They serve breakfast all day (always a plus in our book), and were located away from the noise of the main casino floor. My family and I came in to go to the buffet there at the casino but they were closed so we came here instead. My niece liked they served breakfast all day. I got the chicken quesadilla and it was pretty decent. She got a salad and she loved it. My brother got the pot roast. He thought it was pretty good. My wife and I, were have a double date with her best friend and her husband. We decided to meet at Casino Arizona to meet, have dinner, and then play bingo. The resrraunt really has good food and really reasonable prices. It was quiet, ambiance casual, and there were only a few people in the restraunt. Customer service was hit and miss, but very stand-offish at the beginning. I tried joking and pleasantries but she kinda wasn't having it. Although, she did get better towards the end. We went to the final Collonades Native American Art Show. Great event. Coming home we stopped at The Willows. We ordered boneless wings, then tenders with fries, chicken salad sandwich with sweet potato fries and a side of Cole slaw. The chicken was perfectly, not over, cooked. BBQ sauce was flavorful. The tenders were that. The fries were large and piping hot. Sweet potato fries were also piping and well worth the stop. I enjoyed the chicken salad croissant. We've had nothing but friendly service here. Today, this rating is based on service only. Approached the hostess and asked for a table for 2. No greeting, no smile, no sign of life. A sour faced woman then approached to take us to our table. I asked her how she was doing. Her reply, " just trying to stay busy". Sat down & waited for a server. There were 2 women setting up utensils at other tables. No one approached us, no drink order taken. NO SERVICE! I can take a hint. We left. Being from Wisconsin I definitely don't think the fish fry was perch. It was priced to be a good deal. Our waitress was nice. The fish was okay. Here's the thing though. Perch is usually butterfly shaped and this fish was like a ball/ chunk. Maybe it was more like some other whitefish. The fries and coleslaw were decent. It was not served in the typical way but it was still an okay fish fry. From my experience perch usually is thin and butterfly shaped and served with rye bread or mixed rye bread and slaw and tarter sauce. If you're from Wisconsin and think you've found perch fry. Arrived to the cafe for a quick meal with my parents. The host in the front wasn't very friendly-we didn't get a greeting or a welcome. It was a bit awkward when we told her there would be 3 in our party...silence...continued to walk away as we followed her to the table. Despite the rude greeting, our main waitress made up for customer service and she was great! I got the strip steak (medium) which came with sides-I opted for the salad, veggies and fries. My steak didn't come medium but it was still good. I recommend the pot roast over the steak though. I was able to get a few bites in from my mom's plate! The waitresses were great-they kept our waters full and kept checking up on us. I'd probably skip this place next time and try the other restaurants in the casino. read more

The "Perch" fish fry is a lie. Worst fish dinner we ever had. The fish was not perch and the batter was so bad and hard you could not cut it with a knife! Was informed the manager changed the batter a week ago. Had family drive an hour to meet us for what was advertised as a Perch dinner. They added three shrimp that were just as bad, but mushy and cold. Server was awesome. Fish was horrible! read more

