Vintner's Village where Coyote Canyon (and Martinez & Martinez) wineries are located.
Melissa K.

I visited Coyote Canyon on a Tuesday in June 2024 so I got the advantage of the tasting room being a little quieter. A very nice lady started helping me and then the winemaker just happened to walk in, Justin, and he started personally walking me through the wines. Justin was so hospitable with giving me background on all the wines and the winery, and he also diverted from the set tasting menu to sample me on wines he thought I'd like based on our conversation. And then I got the treat of meeting the owner Mike Andrews when he walked in! The tasting room is conveniently located in the Vintner's Village, so you can simply park and then walk to a half dozen other wineries. Unfortunately on a Tuesday several were closed but I still had a great time (also visited Miltbrand and Airfield Estates). I ended up purchasing 3 bottles, their concrete fermented Albariño is fantastic! Highly recommend if you're in Prosser!

I've traveled through all of the west coasts wine counties and have never found that I don't care for a single wine until now. I did a mixed tasting and not a fan. The building, patio and presentations were wonderful.

Had a great time at the winery as well as enjoyed the wines enough to buy a case to bring home. Thank you to Jo, who served us, for making it a great experience. You were fun, but also very knowledgeable. When in the area again, we'd definitely go back. Also appreciated we were able to bring our well behaved doggie with us.

CALLING ALL CORK DORKS - worth the stop to this ultra premium boutique winery. they have Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc from Horse Heaven Hills If you're lucky you might catch the winemaker and able to talk shop and view cutting edge winemaking toys. This tasting room is small with fun merchandise. They have a map with wine varietals complete with clone information for the curious.

Really good wine, nice area, good service. We came here twice, we had a flight and a glass the first time and two glasses the next time. Didn't try a single thing we didn't like. Solid wine without pretentious prices. Loved the merlot.

Friendly staff, cute outdoors and a few spots for sitting inside. Overall good experience. We were slightly disappointed in some of the wines but I also think we might have been wined out. Overall I'd give this place a try as the locals give it thumbs up.

A spontaneous drive through the east side and the wind led us here…read more Though visible and right off the freeway, the price point does not see the traffic like the clustered tasting rooms do, which makes it a more tranquil experience without the tourist breeze. Inside is delightfully spacious! Chambered ceilings with walls of barrels for a vintage feel, plenty of room for everyone, tables to accommodate any group. The decor 'pairs' well with the fun flights to make DW a pleasurable tasting experience. Our service was friendly and courteous, respectful to have us enjoy our reservation at our pace. Overall menu a bit steep... perhaps more than a bit steep. A vineyard destination set apart from the others, this venue is a beautiful setting for a relaxing afternoon.

We arrived near the end of the day so we had the whole space to ourselves. This was great because we have a toddler and I love being able to explore the space and snap photos without worrying about disturbing other customers. The host was super new to town and the job. Trying to order took a long time because she'd walk away to a far away space (kitchen?) to check on each question. "Can we still order food?" Walks away. "Does the charcuterie plate have any goat or sheep cheese?" Walks away. "I'd like the x tasting and the charcuterie platter." Walks away to put in the charcuterie order (instead of pouring the first wine). I wish she could have texted someone or used a computer/tablet to communicate with the kitchen... or had an experienced person there to provide guidance/training. Eventually we got the snacks and wine. They were each... okay. The wine tasting was a bit awkward because she was reading the descriptions (for the first time??) and seemed surprised by some of the flavors/notes mentioned. I can see us visiting again if we're for some reason in town for an event and the event happens to be here, but I'd rather explore other wineries if it's just us or a group of friends exploring Prosser wine tastings.

We visited this winery to kill some time as we were staying in a hotel. We have been in the area…read moremany times but were not familiar with this name. The people that work there are more than friendly and very knowledgable about the wine (Bonnie and Jessica). The tasting room is very nicely decorated and quite large. They are dog friendly. We tasted several wines and were quite impressed with some of them. Especially for the price range. Enough so that we joined their wine club. Again reasonable prices for a wine club. Also a different way to order. They require two payments during the year. The money just sits there and you can order what you want, when you want. We like that aspect. We will be back to so some tasting there again. It was a great way to spend a couple of hours. July 2, 2025

I spoke with Gina and she was very accommodating. We had never been there before but got the wonderful surprise of, immediately upon arrival, being escorted to our "reserved" table for two right in front of where the band was going to play. We ordered a wine tasting and were able to conduct it right at our outdoor table (which was a walk for the person who brought out each wine individually and in a timely fashion). We then each ordered a glass of wine to drink during the entertainment, chose some cheese and crackers from their indoor retail refrigerator and had an experience better than we'd ever hoped for. We also purchased 4 bottles of wine (all from the tasting) which were ready for us to pick up on our way out. Wow! Thank you so much to Gina and the staff at WIT! The band was also great. Ashleigh Flynn & The Riveters. Couldn't have asked for a better time.
