Super happy with my experience! A rock hit my car on the freeway when I was behind a truck and it was raining. I didn't get it done right away so it kinda sat. I finally reached out on yelp months later for a quote and Ashton responded quickly. Great price and cheaper than other places + he's mobile !!!! Super helpful and answered all my questions. He arrived earlier than scheduled, which was awesome. It took only 25 minutes for him to install my new windshield. Looks amazing & he said there's a lifetime warranty on it if anything ever happens. Quick transaction, paid on Venmo. Thanks Ashton!!! I'll def recommend you to anyone that needs a windshield repair. read more

I would highly recommend Ashton for all your glass needs! I needed to have my windshield removed then replaced after getting rust repaired around the windshield frame. The driver's side front window of my car suddenly stopped working while it was down, leaving me unable to secure my vehicle. I reached out to several businesses here on Yelp, but Aloha Mobile Auto Glass was the only one willing and able to help on short notice. The appointment process was incredibly easy, and Ashton came directly to my apartment. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a failed window motor and quoted a very reasonable flat fee. Not only that but he manually rolled up my window so I could safely secure my car, and told me to give him a call once I purchased a replacement motor. I was able to get the part right away, and Ashton returned that same weekend to install it. That level of honesty, generosity, and genuine customer care is rare to come by. The value of the service far exceeds the price paid! Aloha Mobile Auto Glass operates with integrity, fairness, and true professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto glass or window repair. You'll be in excellent hands. read more

Ashton is a super nice guy! Goes that extra mile! Installing the window regulator on passenger side and he discovered my battery needed to be replaced and then he even removed my window tint that was peeling! BUT he found my master window switch didnʻt work but since window was down he put in the up position closed position. What was to be a quick regulator replacement ended up with other issues but he remained and finished the job! Great person! Highly recommend for sure and you will get your monies worth!!! read more

Ashton may be a one-man crew, but he's very professional and thorough. He not only helped me out when I was in a bind, but his pricing was very competitive compared to Ace and Safelite. He also gave his professional recommendations and advice regarding replacing my windshield vs fixing the damage (I needed to replace it, I had two rock chips in different parts of the windshield, and repairing them would not have been a decent permanent fix, so I didn't want to risk it). He even pointed out potential problems with rust and took photos, so I was aware. The best part about this service is that he is mobile and can come to you! He replaced my windshield in less than an hour and was respectful of the space he was in, so as not to inconvenience my neighbors (I also coordinated with people to make sure he had the space, so make sure to work with him, property management, neighbors, and security, if so, nobody gives him trouble either). Even til today, my windshield is holding up and still looks brand new! Really appreciated the attention to detail and outstanding customer service! Mahalo Ashton! read more

I had compared prices to replace windshield of my car and Aloha Mobile Gas was cheaper than other places + he's mobile ! After assessing the problem with what appeared to be scratches and flakiness on my windshield turned out to be the coating that was put on the car windshield by the manufacturer which he easily peeled off and removed in just a couple minutes! Since there wasn't any damage to the windshield after all, he did not need to replace it. He didn't even charge for his time or labor coming to our residence. My car windshield now hasn't any flaws! I would call him back any time for any future windshield problems! read more

response time to remove window on my Camaro was quick-Same day , fair pricing and great communication Ashtons Awesome

I rock hit my windshield on the way to work on August 2. I saw that this company had great reviews and were open early, so I decided to give them a call. I called Ashton at 7:30am asking if he could fix my windshield. I was very grateful that he squeezed me into his busy schedule. He gave me an estimated time of when he would be in the area. He let me know when he was one hour away and then 20 minutes away. He was very nice and worked diligently. I was very satisfied with the end result. I Venmo'd him and he wrote me a receipt. The amount I paid him was super reasonable compared to other estimates. It's August 28 and the work that he did to my windshield is holding up nicely. read more

Quick service and great pricing. Explained all the options and gave me choices. Informed me of the risks of repair vs replacement. Even suggested not doing one of the services as wasn't needed, instead of just doing it and taking my money. Honest businessman. Will definitely use for any future needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. SOLID experience all around. Ashton's communication was clear and concise. He was able to schedule me in for the next day after inquiring. The job itself (windshield replacement on a 2012 Toyota Corolla) probably took around 40 minutes, maybe even less if we didn't chat. I could tell he's been doing this for years. Seems like he can do this in his sleep! Jokes aside, Ashton is the guy you want to work on your vehicle. He's professional and proficient in his craft. 100% recommend read more

Thank you so much Ashton! My safety check was getting close to its expiration date and I needed to get my windshield replaced as soon as possible. I was struggling online looking for places to get it replaced but most commercial windshield replacement did not have the right size for my vehicle. After a few phone calls I typically gave up then noticed the request option on Yelp. Yelp sent out requests to a few businesses in my area and Aloha Mobile Auto Glass was one of the quickest to respond with a quote that was extremely affordable for my budget. Ashton communicated with me over the past few weeks and reassured me that the price was legitimate. I am a very busy person so I was skeptical when he told me that it was going to be less than an hour and he would drive to my house to get it done. It took him no more than 30 minutes to remove my old windshield and replace it with a brand new one. Great communication skills, incredible time, and the new windshield comes with a life time warranty. I will definitely recommend his services to everyone because of how affordable and reliable Ashton is. read more

Great experience from start to finish! I had a small chip in my windshield that I didn't notice, that became a small crack and within a week it was halfway across my windshield. I called Ashton and we set up a day for him to come to my office to replace my windshield. Very professional in every way. It was done in less than an hour and the work was impeccable. Definitely would recommend his company over other larger mobile glass companies...and the cost was similar to those other big companies. I discovered that my back glass was broken this past Saturday in the late morning. I stumbled onto the Yelp multiple quotes, which i really didn't know what i was doing until I got 2 texts. 1 texted back, but I would have to bring my car down, which i wasn't to fond to driving since my tint was holding up my window. The other was Ashton which he said he would get back to me on Monday since where he picks up his glass was closed on the weekend. He texted me first thing in the morning before I could even call other places for quotes. So for his quick response and the quote he gave me, was a no brainer, especially since he comes to you. He was able to get the job done the next day, which he gave me a time frame. Bingo, he only called because I asked since I don't always hear my texts. He came on the earlier since of his time frame and the job was done efficiently with a lifetime work warranty. He accepts cash and venmo, in return he gives you a receipt. I highly recommend Ashton's services hands down. Those that gave him a bad reviews, small business owner also need to take a vacay. They are not super-heros, though today Ashton was mine for taking care of my window. Mahalo Ashton!! read more

I was facing a challenge of dying power windows on my car, so I put out a request for quotes on Yelp. Ashton understood the level of effort and was able to provide a very reasonable quote for his labor as long as I ordered the parts. Was able to find all the parts off Amazon and today he came out and got all the windows working. I am thrilled. His service is mobile which makes it very convenient. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and Ashton was great at communicating throughout. Highly recommended. read more

I called and he seemed helpful and gave me a quote, instructed me to text my address and video, and was available to come the next day in the am. All sounded great. I sent the video and address a few hours after our call for next day. I never heard back. Next day I called and was hung up on. And I texted requested confirmation for appointment and never heard back and no one showed up. I'm disappointed.