We chose this place because of a restaurant review menu review that we found on the internet under casino Arizona. As you'll see in the picture all attached the quoted prices for steak and eggs + 875. When we approached the host desk we were greeted by two individuals who handed us a menu. I immediately noticed the price differences by approximately two and a half more times the price that were quoted on the internet. When I pointed that out to the hosts I was told that they were aware of the prices online were different and that they had been published 20 years ago. I suggested that they honor the prices on the internet says they know about the problem and they refused to do so. I asked for a manager who supported the same attitude and argued with me that it wasn't their fault that the prices were not updated. She finally agreed to honor the crisis I was talking about but only if I had proved to her that they were online. I suggested she searched the internet find the web page I was talking about and she would see her online advertisements but again she refused to do so. After a few minutes we decided to leave and upon exiting I said to her that she can keep the four or five dollar difference it didn't matter to me. We got our food in 15 minutes. The platter seemed adequate. The crab legs were far more work than the reward. The food was saturated in oils and butter. Plus they give you a bowl that has over a cup of butter in it. It took us 45 minutes to finish the meal. When we were done we needed several wet wipes to clean ourselves. They should provide a bib. Needed to kill some time while waiting for my partner to finish his card game. Wasn't expecting much, decor is outdated and seating area was arranged kinda weird. The menu was full of comfort foods that all sounded yummy, but I finally settled on the Reuben with a side of tater tots. This was a default restaurant because a few in our group had recently eaten and didn't want to commit to the holiday buffet pricing. There was a wait to get in and we actually missed our call because we wandered over to the bar to gather. When we returned they had us wait exactly 5 minutes and then seated us in a half empty dining room. Service was about as casual as it gets, not overly polite or engaging but she got the job done. Since it was Christmas service got a pass and a big tip. Everyone complemented the food, My brother said his chicken salad on a croissant was excellent. the boys had cheese steaks and acted surprised they were so good. I had a southwestern chicken pasta and it was pretty darn good and assembled well. The kitchen seemed to be running well, and that's probably because of the way the manager paced the seating and didn't fill the room. The room itself is showing its age, the tablecloths on the tables were ugly, lighting was incorrect and staff was seen dragging tray jacks and pushing around a rack of glasses on wheels to place dirty dishes on. Desserts here are much better, though; Warning: those with a sweettooth should be extra careful dining at The Eagles Buffet next door, especially on Mother's Day... unless you have the discipline to put extra time at the gym! Had lunch here today (3/10)- turkey club (smoked turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, swiss cheese, and mayo on fresh croissant) and crispy sweet potato fries as my choice of side. Yes, I chose this spot only bec. I had a craving for SPF! I only had 30 minutes' time alloted for lunch (which explains the lack of photos), but I thought a simple sandwich and fries wouldn't take much time. Was I wrong! First of all, it took 5 minutes from the moment I was seated at the table for my server to take my order. Second, my order took more than 15 minutes to arrive, but I had to send the fries back as they were very soggy. After a few minutes, however, these fries were perfect! The sandwich included processed turkey slices (circular slices straight from the bag) and a lettuce leaf that was just large enough to span the length and width of the croissant. I did appreciate the fact that the slices of bacon were pretty lean- I am one to trim off cooked fat from bacon before placing them back in my sammies. (I know I'm NOT the only one that does this!) I wouldn't recommend the turkey club or other sandwiches where processed meats might be used. Perhaps the entrees would be your best bet (pun intended!). I DO suggest you try the desserts (I spied small glasses of milkshakes being delivered to their lucky owners) and the extra-crispy sweet potato fries. Great place to soak up some suds before getting in the car and driving. This restaurant is rather small and the decor is somewhat tacky. But who cares when you need to eat something and you do not want to spend an arm and a leg. The medium sized menu here has most of the familiar items and favorites that you would see in your typical restaurants. They have different specials that change on occasion. Usually stop here with other Yelpers after seeing one of the tribute bands. Miss Jolly M. and her man Heath are one of our favorite dining guest and we always have a blast. Last time we all played KENO at the table and had a good 20-30 minutes of laughter and excitement. My number 8 popped up at least 4-5 times. Hmmm? Usually get the SW Burger and have them bring out Hot Sauce and some Atomic Horseradish. The Reuben is also a favorite and taste really good. Others have ordered the Steak and Eggs with Hashbrowns and Toast or the Chicken Salad Sandwich on a Croissant with Fries. Food is decent and the prices are out of this world cheap. This restaurant is located inside Casino Arizona. The area is attractive and very clean. It was not busy when I arrived at about 2:30pm. I say that because there is a matinee menu that operates until 5PM (I believe). I ordered the Turkey pot pie from the matinee menu. With that came a salad and dessert. The salad was super fresh with attractively cut veggies. The turkey pot pie came in a soup bowl with a large piece of puff pastry. The essence of the pie was cream based with small pieces of veggies that had no crunch to them. The sauce had to be more toothsome in terms of the vegetables otherwise it is one big glop of cream. Celery was particularly lacking since it was cut so small that you really couldn't get the taste of celery. I make my pot pie with celery, carrots, peas, chicken chunks and on occasion small pieces of potato. I don't even have to use cream or milk since I use a strong, freshly made chicken stock. I say this only as a contrast to what I ate here. It had chunks of turkey but the turkey was not flavorful. The cream sauce was also a bit salty which means I had to drink 2 bottles of water when I got home. They offered me dessert (which came with the meal) but I turned it down not only because I was full but because it was described a chunks of carrot cake--not a fan and not worth the calories. The service was super attentive and friendly and that is the reason for most of the stars. The value was also taken into consideration. $9.50 plus tax for salad, main dish and dessert? Now that's a bargain. It's too bad my food wasn't better. read more

