Breakfast Combo 4 Many choices with this combo
steve e.

I went in during off peak hours and they were pretty slow. Service was quick and excellent imho. The meal was well prepared, exactly how I had ordered the bacon was crisp, sausage had good flavor, eggs were cooked to perfection. The two pancake were large, light and fluffy Nothing fancy about WCG and you would most likely drive right on by it if you didn't know it was there, not the greatest location but worth a stop and give them a try when in the area. I will come back and try them for lunch soon

When you walk into a place and see the "regulars" sitting at the counter laughing and chatting with the owners you know you've come into a good place. The food here never disappoints. I LOVE the blue cheese burger but today I tried the fried green tomato BLT. SO GOOD !!! Come give these folks a try and support a great local business !!!!! You will be happy you did !!!

Shot of the cross section- see how perfectly cooked? And that ham they smoke on-site. Everything so fresh!

I can't believe we never went here. It is so close to our house and we are lucky we tried it. The food literally looked like something that would be pictured in a menu or shot for a tv commercial. We saw plates from other diners and they were equally perfect. It was the best breakfast I've ever had from a restaurant. The food was so perfect on every plate and very good. Eggs fluffy and perfect, the waiter told me that they smoke the ham for the omelets (plenty of ham), toast golden brown and completely buttered, has browns perfect and not scorched into submission like what happens so often at breakfast places. It was amazing. They should be on one of those reality TV review shows. Takes a little longer because someone is obviously obsessing over everything they serve. The inside has been newly remodeled and is beautiful.

Don't blink or you might miss it and that would be a mistake!

I can't believe that we are just now discovering this gem of a diner in our own backyard! The restaurant is super clean and cozy. The food is picture perfect and tastes as good as it looks. It is so rare to see this sort of consistency and pride in a diner style breakfast! Bacon is done perfectly! The hash browns are perfect golden brown. I'll be back to try a skillet and lunch! Well done!!!

Both times we have tried to go there, their business has been closed. Either they have changed their hours, or are no longer open. ????

I also found a piece of bay leaf in it. Then the amore came which was basically a lobster ravioli with shrimps and scallops in a seafood bisque. The seafood was cooked right, not under or over cooked. If you are for dessert, you will have a lot of choices. The menu is also full of choices. The atmosphere has this lavish feel. It has a lot of elaborated lighting and cushioned seating. When I went there after midnight on a Thursday night, the parking lot was 90% full. I was surprised because I was not expecting this packed.

Comes with your choice of one side and I got the sweet potato fries which were good but not much different from other places. Being a former southern resident, and now frequent return traveler, I've enjoyed many places…read moresimilar to Res Eyed Mule. But few that were comprehensively excellent! Our food on both days of our visit to Marietta were very good. If the southern eggs Benedict are available on their specials board, have at it! The eggs and gravy were perfect, and the cheese grits were among the best I've had. As good as the food is, the people are outstanding. As friendly as people can be, and attentive without being any disturbance. The restaurant is spotless, and the parking is expansive. I come into town around every year or two, and this is now on my list of those places I will visit on every trip.

I'd been wanting to try this place for a long time, ever since I started a list of Atlanta biscuit…read morespots. The Red Eyed Mule has been consistently recommended as a top-tier place to get a biscuit in the greater Atlanta area, so I figured I'd finally give it a go. I got the spicy chicken biscuit, along with another biscuit on the side with some cheesy scrambled eggs and a side of country sausage to build my own SEC biscuit. First of all, the biscuits are HUGE. They're the ultra-soft, buttery, pull-apart-but-not-in-a-flaky-way type biscuits, which I enjoy. The spicy fried chicken was good on its own, but nothing outstanding. The country sausage was good, too. Don't get me wrong--I liked everything I tried. That being said, I didn't find them to be anything that had a "wow" factor, so I am glad I ended up trying multiple items just in case I was underwhelmed. I overheard a local in line talking about their corned beef hash, which he said was not your typical dish straight out of a can and onto the flat top, which, for the record, I have no problem with. But man am I glad I gave it a go. The corned beef comes in large chunks of shredded pieces, clearly taken from a big corned beef brisket and then mixed in and cooked with small diced potatoes. This was my favorite dish, by far. I'd come back just for that. I also tried their cheese grits, which was better than usual at a diner style restaurant. The customer service was awesome, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere in general. Worth noting it backs up quickly. I got there at 9:02, 2 minutes after they opened, and there was already a line at the door. I'll be back with friends for a dish of corned beef hash and grits, and I'll probably get a biscuit on the side just to enjoy on its own or with butter and jam.

I've been wanting to try this place out since last year and my family and I finally decided to go…read moreon a random Friday night. It's located in a shopping center (there's a racetrac sharing the area as well) but it's easy to find with the standout signage. We could tell from the parking lot that it wasn't super busy and once we walked in, we were greeted and taken to our table. The waiting area has all sorts of license plates, merch, an area for local businesses to leave cards and kinda gives you a colorful glimpse into the restaurant itself. We were seated in the Front Yard and my kiddos immediately fell in love with the vibrant colors of the decor, the bus that they could see which is located behind the bar area, and they each got a pack of wikki stixs that kept them occupied throughout our time at the table. The decor makes the space super fun, there are plenty do tvs around, and this was just a really family friendly place. Our waiter was attentive and took great care of us. While I was stuck between getting the MMY Patty Melt, I decided to go with the Totally Tubular Turkey Club. My husband got the Buckin' Buffalo, one kiddo opted for a cheeseburger and the other kiddo wanted chicken tenders. It took about 15 mins for the food to come and when it did it looked sooooo delicious. My club was fresh and tasted really good. Bacon, turkey, white American cheese, lettuce, tomato and I guess their house sauce all on sourdough. I loved it and I opted for onion rings instead of tots or fries because I really wanted some and really enjoyed them. The onion rings were not greasy and tasty so good. Everyone enjoyed their food (the kiddos mentioned their fries being a bit salty and after I tried one I agreed) but we were near the pinball room soooo after they finished they were asking if they could go okay games. Before we left the table, I got a cookies n cream milkshake which was sooooo good and came with whipped cream, Oreo crumbles on top and gummy worms. We did visit the pinball room and the kids had a blast. Bring cash to play most of the games but it was fun to see everyone having fun playing games and enjoying their Friday night. Really enjoyed this place and want to come back to try some other items on the menu. Such a cute place!

Unfortunately, as someone who has eaten burgers all over the world the Trucker Burger was disappointing on many levels. First of all, it felt like a misleading description to describe the burger as having two "smash patties". These were definitely not smash patties under the traditional definition in my opinion. The bun was good, but the burger patties themselves were far too plump, lacked bounce, had no caramelization in the edges and were not juicy on the inside. It tasted like a burger you'd find at your neighbor's backyard BBQ with a general lack of flavor and course texture like the lean to fat ratio was off and the burger was cooked on too low a temperature. The staff was very friendly and the food came out quickly. Unfortunately, the burger was a let down and extremely overpriced. You're better off going to a fast casual spot like Freddy's where you can get a great smash burger for much less.
