Very disappointing after all the recommendations in the area. Limited menu of upscale cuisine. Flavors were interesting, but not our favorite. Had a pizza and steak salad. Neither of us was impressed. Great service but the food is not remarkable in any way. read more

Wonderful food, great wine, and awesome service. Can't ask for much more than that. This was a great find we stumbled upon.

I will start off by saying, this is really not my style or price range of establishment. My wife and I had dinner there. Three glasses of wine, two appetizers and a lower end entree added up to just over 96 dollars. It was a wonderful presentation and the service was great. The time however it took to get entree after appetizers took almost 40 minutes. The appetizers were okay but the entree was just to spicy. It really detracted from the flavors. Nice atmosphere and there looked like some possible great choices for dinner, but not for the price. Again, not my usual choice but had been a few years since we had been there. Probably won't go back. read more

Far and away the best food in the Yakima Valley for lunch at least. Located in the "Vintners Village" of wineries in Prosser, and inside a winery itself, the setting is beautiful. We visited there in October, and the place was full with a great buzz and tantalizing aromas as you entered. In fact before you entered you could smell the fresh herbs used in their food, because they grow them all out front. When touring wineries, food is mandatory, and Wine O'Clock has just the right menu. Incredibly unique pizzas and salads and the wines are fantastic. The owners obviously have what it takes and alot of pride in their place. Being from MA, it may be a long time before we can make it back, but we'll definitely remember the food. Highly recommend to all. read more

This place has been a favorite of minessince I found it. The Sweet and Savory pizza is awesome! Their wines are wonderful. The herb garden around the restaurant is delightful. read more

My friends and I liked it so much we ate dinner here both nights we were in town. The first evening we had the goat cheese fondue starter. The Rosemary was a wonderful addition. We had the duck and steelhead and all enjoyed our entrees. The wine flights are nice pours and a great way to taste their wines. The second evening we shared a few of their pizzas. Delicious thin crust and it was fun to watch the chef prepare the dough in the open kitchen. Valerie was an excellent server each night! And the complimentary Chukar cherries at the end of the meal ends the experience beautifully. read more

And absolute delicious find. We were commenting on how difficult it is to find great food while traveling through small towns. Well we hit the jackpot. An amazing gourmet kitchen. The beef stroganoff was absolutely delicious. The romaine salad a Ten. The wine impeccable read more

Wine o'Clock - Wine Bars Near Me - Prosser, Washington

July 3, 2012 - stopped here after it was recommended and the only place in to eat. The restaurant was completely empty except for the two people we joined. We asked to move a table and join them and were seated. A female staff member told us to MOVE and that we were in the way! There was not another person in the restaurant. We left, there is no customer service. read more

I was extremely disappointed yesterday evening. A friend and I went there to have dinner, there were plenty (at least 5-10) of open tables outside, and the hostess said "sorry, not enough room tonight"! I have never been told "no" at a restaurant. Especially for only two people! I will never try to go there again. read more

Wine and food - great. Management and staff were weird. We ate and drank for maybe 40 minutes. 10 minutes after the bill was paid, we were asked to leave for a group who made reservations. The 5 of us were already packed into a 4-person table, and there were plenty of other 4-person tables available. So instead of seating this reservation group at another empty 4-person table, they were very adamant about kicking us out specifically. We were not loud or obnoxious. Strange and slightly rude method of accommodating a non-paying group over one that was quiet and tipped generously. Didn't feel welcome there... Up your game, friends. And be more explicit about why kicking out paying customers is better than sitting reservations at other empty tables. read more

My wife and I have visited hundreds of restaurants / wineries worldwide and nothing, I repeat nothing, has ever compared to the experiences we enjoyed at Wine O'Clock. An incredible dinning experience with Bunnell Family wines expertly paired by Susan Bunnell from Ron Bunnell's vast range of blends and varietals. Each of the thirty or so annual offerings each stand independently, expertly displaying the range and versatile of the winery and wine maker's craft. Totally forget negative comments for Wine O'Clock. This is the place to learn, relax and enjoy! read more

My partner and I had a great meal here last night. He had the apple and blue cheese pizza and the black bean soup. He liked both items although he noted that the soup was not much more than room temperature. I had the pork loin chop. It was very well prepared and quite tasty. We really enjoyed the evening. The servers were very attentive and friendly. read more

Amazing pizza! The cook Chelsea is adorable. Even if they say 'never trust a skinny cook.' Trust her because she is amazing! I love Julia Child cooking in the background! Very classy. Thank you Wine O Cock. read more

We had dinner at Wine O'Clock while in Prosser, WA for an event. Normally I eat vegetarian with the occasional fish. But we had been driving for two days to get there and I was really hungry for something other than a handful of nuts or power bar. So I ordered the flatiron steak, but in the petite portion, and it was out of this world fabulous! It was cooked to perfection, medium rare, which seems to be often misunderstood in most kitchens but not here. My husband had the touted pear bacon pizza and loved that as well. The ambience was also special, at dusk with the beautiful gardens. read more

Freaking amazing...AGAIN! Valentine's dinner at Wine O' Clock is an event. Fantastic wine and food paired masterfully! Superb!

