I truly don't understand how there are so many great reviews for thi s company yet my experience has been the exact opposite of it. I've been trying to get a glass replacement from them for the last two weeks now. Every time I call a lady picks up and every time it's the same story she's busy, she has to check with the car glass factory and she'll call me back the next day. She never calls back the next day. I finally got added onto her work schedule and scheduled my car with her on a specific day. I call her the morning of that day before the workday starts, and she tells me that she doesn't remember scheduling me for that day and that we would only be looking at Products to see if they're available for that day. She told me she'd call me right back in which she did finally after many times of telling me she would call me back and not , also then didn't leave a voicemail and now every time I try to call her or get a hold of her, I have to call from a different number because she blocked every number that i call her from so I'm not sure what her vendetta is against me but definitely not somebody that I want to do business with And I would definitely give them zero stars if I could just for making me feel like a crazy person that is consistently trying to get my car repaired by them. They're not even that much of a price difference from another person, but they were the first person that I got recommended to go to and the last person I would recommend for anyone else to go to. read more

I needed my windshield replaced for my 2012 Ford Fusion and I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. They were able to come to me and had the most competitive price. I contacted them late afternoon the following day on the 23rd the and left a message that I was just following up and now today January 26,2023 and I still haven't heard back from them so I took my business to safelite on koapaka street. Lisa came to the rescue for a friend of mine whose car was broken into. The thug had destroyed the car's window in order to steal his battery jumper/air compressor. As a reminder to everyone who have a habit of leaving valuables in full view in their vehicle it is best to store these elsewhere. And everyone in the community should watch for one another and report suspicious activity such as a stranger riding around the parking lot where he has no business. That's what happened here in this case. That prior visit by this stranger was a thief scoping the property for items to steal later. Lisa replaced the broken glass with a used one (why replace it with a brand new one when the car itself is an older model?) and even cleaned up the mess. When he was about to remove the makeshift cover that he made she told him not to bother and she took it off for his safety. She even went beyond the call and tried to repair a part on the car. When my friend offered her additional money for the extra time and effort she turned it away. Al's Auto Glass & Radiator is now our go-to for car window repair. Lisa may not have a fancy shop but her mobile service is even better. She comes to you so you don't have to drive to a facility to drop off the vehicle and then come back to pick it up. Most of all, her quote, which she sticks with, was the lowest that I could find for my friend. Others charge more for their services. TheyCame out and delivered the glass to me which was amazingly convenient since I also needed a new alternator and hadn't gotten one yet. So originally I was going to replace the glass myself, a rear quarter window, called around to a few junkyards and the price was from $50-$150. $50 one was remove yourself, very difficult. I called Al's on friday and saturday morning Lisa found the glass and was ready to install within 2 hours. The whole process took only 20 minutes. Their mobile so you dont have to worrying about picking up or dropping off. Quality work. Safelite had told me they couldn't find the glass anywhere in the country, other shops would've had me bring them the glass or would've upcharged the junkyard price. Al's auto glass did not. My poor cars back window was smashed in for no reason while parked on the street in front of Kaimuki. They were able to fully replace my back windshield and cleaned up all the glass from the inside of my car right where it sat. When I first called they said they would call back with a price. They did within 15 minutes. They then had to hunt down the windshield and would call me back when they found it. They did that within an hour of my first phone call. They also managed to fit me in on the same day. I was so happy I didnt have to wait, but I would have just because they were honest and up front the whole time. I will start by saying that I had an amazing experience with Al's Auto Glass and Repair! Long story short was a large tree branch had fallen on both my windshield and hood of my 2011 Scion xD. The branch had broken through the glass on my windshield and also left a huge dent in my hood. I needed my windshield changed as soon as possible due to my need of a car for transportation to work. I called Al's Auto Glass and Radiator and spoke to Lisa. Not only were we able to set up an appointment for the same day repair and they would come to the site where my car was parked (which was a different location from my house).