I guess it's about time I review this place. For as many times as I've been here, it's always been for breakfast and I think all but maybe a couple of those times have been weekdays. As a result the place normally isn't that crowded. The food here is pretty solid, especially for how reasonably priced it is. I normally get an omelet or whatever the daily special is (which most of the time is some sort of "specialty" omelet). For $6.25 you get a three egg omelet w/three add-ins, hash browns & toast. I don't know what it is, but this place has REALLY good hash browns! They're crispy on the outside & really soft on the inside, which is how I like them. The Willows also has really good coffee (for a buck), and I like that they leave a carafe at your table so that you can control refills. For the most part I've always experienced good service (it probably doesn't hurt that by this point I've been coming here so often w/my parents that most of the servers recognize us). Then again, like I mentioned earlier, weekday breakfasts here aren't all that crowded. Not much to say about the atmosphere. It's a little diner inside a casino, so it is what it is. read more

Great spot for a late night dinner. They're open 24/7 on fridays and saturdays. They close early every other day so keep that in mind. I had the Veggie burger with toasted onions, guacamole and cheedar cheese on top with sweet potato fries on the side. It was delicious! Tonight, we had the prime rib special, a good, tender, well-seasoned prime with a large baked potato, vegetable and your choice of soup or salad for only $13.95! The taste is comparable to a Black Angus experience but much less expensive. There are also hearty, delicious portions during the lunch time. Definitely try their daily specials! Service was fast (we didn't have to wait for a table at the 5:45ish time frame), fairly friendly, with consistent bussing and refill service. The restaurant is clean with impressive decor of traditional Native art on the walls and intimate booths for parties from 2 to 6 people. Parking can be tough if you are only going to dine and not gamble but there is a valet. Because the gambling never ends, the restaurant never closes. Good meal, good service, great price. read more

Waited over 30min to get a seat for a party of 5 when over half the restaurant is empty. Most of the waiters and waitresses seem to wander around aimlessly. It's going on 45 minutes and we've yet to get any food. Might be fine with the wait if they had anything more interesting than "generic breakfast plate" but all the menu choices seem super lackluster. Food has arrived after about 50 minutes. Everything is tepid, meat is chewy, eggs are over hard (i had asked for over medium). The pancakes are a bit dense for my personal taste but that's more of a preference thing. Unfortunately the butter served with the pancakes tastes like some disgusting amalgam of whatever they had in the fridge. Overall extremely disappointed. read more

Short and sweet : Service was fine WHEN the did come around. coffee was luke warm at best. My thai salad was soggy and had the heat level of a lighting bolt being shoved in my mouth. My wifes "hard poached" eggs were harder and dryer then hard boiled eggs. There was only a few customers in there but the food took so long you would have thought they were slammed. Try and catch the early bird special if you go. For 8.95 you get a very good size salad, a (depending on what you get) big portion of whatever meat you decide on, two sides, and a dessert. Now the reason for only three stars is me regretting my choice... I know that isn't fair to the restaurant but usually when you order country fried chicken or a chicken fried steak it's pretty massive. Mine was the smallest out of everyone else at the tables, and there were 8 of us. While the chicken was good and I really liked the gravy I was still a little hungry at the end. And key lime pie is not my idea of dessert. So I guess I just happened to hit a bad day. Maybe next time I go they'll have chocolate pie, or something not key lime (My grandparents liked it, but I just couldn't eat it, so sour!). I've been here for the all-you-can-eat crab leg nights, and always enjoy the food. But lately I heard that they are now doing a dim sum variety, I had to check this out. It's a great price from 10-3 for & $9.99 and for a cheap buffet, there is a lot of variety. The dim sum part of the buffet is just someone standing there and you basically pick out what what is available. There about ten or twelve things to pick from and they only give you a portion of what they usually give at a real dim sum restaurant. But then again, it's a buffet so you can always go back. I'm usually used to loud Asian ladies trying to get a lot of items on your table and enticing you to try things you never tried before and stamping the heck out of your bill! But besides the dim sum, the buffet offers lots of variety also from Mexican, Asian, and American varieties. The BBQ baby back ribs are so good! Also what I'm pleased with is for the cheap price, they have a great dessert area with an ice cream machine. Casino Arizona always does a good job in making their buffets worth the price.