I went to Prosser's Vintners Village thinking it would be a wonderful experience. Aside from the commercial aspect and the fact it the whole area seemed like some manufactured home neighborhood, I went to Wine O'Clock upon suggestion. While my server was very friendly, I was told to stay in the lobby to taste some wines instead of being given a table or more friendly place to sit. I paid a mere $5 for 4 half glasses of wine but the whole experience seemed rather impersonal and the server was not able to share about each of the wines. Rather disappointing. read more

Wonderful food and service in a warm garden setting. We enjoyed a small celebration for my mother's birthday and the staff was very helpful. read more

FANTASTIC! We rented a private room here for a small wedding party. They were so flexible with us and let us decorate the room ourselves. The room was stunning, the service was great and the food and wine were top notch. read more

We had dinner at Wine O'Clock after a day of birthday wine tasting on 5/8/15. I cannot rave enough about this place. The whole time we were there I felt as though we were having a cozy, inviting dinner at someone's home. The open floor plan including the kitchen lends to a great ambience while dining. We had a new waiter named Dillon who was so much fun! Our group likes to joke around and he picked up on it right away and added to the light mood. Thanks, Dillon! Our bunch shared a bottle of pinot gris and ordered both the sweet and savory pizza along with the meat version which were both insanely delicious! A nice touch is they provide a small sampling of additional toppings to add for an extra zing. For an appetizer we had the goat cheese fondue. I'm normally not a goat cheese person but the combination of flavors with the grilled bread and fruit to dip was so well done I couldn't resist and it didn't last long on our table. We finished the meal with their coconut creme brûlée and I can't describe how unique and amazing it was. Totally recommend it. Overall, I wish this restaurant was near my home in Oregon so we could visit every week! It is a MUST go when in Prosser. You won't be disappointed. read more

Wine o'clock is an excellent little restaurant with an upscale menu and an incredible wine selection. The chef is always creative and adds updated items weekly. One of our gems here in the wine Valley. read more

Love the people and food at Wine o'Clock!!! The best meal (duck leg entree) I've ever had in my life was from this wonderful place! I so appreciate that the chef and staff are very accommodating of my food allergies. They go above and beyond to deliver the best! I'm still trying to figure out what they do to their water... Am I the only one that loves it?? It's so refreshing! In response to another review: I agree, any restaurant that accommodates BRTs is simply amazing! read more

I happened across this gem because it was listed in my hotel info as the only wine tasting room with a late closure. Well the tasting room was in deed closed upon arrival at 7:00, but... they were serving dinner with wine pairings, and what a find! The skirt steak w/ Syrah pairing was absolutely fabulous. read more

After wine tasting at Coyote Canyon and Apex, wanted dinner and a nice woman at CC suggested Wine O'clock, called over and had a table held for us since it was close to dinner. Very quaint place, nice ambiance, and great food! The lemon verbena panna cotta was out of this world. read more

Beautiful setting and lovely decor in this place. Has my favorite table set up, it feels intimate, but the tables are far enough apart to give you a sense of privacy. The smell of delicious steak greeted us at the entrance and the glow of the wood fired pizza oven. The service on a saturday night was sadly poor. There aren't that many tables but the young staff was probably inexperienced. We got our wine and food promptly but trying to get pepper or salt took quite a while. The grilled romaine salad was delicious. The steak, although overdone, was tasty. Oddly, for a place known for pizza, I found their wood fired italian pizza, version of a margarita, not very good. The sauce was nice, but the dough just was tasteless. Other than that, we did have a nice time and really enjoyed ourselves. This is the nicest restaurant in Prosser, so if you are staying there, it's a great choice. read more

Three word: goat cheese fondue. So good! Served with little slices of bread, apples, and pears. Also their mulled wine is the best I've had! Only downfall was I ordered one of their pizzas and asked for it meatless and it came out with bacon on it but they offered to make me a new one right away. Super good place to stop by if you find yourself in Yakima wine country read more

Nice late lunch after a several hour drive out of Seattle on the way to Walla Walla. Nice atmosphere indoors or out, great service. Chef stepped up to the plate for a great Vegan accomodation for appetizer, entree, and desert. Ordered the three glass "flight" wine tasting (drinking really). Roasted Asparagus appetizer was excellent. The Pizza crust could be addicting. Deffinetly go back on way home if have the time. read more

Great service, decent prices, smaller portions but good presentation. Would recommend.

Always love the food here. The waitress we had this last time was really rude. But the burger was amazing!

5 course meal $46 Glass of wine $15 First course soup took 40 minutes to make it to the table. The cup held 3 tablespoons. Followed by a second course of risotto. Not too bad. Third course was two slices of tomato, 3 not fully cooked boiled potatoes and a tough pan fried steak. Next course was a flatbread pizza with runny cheese and canned mushrooms... Big whoop, it was fire oven roasted. Two bites and that was enough to know it wasn't going to be finished. Reservations at 7:30 and at 9 pm, still waiting for some unknown dessert. Add that they close at nine and we went through a shift change during the meal, it's likely we won't get the last course. Oh, wait... It finally made it. But... totally not worth the wait. Two stars... The wine was good. Think twice if you want one, good food and two, you have time to absolutely blow due to the long wait!!! read more

Outstanding food! Well prepared and creative. My wife and I split the trio appetizer, and we were very pleased. Good portion sizes. We'll definitely go back when we are in Prosser next. read more

Outstanding service and food. May go back again tonight! Nice ambience and nice to interact with the chef.

Great setting and the best wine we had all day (we had the WOC flight--all three were superb). Had the pear and bacon pizza--awesome, as was the meat and cheese platter (forget the fancy name). Staff was short handed but handled it graciously and collaboratively with a great attitude. read more
