I've stored wine at WCC for over 15 years along with several of my friends. My own experiences have been nothing but professional and I have never had any problem. The Storage is reasonable and the access is great. The Facility is clean and well maintained with plenty of parking. The Owner (Steve) has personally helped me with my with wine deliveries, which I appreciate. We've made many friends over the years from the gatherings that WCC hosts. Highly recommended... read more

You sign a contract with this cellar to pay a certain amount per month. Seems like every 2 to 3 months, they start charging you however much they feel like. Without notice, without an email, they just charge your credit card and hope you don't say anything. read more

Best place EVER to store your wine. Real gem! I do wish they were open on Sunday's too; however, I understand everyone needs a day off. With that said, great place with lots of wine storage options. They offer a first time special so the cost is very reasonable. I highly recommend this place! read more

Love this place! So clean! Felicia and Steve are the BEST!! They will keep you and your wine very happy!!

Great customer service and cool place to store your wine! So reasonable. Now I just need to control my wine buying

My husband and I have been storing our wine at The Wine Cellar Club for the last few years. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. Not only is it a beautiful facility, Felicia and her crew make picking up our wine a breeze. They are always helpful and it feels like a family. We would highly recommend WCC for your wine storage needs. read more

We've been customers for 9+ years and have nothing but total praise for the Wine Cellar Club. Owners and staff are wonderful and the facility is excellent. It's certainly the best option for offsite wine storage we've found anywhere. A++ read more

Could not be happier with the customer service and graciousness from Steve and Felicia. Going through a divorce and did not have a clue what I should do. Felicia sent me a gentleman's number to help me tag a make a list of wine I had, before I stored it at their facility. Thank you Felicia for helping me through tough times and your kindness. They are prompt with any questions or concerns I may have while storing my wine. I would recommend this storage facility to all! read more

I used to store my wine at Wine Cellar Club, but I left because I found the owner, Steve Greenberg, rude and unappreciative of my business. But I do have a number of friends who still store wine here, and they occasionally invite me to their wine gatherings. Today was such a day. It was their annual holiday Champagne tasting, and I was invited as their guest to join in on the festivities. But a few minutes after arriving, Felicia Cochran, the customer service director, most likely at the bidding of Steve, pulled me aside to ask about the positive Yelp review I had written (two years ago) about Legend Cellars, which is their direct competitor. Apparently, Steve and Felicia did not like that review because when I confirmed that, yes, I had indeed written it, she promptly kicked me out. KICKED ME OUT! It was a petty, rude, and unprofessional thing to do. But at least now I know where the Grinch works. If anyone ever had any doubts about the rudeness of the management here, their behavior toward me today only confirms my previous statements. Of course, everyone in the room was outraged by their behavior. So we all packed up our things and took our tasting to Legend Cellars, which welcomed us with open arms. Not too long ago, I entertained the possibility of storing my wine here again, and one would think that Steve and Felicia would have taken this visit as an opportunity to win back my business by showing me just how hospitable they can be. But instead, they chose to take the low road. So that door of opportunity is now permanently closed. I just cannot support a business that thinks it can retaliate against someone based upon a Yelp review. And based upon the rude and humiliating treatment that I endured here, I would advise others to stay away from this place as well. read more

What an amazing facility to store your wines! After speaking with some friends, I decided Wine Cellar Club was the place for me. Steven and Felicia are meticulous, paying attention to every detail ... the facility is immaculate, security robust, the staff is service oriented, and everyone is extremely professional. There is plentiful parking, a great tracking system for receiving wine, and they offer plenty of amenities to help you working on your locker such as racking ,boxes, and areas to take a break! I've made many friends at Wine Cellar Club over the years ... the owners and members make you feel like you are part of a family. If you need wine storage, please give Steven and Felicia an opportunity to earn your business. You will be delighted! Highly recommended ... read more

If I ever have this much wine, I'm doing ok. We went with a friend to have a few glasses from his collection. Only annoyance was it was a nice day, hot actually so we sat on a little table they had outside. It was behind some shrubs, well off from the street. The owner came by, said we should keep a low profile, not run across the street with wine in hand (guess that happened in front of a cop) etc, because the cops had been paying closer attention. Then another gal. owner's GF I guess? wife? I dunno. came and played the nice, bad cop. shoo'ing is inside. Why have the tables set up outside then? Just bring it all in and don't make it look like sitting outside is ok. Otherwise it's a neat place for the wine types. read more

