If you're looking for a place with great customer service, fast turn around time this is your place! Gave Leeward Glass a call on a Tuesday for a quote and Michael called me back within a few hours with pricing and booking availability. Dropped off my vehicle 3 days later. After maybe 30mins later from drop off Michael calls me to inform me the glass they received for my vehicle had a defect and they weren't comfortable installing it. He said the supplier could get another glass to them after lunch time but my car wouldn't be done till late afternoon. Which was fine with me. The fact that they actually inspected the new glass before installation was amazing. Now days you don't get much update calls when your vehicle is in the shop. Got a call when everything was done and before leaving they informed me about having to recalibrate my windshield at the dealership for safety features on the car. John fixed my Crv window in record time!! I got in at 2:25 and left by 2:50! He was so nice and told me where I was able to wait, and that it was air conditioned. He offered me a coke or water as I waited and he did an excellent job! The price that was offered was less than half that I was quoted at from several other glass repair shops! Not to mention they all Couldn't see me for at least 3-7 weeks! I seriously called so many! GREAT EXPERIENCE! So friendly and Greta service. Not overly friendly mind you. He left me alone and I called my mom and chatted and he just came and got me when the work was done! That's my idea of perfect service! Driving there was a bit confusing because my maps suck. But just look for their exact address number then it's easy. Someone posted a picture of it where the garage is so the sign for it isn't right at the street, but parking is super easy! Leeward Auto Glass was recommended to me from 808 Automotive Kasi and Kawika. Then i checked out Yelp for more info. Everything was true about them. From location, they are hard to find so drive slow. This is a small business and thats why i wanted to give them a try. Michael has very good customer service skills. He told me it would take awhile to figure out the problem and would call me when they found it. He called me in about an hour and gave me 3 different options for the fix. "That was cool" i told him what option i wanted and he said, I'll call you when were finished. Shoot, he called me about an hour in a half later. He said my car was ready for pick up! I'm amazed this place is in business. We dropped off glass Friday and they said they'd call us. 6 days later, still haven't heard from anyone. No one answers the phone when we call. So we drove by. The guy who was working just kept saying he didn't know if they started on it. He didn't know when it'd be done or when the guy who cuts would return. This place is super. Super affordable, super efficient and super nice. My husband came here for a windshield replacement and told me to come here to fix my car windows. I recently bought a used car and the back windows wouldn't go up or down. Called Leeward auto glass and was able to drop off my car that day. They repaired my windows quickly at a reasonable rate. The previous owner taped up the back windows and there was tape residue stuck on the windows and doors and I noticed the glass shop cleaned off most of the residue. Awesome extra step and very appreciated! When I went to drop off and pick up my car the two guys working in the shop were friendly and said hello. The office guy who answers the phone and took care of the transaction has a voice made for late night radio, very calm and mellow. This place is amazing. I called them super late at about 4:50 PM and then they said that they close at 5 PM so they took down my name and number and will call me back the next day. Sure enough the next day came to called me right back and gave me a price quote on what I was looking for and they were super honest about it. They said that their shop or unable to do lane departure sensor recalibration for like a newer vehicle so they recommended me to go to Safelite and Ace auto glass instead of swindling you trying to fix your windshield they were honest, fair and impartial and recommended you to the proper channels. This company is very very good. I believe if you have a side window or any Other window, other than the front windshield they would be able to do this job and I believe it should be a reasonable price. In the future, when I need a window on the unlikely event that I do, let's just hope that I don't I will definitely look into this company again. Thank you for being fair and honest. read more

Someone broke into my car over the weekend and I had to get my window fixed ASAP! called all around and the average price to get it fixed was between $200-300. Called here and they quoted me (for my Toyota Corolla 2007) about $160. couldnt beat that price compared to others! The guy on the phone was very nice and willing to help. I could tell he was being honest and true. I was lucky because he said they had a used window for my car in their warehouse, and it was actually cheaper! so I went with the used one and he assured me that I would be able to look at it first to make sure it's all good. I ended up just picking up the window and taking it home for my dad and I to fix together. but the man who was originally going to do my window was very helpful towards me and he looked like he knew what he was doing. if you have any questions and need a window replaced, i recommend these guys! located in Waipahu near Mazda. read more
