A rock hit my car windshield when I was driving on the freeway. Once I got my car insurance to initiate the work order, Karen called me right away and I was able to get my car in the next day. She said it might take two days to finish the work but they were finished by the same afternoon. Dropped my car off at 11 am and picked it up by 3:30 pm. Had me sign the necessary paperwork and I was on my way. Very easy process. read more

Mahalo so much for your care, expertise, and speed! My dealership advised me to go with Ace Auto Glass to replace my windshield after a tiny rock caused a 3 foot crack (which I was lovingly calling "Charlie") and specifically to ask for Karen. Karen did not disappoint; such a kind woman! She helped me find a date that would work with my schedule and they finished within a day. read more

I want to tell you that this the best place to fix your windows. I've been hit four times with break ins, three in Ala Moana area, between Kaheka Street and Rycroft Steet) and on Kukui Street. I immediately drive to them and replace it...have a out of pocket $500 deductible on my insurance. I find them the cheapest unlike Safelite. The office lady and crew are helpful as well as work fast . They clean up all the shattered glass while maintaining professionalism. They made sure I was comfortable in an air condition room and help to take away that feeling of "Invasion of the Third Kind." Be careful out there, Ciao!!! read more

Why is there a reflective sliver of foil on my windshield? That wasn't there yesterday. OH SNAP THAT'S NO FOIL THAT'S A 6" CRACK. So apparently sometime between picking up food on Friday night and waking up Saturday morning, something hit my car windshield hard enough to leave a crack so long that the resin fix could not fix. Just my luck. Anyways, my insurance suggested Ace Auto as their preferred vendor and gave me an estimate (which was higher than the real quote), except it was Saturday and they're closed. But they have this handy dandy online quote requestor and bam, Monday rolls around and before they even officially open, I get a reasonable quote by email. They also agreed to take my car that day if I could drop the car off before Noon. Thank goodness they're walking distance to my office. Ace was able to finish the windshield replacement in under 3 hours from drop off and even managed to remove my dashcam's mounting bracket with the sticky part intact! They must have a seriously awesome heat gun. The one issue is that you must retrieve your car by 4 PM. Now I'm back to driving without a growing crack in my windshield with fast, efficient, and polite service from Ace Auto Glass. Highly recommended. Especially for you townies who don't want to drive to Kalihi. read more

Car windshield/window repairs is something you want to avoid. But the world being what it is, windshields crack from that errant projectile when you are driving down the road or the criminal who wants make a smash/dash with your car window So my car developed a horizontal crack stretching from the side of the windshield towards the center. Every drivers nightmare- motoring down the freeway and suddenly... this crack appears in the blink of an eye. No immediate rock hit, Anyways, Ace Auto Glass was one of the places I could go to. The Beretania street location was great and they replaced my windshield in two days. With auto parts sometimes being scarce, they were able to secure original windshield parts rather than secondary manufacture parts- that was a relief. Friendly, fast, efficient, informative this was a great place to come for auto glass repair. I wish they could do more auto repair stuff cause they know their stuff. Mahalos Ace Auto Glass for a job well done. read more

I'm super happy with the service received with Ace Auto Glass! My back window shattered last week from a fallen trimmed palm tree prawn. The replacement window had to be special ordered and took about a week. The folks at Ace were kind enough to seal up the area of the broken window with plastics so rain wouldn't get into the car. Installation of the new window was scheduled the day after it arrived and was fast. They also vacuumed out all of the shattered glass from the back of my car. Couldn't be more satisfied! read more

Excellent service at Ace Auto Glass Mccully! I went there this past Monday morning to get my windshield on my Toyota Tacoma replaced. I called beforehand and was helped by Karen, she was absolutely kind and helpful! She got all my paperwork ready by the time I arrived. She also walked me through various options that fit my budget. The repair techs were efficient as well, I received quick yet reliable service and my truck was ready a little after lunch time literally that same day. Tip: check with your insurance policy if windshield dings etc are covered. Karen helped me to get the best value, whether it be via insurance or via out of pocket/cash pay. Ace Auto Glass - Brand new spotless windshield - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Honolulu, Hawaii

