The shop is located near the airport. The waiting room was clean and a decent size. Their is free wifi, water dispenser, and coffee machine. The woman's restroom was clean which is big plus for me. I got to my appointment an hour early but I was still able to check in. I received text updates while I waited which it took about 2 hours. My technician did a great job! The day before my glass and my appointment they called me and said they used to make another appointment four weeks in advance! By now it was gonna be two months and I couldn't drive my car! Thankfully, Ace Auto Glass came to the rescue! Yes, I had to order through the dealership my OEM glass. It turns out that Safelite wanted to get there aftermarket cheap glass and that was what was causing the delay. I was able to get OEM windshield within seven days through Ace! Don't believe the hype!
