    This is how they treat my vehicle when they service it! Pilau do not go here stay away! And I'm still waiting for someone to call me - mold, dust mites, wet chairs!

    Oil and coolant mixing AFTER 1 week and 9k to fix

    Took the truck in because coolant and oil mixing after everything changed out 1 week and 9k later I was called to pick up my truck after driving from kailua to wahiawa I looked under the hood and found what looked like chocolate milk in the coolant reservoir. After taking the truck back again 1 week late i get a call from the service rep saying mechanic states still have oil residue in the coolant but should be OK just flush it again later.....NEGATIVE I paid 9k for NEW parts and service 1 week of flushing not going work take the part out and clean it or replace it is my money and your fault. Now they want to hold onto my truck longer..... going on 3weeks for a flush 9k later the manager says he's going to check it and if the pay needs to be changed he'll have the mechanic replace the part

    Took my 2019 ranger to Windward Ford in Kailua. Problem my brakes pedal goes all the way to the floor. Soft and spongy and panicking that it stops on time, so far Lucky. They charge me for diagnostic . Check for tsb/ssm and related road test with another ranger, same year. "Felt the same." As you can See in pictures, brake pedals goes all the way to floor. This is very dangerous. And pray no one get killed or hurt due to poor brakes!! By the way my truck has only 1565 miles..... yes it does.

    LAST UPDATE: Went back for the third time after my tire pressure sensors were still not resolved. It was astonishing to learn from fellow customers that they're problems also arises after coming here to service their recalls (another woman came in for a sunroof recall and they tried to return it with the sunroof unable to close, boot prints on her leather seats, and a new gap somewhere in her car. She came back 3 times within an hour span because new problems kept popping up). I spoke to the service manager, John Le, and he was able to help me fix my sensors and got me a rental while they worked on it. Wish it didn't have to take a month of coming back and forth from Wahiawa, but extremely grateful John was able to help me out this time around. Again, Jessica and Alaina are amazing assets to Windward Ford!

    Not one person greeted me. When I came into the office, nobody got up. Very rude and seemed like nobody wanted to be there or help me.

For weeks now my mother had been very vocal about getting a new car. She has the financial means, and her credit score is over 800. So going to the dealership we know were not there to go back and forth with the price. We said laid on the car that my mother wanted and we told them the price we are willing to pay, if they are not willing then no hard feeling and we walk out of the door. We walked in the door and Mr. Corey Auld (shoutout to Corey) helped us out. Corey is nothing but professional, knowledgable, respectful, and down right good guy (we didn't feel judged or forced). Thats why my mother felt comfortable around him, and to be honest so was it. We were not forced, and the whole interaction was just easy and chill. What ruined everything was his manager. he came in like we owe him something, like we buying this brand new car with scraps. we felt disrespected so we immediately stood up and out the door. What got out business back was our interaction with Corey. Got in contact with him the next day. Shout out to him coz it was his day off but he still took my call and showed up on his days off. thats how professional he was. One thing i asked was, i never had to deal with that mnager again and he assume me that we wont be dealing with his manager while we're there. So overall, i'd give it a 5 out of 5. Initially it didnt workout in the beginning but were very muvch happy how Corey recovered and put in effort for us to get the car that my mother really wanted. So if you reading this and looking to get a car at this toyota Windward, look for Corey!

We have 2 Honda's and take cars to service. The service and puck up us quickring and flawless. At Honda we have to sit in our car in line fir a set appointment time and the wait is not acceptable as we come at scheduled time and at pickup, have to hō in a separste building to check out and have always waited 15 minutes ir more as the cashier has ti wait for service to bring paperwork! This should be in hand when they call us to get the car bc service is complete. We don't go immediately either! needs a better system

Shortly after, I received another call saying the car would not be available at all today. I was ready to buy the car today. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated experience for me with this dealership. In the past, my vehicle was serviced incorrectly here, which already left me disappointed. This most recent experience added to that frustration, as it felt disorganized and unprofessional, especially with the timing of the communication after I was already en route. I expect better communication and respect for customers' time when scheduling appointments. At this point, I'm very hesitant to continue doing business here based on repeated issues with service and reliability.

    BEST STAFF + CAR DEALERSHIP IN HAWAII!…read more LONG STORY BUT WORTH IT My husband and I are both full-time workers and our car had just broken down - we were in desperate need of a car quick. I saw a detailed and thorough car-ad on FB marketplace and had messaged the person who placed the ad, Thomas Kondo. Thomas was very responsive and worked with us so quickly, submitted our paperwork and really pushed everything through. And in less than 2 hours, we were approved and just needed to come in to sign the final documents. After explaining that our car was down, he even offered to securely email us the documents and would coordinate a shuttle to drop-off the car. But He also recommended to come in for a test drive then sign on-site if we preferred that as well (which we did). Fast forward to the next day, my husband and I got a turo so we could get to the dealership. We had both just finished pulling 10-hour shifts at work, so you could imagine how "tired" we looked. Right when we opened the main entrance door, we were expecting a long wait (because again, we didn't look like high-class buyers as other dealerships would cater to only) -- but we were INSTANTLY greeted with a smile by a tall, Caucasian gentlemen (wish I got his name). He kindly asked a few questions to make sure he'd get us to the right person and gestured us to wait in their cozy lobby area (which was very comfortable, clean and inviting). Not even 5 mins of wait time, Jessica had walked over and greeted us -- stating that Thomas had to leave but mentioned that she would take good care of us (but good was an understatement)! Jessica spent the first 10mins getting to know us and treated us like OHANA and not just customers (and was genuine with every word). She got to know what our daily travel looks like and the primary use(s) of our car. She was very explanatory during our test drive and VERY knowledgeable of the car. When we got back from the test drive, we told her our budget and how much we could afford to put down and pay monthly. BOY DID SHE CRUNCH NUMBERS and really helped us save big dollars $$$ from our down payment AND monthly payment. Jessica also gave us snacks and bottled drinks while we waited, printed out the car fax for us, referred us to a tinting professional (because I had inquired if she knew anyone), AND even helped me with car insurance on the spot. JESSICA KONDO is such a blessing who was super patient, helpful, and most of all GENUINELY KIND! We were then taken over to Irwin Rodriguez at finance who was very helpful in explaining the paperwork before us. Of course before making a huge purchase like that, we had many questions and he was very patient in answering all of them with such kindness. He was very personable and didn't rush us like other dealerships have in the past. King Windward Nissan really has an inviting atmosphere and every one of their staff is genuinely helpful, kind, and they really live up to their motto - "We're lifetime friends." Now that service has moved to Windward Nissan, I am very disappointed. The workers seem like they'd rather not be working here, and are very short with the customers. Originally, the staff at the original location would conduct a multi point inspection, print it out, review with me when I picked up, and also provided a car wash with every service. Those days are definitely over. I had to request this inspection print out prior to service, and it wasn't even done when i picked up. They texted me a report upon asking again, however I don't feel as if they actually conducted the inspection. I'm assuming I'd be laughed off the property if I asked for a car wash. Aside from the service, the lounge is a tremendous downgrade and smells like a high school locker room. The only reason I'm still coming here is to complete my free oil changes that came with a deal from my previous purchase at the original Infiniti location. After that, I will definitely choose another shop for my maintenance needs.