I HIGHLY recommend ACE auto glass. My mom's car was recently burglarized and a window was broken and the side view mirror was stolen (what fiend would do this?). The car was not safe to drive. Since I live out of state, I needed help planning a repair. Karen was very helpful and helped me to locate a window for a 2014 car. The side view mirror was a power mirror, thus very pricey coming from the dealer. I was able to locate one online for a fraction of the price the dealer quoted. The technician was very skilled and able to replace the mirror and window in a few hours. Karen kept me up to date by phone and they also gave me a discount for the repair. I thought the service was impeccable and everything works great now. I was very happy with the price. The technician also pointed out some other body repair issues to consider in the future. I would definitely use ACE again for glass repair but hopefully nobody tries to break into mom's car again! read more

A burglar broke into my car and completely destroyed the back passenger window. I called my car dealership and they were a week out on appointments and pricey. I checked in the Internet and the one advertised on TV to come to your home was two weeks out and also pricey. I was worried about my car being vulnerable to theft and weather. Someone in my building suggested Ace Auto Glass. I called them and I was able to get an appointment right away. They had a great price and it was fixed in an hour and a half. It was in town near the university so I could walk to my office. The total price was less than my deductible so I didn't have to file a claim and potentially raise my insurance rates. Thank you so much Ace for you fast, friendly and affordable service!!! read more

I made an appointment here because my back window was cracked due to a break in. I ordered the window myself and had ace auto install it. They did a very good job and was very quick. Took them less than 2 hours, very nice kind patient people. I don't have any after pics but just know it looks just like the stock images. As good as new. The prices are also very reasonable. read more

I can see why they have 4.5 stars. They DESERVE it! The staff there was spectacular! They're extremely nice, humble, and honest. What else can you ask from a business, right? They gave me a fair (for Hawaii) price on the part I needed and a straightforward flat rate for the service. They finished my repair within the day and even fixed a little quirk I found. Overall, I give Ace Auto Glass an A+ rating. Hope I don't have to go back anytime soon (well, only because car repairs aren't cheap), but wouldn't mind going back if I needed to. Wish they fixed other parts of my car! read more

Reliable, fast and reasonably priced. I requested a service online through their website and called the following day to follow up on my service request. They helped us quickly and were able to find our info fast due to the online forms we filled out. The woman on the phone also provided us an estimate quickly and everything was smooth and easy. We dropped off our vehicle for a glass replacement on the passenger side window and we were able to pick up the following day. I would recommend this business for anything glass related with your vehicle. read more

I have an older car and was concerned Ace Glass would not be interested in the repair. The previous shop I spoke with never called me back. However, the staff and service here was extremely friendly, kind and professional from the first time I spoke to them. They took my car in and told me the same day and told me what parts would be needed. I obtained the parts myself and they did an excellent job installing the new window motor and regulator. The shop is also very clean and organized and the technician was very friendly and gentle with my car. I would definitely recommend and return to this shop for any further auto glass repairs. It's so nice to do business with a family-owned shop and provides exceptional customer service and work. My window works great! read more

ACE is the best! Easy to schedule, easy to work with, convenient location (we went to the Mo'ili'ili location). Best of all, support a local business. We submitted a claim through State Farm on Sunday and ACE called on Monday. We dropped the car off on Monday and they were able to finish the car the same day. Simply the best. There are some bad people out there (especially in the Walmart Keeaumoku area) but it is comforting to know there are good people out there you can goto when you are in a jam. Ace Auto Glass are definitely these people. They have helped me out twice so far (first time was driver error) and there is no second thinking of who to go to fix a car window. Fast, friendly and affordable and in convenient locations. Will recommend them in a heartbeat everytime. read more

My heart has been crushed for the past week since my car got broken into. Front window smashed and some things stolen. Called Ace and they had a window ordered and received within a week, installed today in less than two hours. Vacuumed all of the glass from the break in which was devastating to look at. Very reasonable install and product price. Looks perfect. I cried (happy tears) driving away from Ace because I really felt like they wiped away the physical evidence and trauma from this situation that had me feeling drained and violated. ACE IS THE PLACE Don't leave even an ounce of anything visible in your car that a criminal will want to take. 'Oahu isn't as safe as it used to be. read more

This place rocks. My rear window of my jeep got smashed over the weekend and needed to be replaced. I called the dealer and three other shops and no one had any windows on island and the order time was 2+ months. I wanted to give up and decided to call one last place before settling with a long wait period. After two rings they answered and the lady was super friendly. She asked about my vehicle and gave me a straight forward answer and price. She also said that they had a window and they could get it done thatbsame day. I was so happy. I dropped off my jeep and they had it for 4 hours and called when they said it would be done and I went and picked it up. They did an amazing job and looks like the window had always been there. I am very satisfied and happy with the results. I completely recommend this place. You need a new window call them. read more

