Staff is not pleasant at all at arbor place mall. They don't even acknowledge you upon entering in the store. If you ask them anything they have an attitude and act like you are annoying them. The clothes sell themselves so there is no reason for a storefront. The staff should not work in customer service if just doing there job is too hard for them. read more

Oh, how I dreaded "back to school" shopping with my 15 year old! It was unavoidable this year, so I decided to take a drive up from San Jose to Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton. I figured that styles would be a bit different and may offer more choices for my daughter. We had gone to a Windsor store in Southern California a few months ago, and found some really nice clothing options. As soon as we entered the Pleasanton store, I knew we were in the right place. We were immediately greeted by Angela. She was beautifully dressed and so very helpful. She spoke directly to my daughter, and really listened to her. Angela was very clear in saying that if my daughter did not like something, she should speak up, and not feel intimidated. Well, that did the trick! Angela and my daughter had such a great time, choosing outfits that really looked great on my daughter. It was almost difficult to choose what to buy, there were so many wonderful choices! We left the store with so many items, including jeans and tops that could be worn at school, and for other occasions. The prices were very reasonable and it was obvious that the clothing was all very well made, and we felt so good about the choices we made. It was really hard to walk in to other stores at the mall, that sold cheap, poorly made clothes that would not even last through one washing. I know there is a Windsor store that just opened in Oakridge Mall in San Jose, but I really think it is worth the drive to Stoneridge Mall. Ask for Angela and you won't be disappointed if you have some clothes shopping to do.... she was great! read more

The absolute worst store with worst employees and staff had never been since they remodeled the store had more than the number items allowed in the dressing room the lady put my stuff on my hook outside the dressing room tried on what I had and someone took the clothes outside my dressing room without saying anything to me that I never tried on and did not noticed until I swapped out the ones I already tried on the lady working the dressing room told me to go out and look for the clothes I never told them to take them never tried them on and just put my clothes back on left the dressing room heard staff gossiping about me so I went after I was done to speak to the employee she was not even facing me ignored me and was extremely unprofessional asked for the manager and the manager is not a manager the way she handled the issue and was wear a short ass mini dress everything hanging out explained the issue tried blaming it on me and when I asked to see the security camera to see who moved my stuff got all defensive how appropriate what a manager.Told me I didn't need to shop there all I wanted was the clothes I had hanging outside my dressing room and somehow they gotten moved without saying anything to me like they normally would ask and I will definitely be calling corporate this is not at all a way to handle a issue did not seem like one person working there knew how to run shit this is the worst store use to be nice and the old staff where way more friendly and helpful whoever took over this new remodel store hired horrible employees and I have never had a experience like this! 0 rating horrible read more

If I could give them no stars, I would. I spend $83 on their online store, I received my package and tried my items on (one dress and two pair of shoes), but nothing fit. Not even my shoes. I went to my local store to return my items, but the lady who works there told me I can't because I used PayPal. That is ridiculous! that shouldn't be an issue. I bought from dozens of online stores and I always use PayPal and I always get my full refund when I go back to their stores. The lady said to call customer service to see if can return my items by mail. Worst customer service ever! they don't care about your issue. So I came here with my girlfriend looking for a dress. No one seemed to want to help us with any questions we had. Two associates were on their phones literally the entire time. I went to ask them a question and they looked at me as if I was ruining their time on their phones. Management should instruct their employees to not be on their phones during their shifts and actually respect the customer when asking a simple question. I usually am not one to write reviews but unfortunately, I had such a terrible experience with Windsor's customer service. First I ordered three dresses and when my order came into the mail it was completely wrong. None of the dresses I ordered came in. Instead I received, what seemed to be someone else's order. I went to a Windsor store near me to return the incorrect items, and the employee told me that she could not help me at all. She said that I needed to call customer service and that they would help. It was the weekend and customer service would not be available until the following Monday. When I was finally able to reach the customer service line the representative gave me a shipping label to return the incorrect order and said that they would re-send my order with the right dresses. I later emailed customer service to see when those dresses would arrive, and was told that I was given the wrong information. The dresses were never sent and I would need to completely re-order the dresses to receive them. All the while, I was still not refunded for the first order that was messed up. Since I was told to re-order the dresses, I went online to do so and found that all of the dresses I wanted were sold out! This entire experience has been very disappointing and unfortunately I will not continue to shop with Windsor. They have nice options for dresses but their customer service is extremely unhelpful. It would be better to go somewhere else with better customer service. It has been over a week and I still have not received a refund for my order. read more

I am never shopping at this store again. The two times that I have been to the store they allow men in the dressing rooms. The first time I complained about it they got nasty with me and asked me "should I throw them out?". I called the 1-800 number and they said they were very sorry they would take care of it, and sent me a gift card. I decided to go again this past week because I had an event to go to. When I went to the store I went into the dressing room and there was a man in the dressing room. When I went to the employees to ask them about the man in the dressing room, they said men were allowed in the dressing room. I told them I wasn't going to shop there because I didn't feel safe with a man hanging out in the dressing room. When they saw I was going to leave they said wait, and ask the man to leave the dressing room. I don't feel safe shopping in a woman's store with men in the changing room especially after the case at one of your Windsor stores in St Peters Missouri. read more

