Food is great never a disappointment. Everyplace has a few issues here and there it's unfortunate that most people just come to Yelp and complain we have had no problem at all with any of the food. Great spot to have lunch or breakfast. read more

I have never had a bad meal here. Food is always fresh and yummy. My favorites are the ravioli and oatmeal pancakes. Great service.

Luz one of the workers there was just super nice and super helpful she kept coming up to our table to make sure we were okay which was wonderful. Also Marquez the dishwasher was working so hard and he is such a great worker and smiled at us while we were walking in, very friendly. Highly recommend this place food and service is amazing. read more

For years, Wildflower had been a staple breakfast place for our family. Wonderful pancakes, amazing bread, excellent sandwiches. While still tasty, shrinkflation has hit wildflower hard. The pancakes, which used to be a hearty shareable portion have shrunk to the size of miniature silver dollar pancakes. The bread portions with other meals are half the size and lower quality. The home fry potatoes are a smaller portion, consistently burnt, and with less seasoning. The Asian chicken salad is smaller and has less chicken overall. The focus on quality has declined, sadly, and it's difficult to fully understand the cost savings realized by skimping on pancake batter. Please do better, Wildflower. read more

The service was very good. I appreciated the attention to detail from the cashier (whose name I forget but started with an E).

My friends and I dropped in tonight for a quick bite before the show. We ordered quickly and took our seats. While we waited a tiny bit - it didn't feel unreasonably long. The manager came by and apologized. He insisted on taking care of our bill. He really did not have to . While my Sweet potato sandwich was great, the manager's response to a minor problem was exceptional. read more

food is good, a little over priced. essentially a fast food type of brunch place. perfectly fine

always come here for a quick and healthier option when on the go. I came in in a hurry omw to work and Elliot and the girl in the kitchen (long dark hair, ponytai, thin) didnt catch her name but they both let me order a breakfast even though it was a little past breakfast ending. they made my day by doing that! That's great customer service and just hospitality. read more

As I was sitting down with my Miata egg sandwich and throughly enjoying it, a piece got lodged in my throat. Our server Riley rushed to my aid with his glittering smile and asked me if I was okay. I tried to signal for help as I choked, but I didn't need to. Riley expertly performed the Heimlich maneuver and saved my life. He provided excellent service that will remain in my heart forever. This review goes out to Riley at Wildflower. Thank you for telling us about your sister's electric keyboard. My first born child will be named after you. Amen. read more

It was good food. But they forgot my friends food and claimed they didn't put it in the computer. My soup was so hot and burnt my tongue and it wasn't enjoyable for at least 15 minutes. It's right by a vape shop so it wasn't an ideal spot for a wildflower. read more

I've been a customer of Wildflower's for many years and have been satisfied with my experience, however I've noticed that over time the 'background' music has gotten louder and louder. Recently several friends and I met for breakfast and to catch up, and the music was loud enough to inhibit our conversation so we asked if it could be turned down and it was a little but it was still pretty loud so we asked again and were told that 'the owner sets the level' so the manager couldn't do it..guess the age of 'customer convenience' is over...very disappointing! read more

This particular Wildflower is my absolute go to for all of my catering orders! I truly can't say enough amazing things about the staff that works at this location. I've personally worked with both Anthony and Jessica and they've made my catering experiences phenomenal. They're so kind and patient and always timely with my orders and have great food suggestions. The food is always great and on time as promised with a great presentation. Their location is clean and accessible and I will continue to order from this location for all of my lunch meetings. Keep up the great work!! read more

I came into town for a wedding and needed a place to eat and catch up with some friends. We came to Wildflower and it was wonderful. Lovely atmosphere and the person working the register, Elliott, was so friendly and even checked in on us after we had finished! read more

I LONG LOVED Wildflower! I have a chronic illness and I require surgery every 3 months and I would get quarts of your Soup! But the choices now are awful! During COVID people want comfort soups! I have long complained about it and I get the standard "Due to Covid are selections are limited". To an extent I can buy that but your standard choices are awful! Spicy soups? Really? If people do have Covid and have mucus they shouldn't be having dairy! Potato Cream Cheese and Broccoli Cheese are loaded with Dairy. You all had the best Chicken and Rice Soup or what about Chicken Noodle? Or you Minestrone? I would love to write to someone that might care and can do something.... read more

Place was absolutely filthy! Food was good but service was lacking. Not the usual experience for Wildflower!