If you need to get your windshield replaced, use Ace Auto Glass on Beretania. To start, I used this business strictly off reading the great reviews on Yelp. My experience with Ace Auto Glass went above and beyond my expectations. One issue I have with automotive shops is COMMUNICATION. They either lag or don't communicate at all. Not this place. Karen is the queen of customer service. From start to finish, she kept me updated with the status on my claim and when my windshield would be here. When she says she will call you back, she follows through. She's also very friendly and easy to talk to. Answers any questions you might have. Even made a suggestion to go with another shop if I was in a hurry to get my car done. I said to her I was ok waiting. When my windshield arrived, she called me to let me know and within a day I dropped off my car and the next day I picked it up. Probably could've done it in a day, but my work schedule didn't allow me the time to do that. Just the best experience. Now my car is official tissue with a brand-new windshield. Yee! Thank you, Karen and the staff, at Ace Auto Glass! read more

Honestly, if I could give 10 plus stars for Ace Auto Glass I would. Two months from today, I had a Stroke & was hospitalized for 9 days. I am currently recovering at home. I'm mentioning this because I don't need any additional stress at this time. I go down to my car this morning to discover my passenger window broken and my car searched. After the police report was made, I began calling to get my window replaced. Yelp reviews once again saved the day. I called Ace Auto Glass and spoke with Janet, I explained the situation. She called me right back after confirming they had the right window in stock. I drove down and left my car. While waiting for my Uber ride, a nice young man and I hope I remembered his name right, Marvin, began working on my car. Within, less than two hours my car was ready for pickup. The cost to replace my broken passenger window was very reasonable, the customer service first rate. This business and it's employees really care and treat you with Aloha! Highly recommend! What could have been a very stressful day for me, turned out well and beyond my expectations! Thanks to Ace Auto Glass! read more

My car got broke into. Was told to check out Safelite. Quoted $371 that included a $30 discount for being AAA member. Quickest appointment would be two weeks out. I called local car dealer and he told me try check Ace Auto Glass. Sure glad I did. They told me come over. Fixed it in a few hours right away for $261. I think Karen give me kapuna discount -- I'm close enough. Do the math - should I wait two weeks and pay $110 more? Hell no bro! Karen at Ace fix me right up. Really nice lady. Cody and Marvin two really good employees made it better than knew. I really wish I could find employees like Karen, Cody, and Marvin. Very customer oriented and very concerned that I leave happy. I took my car into Ace to have a moonroof glass replaced at the request of my car hauler for shipping it to California. The moon roof operated perfectly and never leaked or had an issue. I was told my car was done in less then 30 minutes. I drove home and parked my car. Overnight it rained and I woke up to an inch or 2 of water in my floor, my ceiling and leather seats soaked. I took my car back to the Aiea shop and was first told it was because I bought used glass, then I was told it was set toolow and the tech adjusted it up. On my drive home it leaked still, slower leak but still a leak. I called the Honolulu branch looking for answers and was told to bring my car in. I dried my car for the weekend in a garage with blowers and fans, my leather seat is ruined on the drivers side and the car smells like moisture. I took my car to the appointment this morning in Honolulu and Im now being told that the track is cracked causing the leak but this is nothing they would have touched. I tried explaining there was never an issue prior to them installing the glass but I'm beng told basically too bad this is my issue and there is nothing that can be done about it. read more

I called around 11:00 AM and spoke to Karen, she was so sweet and very informative. I had a small chip in my windshield that was about the size of a quarter, Karen informed me it would be about $70 and I didn't have to replace my entire windshield. I was able to schedule a same day appointment for 1:00 PM. It was very easy to find and they have their own small parking lot. I walked in and was greeted by Beau, he was very nice and welcoming. I showed him my car and gave him my keys, he then walked me to the waiting room and in about 30 minutes he was done. He showed me my fixed windshield and explained to me the process of what he did. I was so happy and relieved! Karen then checked me out and I was on my way home. Everyone here is very friendly and informative. Beau is also a high school classmate of mine so it was nice to run into him! This is a very warm and welcoming place with great prices and convenience! Highly recommend. read more
