Willows

We went to the final Collonades Native American Art Show. Great event. Coming home we stopped at The Willows. We ordered boneless wings, then tenders with fries, chicken salad sandwich with sweet potato fries and a side of Cole slaw. The chicken was perfectly, not over, cooked. BBQ sauce was flavorful. The tenders were that. The fries were large and piping hot. Sweet potato fries were also piping and well worth the stop. I enjoyed the chicken salad croissant. We took home half the sandwich and many fries of both species. Our service was attentive and smiling. The kitchen staff are pros. Arnold is an attentive, excellent manager.

Arrived to the cafe for a quick meal with my parents. The host in the front wasn't very friendly-we didn't get a greeting or a welcome. It was a bit awkward when we told her there would be 3 in our party...silence...continued to walk away as we followed her to the table. Despite the rude greeting, our main waitress made up for customer service and she was great! I got the strip steak (medium) which came with sides-I opted for the salad, veggies and fries. My steak didn't come medium but it was still good. I recommend the pot roast over the steak though. I was able to get a few bites in from my mom's plate! The waitresses were great-they kept our waters full and kept checking up on us. I'd probably skip this place next time and try the other restaurants in the casino.

Breakfast burrito

I had the Breakfast Burrito Special ( Fri. + Sat. Morning's) my choice was: ham, cheese, and bell peppers !!! best part was was served very hot ! Excellent service and great classic Casino restaurant atmosphere.

New Year's Eve after a big a big playoff game nothing was open. We sure are glad we thought to go to the casino where the Willows Restaurant is located. The staff was super friendly and very efficient. The food was great for the price. The ambience could use an upgrade, as it felt like a diner. I loved the house salad with thousand island dressing, well done!

We chose this place because of a restaurant review menu review that we found on the internet under casino Arizona. As you'll see in the picture all attached the quoted prices for steak and eggs + 875. When we approached the host desk we were greeted by two individuals who handed us a menu. I immediately noticed the price differences by approximately two and a half more times the price that were quoted on the internet. When I pointed that out to the hosts I was told that they were aware of the prices online were different and that they had been published 20 years ago. I suggested that they honor the prices on the internet says they know about the problem and they refused to do so. I asked for a manager who supported the same attitude and argued with me that it wasn't their fault that the prices were not updated. She finally agreed to honor the crisis I was talking about but only if I had proved to her that they were online. I suggested she searched the internet find the web page I was talking about and she would see her online advertisements but again she refused to do so. After a few minutes we decided to leave and upon exiting I said to her that she can keep the four or five dollar difference it didn't matter to me. By the way the casino was completely empty all but a few senior citizens so they really shouldn't be chasing away business.

Seafood Boil

We were in the mood for some seafood. Casino AZ had a Willows Restaurant that had a Seafood Boil on Mondays and Tuesdays for $20. We decided to give it a try. The service was a little slow but fair. We got our food in 15 minutes. The platter seemed adequate. The crab legs were far more work than the reward. The food was saturated in oils and butter. Plus they give you a bowl that has over a cup of butter in it. It took us 45 minutes to finish the meal. When we were done we needed several wet wipes to clean ourselves. They should provide a bib. Don't get this if your dressed up you'll regret it. It was an OK meal. We did it once and won't do it again.

Native american motif in the decor.

This began as one of those nights where a bad start could've ruined the whole experience. We sat…read morefor nearly 20 minutes before being acknowledged, and honestly, were already thinking about leaving. But what happened after that completely changed the night. The staff didn't make excuses. They owned it immediately, were incredibly genuine, attentive, and went above and beyond to turn things around. By the end of the meal, not only were we glad we stayed, but it became one of the most memorable dining experiences we've had in a long time. The biggest reason for that was our waiter, Cru. Absolute professional. Personable, attentive, thoughtful, and somehow managed to make us feel like we were the only table in the restaurant despite how busy things were. Great service is easy when everything runs perfectly, but it's worth acknowledging that what Cru did was much harder. He completely changed the energy of the night through pure hospitality and effort. On top of that, his recommendations for food were spot on and exceeded our expectations. The food was outstanding, atmosphere was great, but the way the team handled adversity and recovered is what deserves recognition. Mistakes happen anywhere. The response is what matters, and this restaurant absolutely delivered. Cru deserves all the credit in the world. As well as the entire staff and management. I will be back, without a doubt.

We had a reservation, but it wasn't too crowded as it was a Thursday. Unfortunately, I didn't see the memo that restaurant week only started at 5:30, so I had to order from the light bites menu, but was very impressed with the food I ordered! I ordered the hot chicken Sammie with fries on the side and it was amazing. The service was very attentive as well and will be back!
