job taking care of our group on short notice! Thank you!

Fantastic! Called ahead on a Sunday driving through and they accommodated us before closing. Had the scallop ceviche. Fantastic. Antipasto another grand slam and finished with Pizza Margarita. Our Hostess Matti was wonderful! She knew what wines to pair and was by far the best hostess around. Thank you for your fantastic food & hospitality Matti. read more

Our family recently had a birthday-party-lunch in the Barrel Room. Total, sans wine, ordered from the menu, was about $25 a person which included appetizers, dinner, and birthday cake. There were no bad comments from the 16 people there. Kudos to Wine O'Clock for their usual elegant and tasty lunch. read more

While wine tasting in Prosser with my family, we had dinner at Wine O'clock. It was amazing. Not only was the food and presentation great, service was really good. I would highly recommend visiting if you are in Prosser. read more

Would have given 5 stars as the food and wine pairings were excellent, however... The portion size for the soup, salad, and dessert course were quite small, and more startling was the fact that the otherwise wonderful coffee at the end of the meal was served with milk, no half& half ot cream, but milk. really???? read more

Had a wonderful experience with my girlfriends on Saturday. Our waitress Veronica was amazing!! She made us laugh, gave us great wine selections and helped us pick an amazing meal!! The only issue I had was the tall creepy guy in black who was leaning against the counter the entire time we were there watching people eat. We weren't sure if he worked there or not. Otherwise than that, we had an outstanding lunch and wine and fun catching up. We will definitely be back!! read more

Specialty food well done is unique and worth drawing attention to. The parking lot would benefit from more lighting to safely illuminate the way to the food. Menu changes weekly so don't rely on what's on the website to determine if you are going to stop in. However, the food was excellent. Surprising that there were few open tables for drop in diners on a Thursday evening. Obviously the good word is out. Unfortunately the darkness of the parking lot detracted from my comfort. read more

I really liked the ambiance of this restaurant. It is very tastefully done and unique inside. I loved all the glass fixtures and the chairs were extremely comfortable. It however is a good thing the seating was so comfortable, because our service was not so great. Our waitress kept chatting with one couple while one of us waited 20 min for tea. When we tried to flag down a waiter he was not all that friendly or helpful either. I hated that we had to say anything about not getting service. I will be back again because i don't want to just go off of one experience. I thought the Pizza was good, its not quite as authentic as Fire by Visconti's in Wenatchee. It was still really good a little more salty than needed, i think because they are not using as authentic ingredients they are relying on salt to bring the wow factor, for instance Fire uses Italian meats that they make themselves, the bacon on the pear pizza at Wine O' Clock is American. Still very tasty though. They have a goat cheese fondue that looks amazing! I can't wait to try the fondue and other things too. I really do wish this business the best. read more

Great ambiance, service food and wine! I'm an interior designer and so I can't help assess the layout and materials of a space. Each table is paired with a table made from a wine barrel, it's like a cocktail table where you can place your wine bottle, purse, etc, leaving room on the main table for food and wine. The open kitchen is nearby, lovely to look at and makes the place feel like you are dining at a friend's place. read more

What an amazing place! The only thing more wonderful than the wine is the tasty selection of items on the menu. The pizza is my personal favorite! If you're in Prosser, Wine O'Clock is always a great place to enjoy a delicious meal with local wine in a delightful setting!! read more