I have used several wine storage facilities over the last twenty years but the Wine Cellar Club on Murphy Ave in Irvine is by far the best. Besides the great temperature controlled storage lockers (in many sizes) they have absolutely the best staff and service anywhere. Give them a try ... you won't regret it read more

Felicia C. and Steve G: In my previous review my intention was not to "pick on" you. It was honest and reflected the true feelings of myself, your customer. Everything I stated was true from my point of view. And, I thought it was petty of you to attack my credibility. Sorry, but you don't get to write your own review. And, by attacking my review in your trademark bitchy fashion, you only proved my point for every reader to see. Did I fall behind on payments? Yes, I did, but only because I became disabled and unable to work. read more

Amazing team, fantastic facility. If you are serious about your wine, no better team to entrust with your shipments and storage. The best!

We moved from Northern California and needed a place to store our wine. We found Wine Cellar Club and could not have been happier. Felicia and her staff are super friendly and helpful It was a great solution to our wine storage needs. We would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a secure and safe place to store their wine. read more

A great place to store your wine, but what is really exceptional about the Wine Cellar are the amenities provided and the customer service shown by all of the employees. Felicia is always smiling and ready to talk to every one of her customers. The men who work the floor are always willing to help at the drop of a dime and Steve will talk to you about any sort of wine. Not only is this wine storage, it's a club to belong to. There is a billiards room and a media lounge where sports games are often on and people to be found to hang out with. Wine tastings, both open to customers and available to be scheduled privately, are available, as well. Not to mention the Friday night get togethers and the parties. I would definitely recommend The Wine Cellar Club as a place to store your wine and a cool place to hang out and meet people. read more

My wife and I began using the Wine Cellar Club over a decade ago and we continue to appreciate the wonderful service we've received over the years. Steve and Felicia (along with the rest of the staff) have always been very friendly and accommodating whenever we've needed assistance. It's been a real pleasure dealing with everyone at Wine Cellar Club during our time there and we look forward to their awesome continued service in the future. Thank you guys so much! read more

I am not a customer of this establishment, although I once was, and have currently been attending monthly tastings here for several years. These tastings have been hosted by a friend who does store his wine there - which in turn entitles him to use their facilities room for his own tasting functions. Today, we had a Champagne tasting scheduled. Unfortunately, this was interrupted early on by one of the owner's managers who asked one of our guests to leave the premises. Her demand was based upon his Yelp review authored two years previously which praised the merits of a competing local wine storage facility. We were stunned. How did someone even know WHO was here at our tasting, much less single them out? Apparently, we were being monitored on their ceiling-mounted camera - and they recognized someone they deemed undesirable. To the rest of us, asking our friend to leave was not only petty, it was an egregious attempt to screen our invitation list. We considered this unacceptable, and decided in solidarity to vacate the premises, taking all of our wine and food and leaving for a more friendly and hospitable venue. I will personally NEVER enter this facility again. Their narrow-minded business practices and vindictive tactics are appalling. read more

Steven G. What also is interesting about Yelp is that dissatisfied customers can share their dissatisfaction. Before Yelp, I could have sent you a letter or email that would have been useless. My hope is that potential customers will read my review and those below and make their own decision. You threw me out of Wine Cellar Club because I was showing a friend around. He lives in Northern California. We didn't copy your business model. Is it really that complicated? You gave me no opportunity to explain the situation and caused me significant inconvenience by forcing me to move my cellar. I find it interesting that you chose to do nothing to personally respond to my review. You have my contact information. You chose to respond on Yelp. So, you get a reply on Yelp from me. btw - Things are great at Legend Cellars http://www.legendcellars.net/. read more

Good (and economical) place to lay down your wine. Great service and also a social gathering place if desired. They receive shipments for you so the dreaded "need to sign for UPS when they deliver" dilemma is solved. read more

I have been storing my wine here for a number of years. Steve & Fely have been great with me and my friends. Our office is near here so we have several friends storing wine here. On extremely hot summer days, its nice to drink inside the cellar and on other occaisions its nice to use one of the many other rooms they have at normal temperatures. My company uses the media room every Chrstmas season and it has worked out perfect for us. Whats really nice about their services, is that you can have all your wine clubs or on line purchases shipped here and no need to worry about the UPS guy dropping it off in the hot sun at your house. They have never been pushy with me about bringing non-member friends here. read more

Have stored wine here since 2015 due to limited storage capacity at home, as well as ensuring controlled conditions for collectible wines. We have stored our wine at Wine Cellar Club for 5+ year. Felicia and her staff are very professional and have bent over backwards to help us many times (on short notice). If you're looking for a trust-worthy and reasonable location to store your wine, this is the place to go. We highly recommend it. read more