LOVE this store LOVE the prices LOVE the girls who work here. My friend and I come in a lot and it's great to hear when they recognize us and chat with us for a bit. Everyone who works here is super sweet and cute as hell! Only complaint is that without fail almost every time someone forgets to take off a sensor lol I work retail so I don't blame them it happens and sensors are easily taken off at home with pliers. I went in today to return two dresses that my daughter had purchased the night before and decided not to keep. Andrea (who I later found out was the store manager) did an exceptional job dealing with a difficult customer. The woman ahead of me took almost 30 minutes demanding a refund from Andrea that was not possible. Andrea kept explaining to the woman that the system would not allow a refund and it was out of her control for various reasons. Andrea was polite, professional and courteous all while worried about the other 4 customers who were waiting impatiently in line. The woman demanding a refund was relentless ‍ Andrea called other stores to see if there was something she could do for this woman. I personally had anxiety watching and listening to the way this woman was handling herself, refusing to leave until she was happy. Good job dealing with a difficult situation Andrea. I recently discovered this store has a ton of cute CHEAP (both quality and price) clothes and dresses. Being in need of a dress for a Special event I found a handful of dresses just as the store was closing. I decided to purchase all of them and return the ones that didn't fit. I confirmed with the sales girl what their return policy was while shopping and again confirmed two or three times at check out that I could in fact return all of the dresses for full refund within 14 days as long as the tag was attached and I have the receipt. Simple enough. She did mention that sale items were final sale and so were "Special occasion dresses" at which time I confirmed with her that none of my dresses were special occasion and I didn't find anything on the sales rack... unfortunately none of the dresses fit me even though I really loved two or three of them :( The very next day I went back to return them at which time I was notified that one of the items was final sale because it was from the sale rack. I thought I was in luck because the very girl who told me I can return everything was standing right there. I explained my case and said I had confirmed with the associate who was Right there that all of my items were 100% ; returnable . She did confirm she told me That but the store Manager who was helping me didn't even give Her a chance to speak. She said we Have another dress that looks like that one that isn't on sale she must have thought it was that one. Anything I tried to say She snapped back it's Final sale it's just $12 so... "it's okay, it's just $12..." (implying my loss was insignificant because it was only $12) it was actually $14 with tax and it didn't fit me so I was just supposed to eat the measly $14 because the sales associate made a mistake. So she allowed me to exchange it for something in store but could not give me "Store credit" to come back another time because the store was about to close. I quickly looked around but didn't see anything that I really wanted... there's mostly cheap junk in the store. She was nice enough to let me stay in the store later than causing to try and find something; it was harder than I thought to even just find some jewelry because it was all so cheap and overpriced in my opinion. I had found 2 more cute dresses I was thinking about getting but then she commented "you can try them on, you don't have to buy them all and return them" I think she was trying to be nice and offering that I had time to try them on I don't think that her comment was meant to be rude... but I had just got Off work and had all my Work stuff on I didn't feel like undressing everything so I just opted to not get them. I felt she said that because she did not want me to buy an return even though there was a chance I might just keep them both! Oh well. At the end of it All I settled on some crap I didn't really want for $16 ($18 with tax) But when I go to complete the transaction of my return. I signed the return and then look at the receipt and noticed there's about $30 missing. We have a short discussion at which time she stAtes it's because I just purchased two new items. I said yes but those items were like $16 not 30... we are missing about $16 still. She said you had $20 of sales tax and I said but I returned everything so with the returns I should get the tax back.. then she looks on the counter and goes oh well did you want to return the dress? I didn't include it in the return... and I'm like wtf?! I said I thought that's what we were doing this whole time??? So confused by why she thought I was just buying items I didn't want when she told me I could exchange for Store credit and it was my only option. In Fact she was "being nice " as the store Manager to make That exception to let me do that as policy was Final sale for that item. Anyways she wasn't a total bitch or anything I just didn't appreciate being forced to purchase items that I didn't want and being disregarded in the way "it's just $12.." when the employee is the reason that this occurred. She didn't even egg knowledge the employees roll in the matter or apologize for it happening she just made it seem like it didn't matter. Honestly the cheap clothes are way overpriced for what they are I don't think I will ever return to the store because the manager couldn't just make an exception and return my dress that I had purchased the day before over it. Let me start by saying I have been a loyal Windsor Customer for years and I actually drive 2 hours from the town I live in just to shop here, but after my most recent experience I will NEVER shop in one of their stores again. Especially the one in the Stoneridge mall. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went here on Monday, to take my little sister prom shopping and found a few cute things for myself, the shirt that I was in love with they were unable to sell to me because the sensor was broken and they were unable to remove it, I was sad, but fine with it. So, then I get home and the next morning go to put on the other shirt I bought from them and it had a HUGE hole in it(I bought the same one in a different color so I didn't try this one) so I decided to call just to suggest that next time they should maybe check their sale items before putting them out, I didn't care to get my money back or an exchange it would be too much trouble to drive there for it. I spoke with Jen, if she didn't lie about her name, and she immediately started yelling at me over the phone about their return policy and it was a final sale item, and when I asked if I could please speak without her interrupting me she then Interrupted me and said "well YOU were actually the one who interrupted me, lady." and then went on to say that I do not understand the way sales work and how retail works and how customer service works, which is COMPLETELY wrong because I am a sales person at a retail store. She then told me it was my fault I bought a ripped shirt because I didn't try it on. At which point I asked her for her name and to speak with the manager, and I said that I was not happy with her attitude, and she replied with "well IM not happy with yours!" and hung up on me. During this entire phone call she had the worst attitude with me, and completely disrespected me the whole time. I have never had such a bad experience with customer service before in my entire life and I will be going to corporate with this. read more

