Waited and waited AND WAITED... Patiently for these guys to do their safety check and when I went in to check on n my car, it wad sitting in the same position it was when I first pulled up. The lady said they are back logged and on top of that, she said we have to wait an additional 30mins. I mean WTF!! Dont buy cars from here don't get lured into their "free safety check" sceme because if you want free then you'll pay the price with your precious time. BTW HEY BITCHES AT KING WINDWARD NISSAN GET YOUR HEAD OUTTA YOUR ASSES

I went in with my spare key fob for my 2017 Nissan Sentra sv. The lady in parts gave my key fob to a male worker to install a new battery and see if that fixed it. She told me he said it had no signal (not sure what that means) but that I need a brand new key fob, totaling $593.00. I called my husband while waiting in line to pay for a new fob and my husband said to leave and he would trouble shoot it. My husband opened the fob and found no battery in it so we put a battery in it and it works perfectly. I just wanted to let other people know to not trust these people, they almost stole $593.00 from us!

For weeks now my mother had been very vocal about getting a new car. She has the financial means, and her credit score is over 800. So going to the dealership we know were not there to go back and forth with the price. We said laid on the car that my mother wanted and we told them the price we are willing to pay, if they are not willing then no hard feeling and we walk out of the door. We walked in the door and Mr. Corey Auld (shoutout to Corey) helped us out. Corey is nothing but professional, knowledgable, respectful, and down right good guy (we didn't feel judged or forced). Thats why my mother felt comfortable around him, and to be honest so was it. We were not forced, and the whole interaction was just easy and chill. What ruined everything was his manager. he came in like we owe him something, like we buying this brand new car with scraps. we felt disrespected so we immediately stood up and out the door. What got out business back was our interaction with Corey. Got in contact with him the next day. Shout out to him coz it was his day off but he still took my call and showed up on his days off. thats how professional he was. One thing i asked was, i never had to deal with that mnager again and he assume me that we wont be dealing with his manager while we're there. So overall, i'd give it a 5 out of 5. Initially it didnt workout in the beginning but were very muvch happy how Corey recovered and put in effort for us to get the car that my mother really wanted. We have 2 Honda's and take cars to service. The service and puck up us quickring and flawless. At Honda we have to sit in our car in line fir a set appointment time and the wait is not acceptable as we come at scheduled time and at pickup, have to hō in a separste building to check out and have always waited 15 minutes ir more as the cashier has ti wait for service to bring paperwork! This should be in hand when they call us to get the car bc service is complete. We don't go immediately either! needs a better system

The biggest hang up was that he did not have the safety for the car, but it was a quick fix and he was willing to do in house financing solely based on my word that I would be paying him in a timely manner. I did so and we completed the transaction. When I purchased the car he let me know that they offer a 6 month exchange program for their customers on vehicles they take in that are of greater value that your original purchase. I thought it was a great policy but didn't think it was something I would take advantage of as I was ecstatic with my purchase. Fast forward to a few months later and I learned that unexpectedly my family woud be growing. I would be going from three children to four and was going to need a 7 passenger vehicle. I had such a good experience the first time around with John I thought speaking with him about a trade would be the easiest solution to my dilemma. Little did I know it would be the start to a nightmare. He purchases most of his vehicles from the auto auctions here on Oahu and the following Wednesday after I called him he had a 2005 Ford Explorer for me. We did an even trade on the Mustang and I only had to pay the sales tax as the difference. 30 days had passed and I still had not been presented with a title or registration for the car. I called him and he wrote out a new temporary registration. This is important not only because I needed one to be street legal, but I live on base and need a current registration to obtain a pass to gain base access. Another 30 days had passed. Still no title no registration. Base does not like to give you a temporary pass beyond 60 days which is more than a reasonable amount of time to obtain one. At this point I am also having mechanical problems with the vehicle. Something is very wrong with the transmission which is a risk you run when buying a used vehicle but I cannot take it off base to have it repaired. It has now been over 90 days I have no title for my vehicle. I cannot drive it off the base. When I called his solution is to focus on the transmission problem. He wants me to pay $2,300 for a $2,900 transmission repair and give me a vehicle that's worth way less than the vehicle I started with. After refusing this as an acceptable solution I demanded the title or my money back. He said he had the title for over a month and it's been sitting in a jacket. When we told him we would be down to pick it up today he said he would mail it out Monday or Tuesday and we would have to deal with it and hung up. We are now pursuing this as a legal matter. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT UNLESS YOU WANT A HUGE HEADACHE!!!!!!