Like other long time posters I too have been storing for approximately 14 years. I highly recommend them if looking for wine storage Steve and Felicia run a well designed and thoughtful wine storage solution that is maintained as a first class property. They efficiently run the business office and the property is well staffed and provides answers no matter what time of the day you stop buy. One great offering is their receipt of wine deliveries and notification for pick up when the wine arrives. Wish all businesses were so consistent in reliability of the customer experience and efficiently run. read more

I have had wine here for many years, now a large collection. i trust and respect the owner/operator. Over the years many changes have happened, all in the interest of better service for the members. This is a great place to leave your wines secure in every aspect. It has security, temp control and humidity. Is always clean and staff is great. I've been storing wine here for a little over a year. After visiting several options in the area Wine Cellar Club came out on top as the best overall value. The property is clean and well maintained and the staff is always very helpful. Hand trucks and supplies always seem well stocked and close at hand. When I started storing wine at WCC I appreciated all of the tips from the staff on how to squeeze the most bottles into a unit as well as going above-and-beyond with helping me load my locker. Security seems strong so I don't lose any sleep storing my collection here. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend WCC to anyone. read more

I've been collecting wine since I was in my early 20's growing up in Southern California. As my collection grew, I was using multiple storage facilities in the Orange County area. When I decided to consolidate in 2004, I chose Wine Cellar Club in Irvine, and have been with them ever since. Here's why: Top-Notch Storage: state-of-the-art lockers that allow for easy access in a clean, reliable temperature-controlled facility Superior Management: sets this facility apart from others I've used. Steve and Felicia take great pride in protecting and accounting for your valuable collection. I've shipped wine to and from WCC many times, knowing it was in good hands at every step, with top-notch tracking and accounting cheerfully included White Glove Service: an appointment with Felicia guarantees every amenity: ample assistance loading/unloading heavy crates from friendly, knowledgeable staff, supplies, and shipping support Above-Board Security: keeping your valuable collection safe is a top priority here. Cameras, keypad entry, alarms and fire sprinklers are among the obvious, but the company also employs armed guards and works with local law enforcement Unexpected Extras: wine cellars are chilly places, but Steve and Felicia have made every effort to enhance the storage experience with warm café ambience, break rooms, and quiet places to enjoy the fruits of your collection. I highly recommend Wine Cellar Club. read more

The management at this facility has crossed a serious line with many knowledgeable wine people now. It's too bad the facility is nice and there are amenities for wine storage. I plan to avoid it and be sure my associates avoid this business. read more

When I moved to Southern California I decided to move the majority of my wine collection offsite. After speaking with several friends and doing some research, Wine Cellar Club was the clear way to go. I could not be any happier! First, the owners and staff are top notch. They provide personal service for any and all of your needs. You can tell that this business is run out of a passion for wine and fellow wine enthusiasts. Second, the facility and systems are the best around. There is constant security, plentiful parking, their tracking system for receiving and storage is current with today's technology, the temperature and humidity control is consistent, and they offer plenty of amenities such as racking for your locker, boxes, conference rooms and areas to take a break while you are working on your locker for a much needed sip of wine. Finally, the owners and members participate in social events together such as themed dinners at local restaurants. These events make you feel like you are part of a wine family, and everyone has fun together while we taste amazing wines over the course of an enjoyable dinner. If you are in the market for an off site storage solution for your wine, you must swing by and meet Steve and Felicia for a tour of their facility (which spans over two buildings!). You will be delighted by their warmth and interest in welcoming you to the Wine Cellar Club family! read more

I've had my wine at Wine Cellar Club for a while now. They are terrific. They have two buildings with many different types of lockers and rooms to enjoy and use. They have a tv room, poker, etc. etc to use. I couldn't be happier with their services, prices, and facilities. read more

I wouldn't trust my wine with anyone else! Great service and a wonderful place to gather socially! An additional plus - the owners are extremely knowledgeable about wines! read more

We've been storing our wine here for over 10 years and have always been satisfied! Felicia particularly helped me with my short-term needs while we were going through a remodel and was more than fair with the price, location, etc. Unfortunately (!) we have more wine than we can store at home and the top 48 case lockers are a very economical way to make sure your wine is safe and well cared for. We thought about building in a large wine cellar at our home, but when we worked out the price over time, including electricity, it didn't make sense to do that as the Wine Cellar Club was much less expensive! Altogether, I'm very happy with both the facility and the staff! read more