Donyale (Area Manager) and Alex (Sales Associate) are absolutely awesome. They know their stuff from head to toe and the whole store inside out. Very professional, very knowledgable, amazing customer service. We walked in just browsing and they got us so hooked and interested and so friendly we ended up buying almost half the store, not really but you know what I mean. Poor customer service. Completely ridiculous policies. After telling me that they did not have the dress I wanted, they went on to tell me that two other locations had the dress but they couldn't allow me to order it, without giving me any specific reason as to why that was. Why they couldn't make a phone call that would take them less than fifteen minutes to make a two hundred dollar sale is beyond me. I was okay with this and ready to leave the store to look elsewhere, but their staff kept trying rather insistently to sell me dresses that I clearly did not want. None of these dresses looked even remotely similar to the dress I had requested and I just wanted to get away from the store at that point. The staff was pushy, unhelpful and they have definitely lost a once loyal customer. I don't usually leave reviews but this served as a very disappointing and horrible experience. I had fabulous service from Lily today at Windsor in Stoneridge Mall. My daughter tried on several dresses and we were trying to decide. Unfortunately, one of the dresses we really liked was too small. There was a larger size "on hold" at the counter hanging on a rack. I asked Lily if she could try it on just to test out the size, but her manager, Ericia, immediately replied that she could not. Lily tried so hard to find a similar dress for my daughter to try on to test the size so we could order on line, but there was nothing similar. The store was not busy, so it would seem simple for the Ericia to come to the fitting room to help my daughter try on the dress for sizing purposes. Instead she hid the dress. It was a little unusual, unprofessional and made me feel like she was concerned I would steal it. I bought another dress for my daughter thanks to Lily. Hopefully Ericia can learn something about customer service from her hard working employee, Lily. read more

FELT LIKE I HAD MY VERY OWN STYLIST!! So Stoneridge is one of my favorite malls in the Bay Area. I usually start at Nordy's and then make my way right outside of it to the Windsor store. I love their clothes because they always have current fashion and prices are reasonable. I have been coming here regularly for the past year and always felt that the customer service was mediocre at best. But I went yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by the new sales people that greeted me and offered me assistance right away. I was lucky enough to be approached by Brittney, floor manager at this Windsor location. Not only was she super knowledgeable of all the current inventory and styles that were available, but she chose pieces for me and basically set up my whole wardrobe for my Miami trip later this week. Was such an amazing experience to have someone with her attitude and energy help me choose all my looks for a very important trip to Miami. I totally felt catered to and as if I had paid her as my personal stylist. This is truly the meaning of a fabulous shopping experience! Cannot wait to go back after my trip to start shopping for my Fall 2017 looks. read more

I am so disappointed. I love this store but yesterday customer service was absolutely horrible. I had ordered something online. And then I got an email saying that my order was canceled. It didn't say why so I emailed and they said they had sold me an item that was no longer available. So I asked the person what if I wanted buy an item to replace the one that I was supposed to get, would I have to pay for shipping and can I use the coupon that I had previously used on my order. The guy replied (Austin) saying that I would have to pay for shipping and I couldn't use the coupon. Most stores would accommodate for their mistakes, But all I was received was it was all in my hands and I had to fix what they had done. I was planning on wearing this item of clothing in the next few weeks., and since your company had failed to properly fix the website saying this item was "sold out" I am left with no item and having to spend extra money on a full priced item and shipping (which I had previously paid for on my first order!) read more

She asked her sales associate to look and 15 minutes went by when I finally asked about the dress again and she replied "Oh she didn't tell you? Yeah we don't have it" I wasted my damn time waiting around when they didn't even have the decency to tell me they didn't have it! The manager apologized but didn't even seem to care. The service was awful. The store was digusting. There was NO ONE in the store. I was in the store for about an hour trying to look for a graduation dress I wasn't asked once if I needed help. I had to get my own fitting room which was gross because the floors looked like they hadn't been swept in weeks and there was a ton of clothes in every room. Charday (the name on the receipt) was completely rude and disrespectful. Constantly rolling her eyes and giving me attitude while I was buying thier product.