This is an updated to my previous review. There Phx baseline store I visited was lacking in service and food quality. The management was kind enough to offer a full refund and a credit for future service. Thank you for your consideration and customer service. I do hope the specific location of the WF I visited will also improve the quality control of service and food. Deborah read more

Keep up the good work Wildflower, and thank you for offering vegetarian and vegan options. I brought my mom here on valentine's day for lunch after our spa treatment. My mom liked it. We sat outside since the weather was beautiful, but they also have plenty of seating area inside. They have vegan soups, and on the particular day that we visited. I ordered the vegan corn and green chili soup, and my mom got the mushroom kale bisque. You cannot go wrong with either one. They also have a great selection of teas! The staff is friendly, and the service is fast. I also witnessed the manager handled an irate customer with professionalism. The sandwiches are fantastic! I didn't think I'd like the sweet potato sandwich, but it was actually pretty good. read more

I have been wanting to try the fig & ricotta toast for a while, so today I did. Unfortunately, the balance of this dish is off. The fig confit is incredibly sweet, as expected, but less of it with more ricotta would have made my toast so much better. It was difficult to even tell there was any cheese at all on the toast. The multi grain bread was delicious and had a nice chewy crust, so I will give them props on that. What I am really upset about is the bacon though. I paid over $4 for three pieces of "signature" bacon. How do you even get bacon that tasteless? It tasted like it had been soaked in water to remove all the salt before frying. The joy of bacon is that it is scrumptiously fatty, salty pork. Any place that can manage to ruin bacon is not one I am returning to. One other small annoying thing: I went to the sign that said it was for order pickup, only to be directed across the store to another site. If you have totally changed where your order pickup is taking place, how about moving your sign? read more

Hello , I went to wildflower and the person who toke my orders , Emma looks like she's happy at her job and our server Elliot was very sweet and kind. The Food was amazing and tasted very good and the wait time wasent that long. Came here this morning with my father and service puppy Cleo . We had such a wonderful experience ! I love this Wildflower location. We have been eating here at this location since I was about 10 years old and it has never disappointed us . The environment is calming and quite spacious. I love the atmosphere and the overall casual ambience about it. Orders are placed at the front of the restaurant and you are then given your drinks to manually fill up and then choose your own seating. On this occasion we sat outside; the covered patio adds for nice shade and cooler temperatures. Food here is brought out quite quickly so if you don't like long sit and wait restaurants this is also the place for you. One of my personal favorite things about Wildflower is the freshness and quality of ingredients used; it honestly makes all the difference for a great meal! On this specific time we came I ordered half of the chicken pesto sandwich and half Caesar salad; both made exceptionally ! So Wildflower Bread Company, I will see you next time! Thanks! read more

I love this place. Seriously. I came in for like the 30th time on Sunday, and it was stellar as always! Way better than the Panera across the street and Kneaders too. The girl who rang me up at the register was super nice, I think she said her name was Cheyenne. Later I saw her sweeping too! Don't work her so hard! The guy who brought me my food was dressed up in a button-up shirt, not like everyone else. So, I guess he was a manager? I like to see management take an active role in their establishment. It really shows. The food is always super fresh, just come early so they don't run out of bread. Get the Chicken Basil Chili or the Potato Cream Cheese soup, you won't regret it. Breakfast is awesome too. Every sandwich on the menu is good. Their iced tea is great, coffee is great too. The only negative thing I can say is that I usually end up spending too much when I come in! read more

I love this place so much! My family and I have been coming for years but I come almost every day for my lunch and they just hired new people and when I say they are the kindest I mean it!!! We come here to relax and eat comfort food made in healthy ways. All the baked foods are made on-site...all the bread is perfect and the sweets are decadent. The chocolate croissants are flaky, buttery, warm pockets of smiling yummmm!!! The management is on point, even the employees like them and their smiles are genuine. One of the managers, Anthony, offered to sourced out and have delivered in one of their signature clear plastic drink tumblers just for me, cause I wanted the pink one and all this location have left are clear and orange. He went above and beyond to provide this additional customer service. I use it every time we come in and feel special when I do. read more

