After assessing the problem with what appeared to be scratches and flakiness on my windshield turned out to be the coating that was put on the car windshield by the manufacturer which he easily peeled off and removed in just a couple minutes! Ashton may be a one-man crew, but he's very professional and thorough. He not only helped me out when I was in a bind, but his pricing was very competitive compared to Ace and Safelite. He also gave his professional recommendations and advice regarding replacing my windshield vs fixing the damage (I needed to replace it, I had two rock chips in different parts of the windshield, and repairing them would not have been a decent permanent fix, so I didn't want to risk it). He even pointed out potential problems with rust and took photos, so I was aware. The best part about this service is that he is mobile and can come to you! He replaced my windshield in less than an hour and was respectful of the space he was in, so as not to inconvenience my neighbors (I also coordinated with people to make sure he had the space, so make sure to work with him, property management, neighbors, and security, if so, nobody gives him trouble either). I discovered that my back glass was broken this past Saturday in the late morning. After introducing himself, Ashton immediately told me that because of the year of my truck, the interior trim panels may crack while removing the old glass.