This place is so fun and cute! Like a more fun alternative to Panera. I had the tuna sandwich (my lunch go-to) and it was fantastic. I hesitate to order sandwiches sometimes when I feel like I could make the same thing at home but this was so not the case. It had amazing bread and came loaded with a ton of fresh veggies and a side of potato salad. All of the staff was exceptionally kind and made sure I had everything I needed. My favorite bakery/cafe in the area--beats the socks off Paradise, Kneader's, & Cafe Zupas in my opinion! Healthier, more thoughtful options and greater variety of salads, soups, sandwiches, and pastas. Their baked goods are also pretty amazing. Favorites include the Wildflower Grilled Cheese Sandwich, which comes with arugula, tomatoes, and several types of cheeses (including Brie!!) on one of their amazing grilled breads. A little bowl of tabouleh or potato salad usually comes alongside as well. Their vegetarian soups are all delicious--selections vary by the day. Their ravioli is great--served with some epic garlic bread. Have never had a bad salad here either. Cupcakes and croissants are worth trying as well! Oh, and if you're looking for a loaf of bread, I highly recommend the Rosemary Sea Salt Sourdough! One of my favorite places to eat! read more

Wildflower Bread is on my breakfast rotation/list in Gilbert because of their consistency. What I have tried so far: Yummy eggs & sausage sandwich which includes, green onion, roasted red pepper, cheddar served on a Ciabatta Roll, Banana Walnut Pancakes with warm syrup. One of my favorites, Organic Steel Cut Oatmeal. Bonus: they bake their bread daily. Service: Friendly and helpful, Free Wi-fi Atmosphere: Order your food and the staff brings your food based on the number you were provided, simple. Their breakfast is affordable and enjoyable -without drinks for two people, approx 15.00, and with coffee or OJ, approx 20.00 dollars. I love breakfast, and would love to add other breakfast spots. read more

I'm giving one star merely due to the stupidity of not having their pastas available until 3pm. Really? The best things on their menu isn't available for lunch. News flash - people eat pasta for lunch. They need to figure out how to make it available earlier (not so difficult if they put their minds to it) Update 2/27/19 - the guy working the front register has some sort of a combination of glue and blood on his chin. It's absolutely disgusting. We had to turn around and leave. read more

The sandwiches were good. It was similar to a Panera. It was clean and well maintained.

I absolutely LOVE Wildflower and they have the best sandwiches, soups, and salads, especially compared to their similar competitors like Kneaders, Paradise and Panera! The only downside to them and the reason I don't go more often is because of the prices! You'll come here and spend more than $10 per person for sure. However, when I am willing to pay that, I've loved everything I've tried! The half BLT and potato cream cheese soup is my favorite combination, and I also love their chicken salad sandwich, sweet potato sandwich, Caesar salad, and Mediterranean salad! If you're in the mood for a casual lunch or craving some yummy soup, sandwiches or salads, this is the place!!! read more

While the food is decent, service and parking could be better. The parking lot is very narrow and it's very hard to find a spot around lunchtime. I had to circle the lot a few times before someone luckily pulled out of their spot. At the ordering counter, the cashier seemed flustered at my order (1 soup and 1 medium soda), and asked me 3 times (Each time I answered yes) if I was eating in. After she took my order and I paid, she then ran to the chef's station, disappearing for a little bit. She did not ask if I wanted a receipt before she ran off. The food itself was decent. The soup came in a good sized bowl and the bread was slightly toasted and went well with it. Around lunchtime it is also hard to find a spot to sit as well. I was lucky and grabbed the last table available. I love eating at the Wildflower in Tempe, but due to the plethora of sandwich shops in this area, I might only come here to get a to go order based on my experience here at lunch. read more

I ordered a luncheon event tray. Sandwiches, Salad and dessert Everything was wonderful. The sandwiches were exceptional, and the cookies were amazing. Okay so I love wildflower and am a regular. The only complaint I have is for the manager. He is working as a cashier and he could afford to be a little more friendly. Everytime I'm here he gives me attitude and ive been nothing but friendly. It finally bugged me enough today to write a review. The food is 5 stars but i knocked this restaurant down a peg because of how douchey the manager is. Hopefully he reads this and can learn how to act as if when he's interacting with guests. read more

I went to this place because of the positive reviews. A Fellow yelper recommended the Potato Cream Cheese soup- so i got it.. and it was awesome and i was definitely doubting it at first.. I also got the roasted turkey brie sandwich (half sandwich with soup), also awesome.. thick slice of BRIE for a brie cheese lover is the way to go! They have samples of bread and butter at one of the entrances.. we all know what bread tastes like but this was a bonus for me to nimble on while i waited to pick up my order. :) they had pumpkin cheesecake in the display case!! I haven't tried it but i know its so good.. I'm gonna buy this tomorrow and bring it to thanksgiving dinner! (and act like i made it! just kidding) nom nom nom nom! read more
