Even though there was a steady line at the door during the hour we were there, the wait was only about 5 to 10 minutes. The staff worked seamlessly as a team, clearing and prepping tables almost immediately after customers left to keep everything moving. Atmosphere & Service: The restaurant is bright, cheerful, and noticeably clean. The energy of the staff matches the upbeat decor--everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there and eager to help each other out. Our server, Alysa, was friendly, attentive, and super helpful. The food service was remarkably fast, too; our tots arrived at the table within about 5 minutes of ordering. The Food: Tater Tots: Absolute standout. They were piping hot, cooked perfectly on the inside, and amazingly crispy on the outside. Hands down some of the best tots I've had. Chicken & Waffles: The chicken was super crispy. While the waffle itself was okay, the soft, easy-to-spread butter made it much better. Coffee: Hot brewed coffee served with sweet vanilla cream, which was a nice touch. Came here recently with my boyfriend for breakfast. Would've been a 5 star experience but it's definitely not due to the fact that it's SO HOT. How can you be an Arizona restaurant with no air conditioning especially in the dead heat of summer. I feel so bad for the staff here having to work in those conditions. The only positive of our visit was our server allysa. Such a sweet girl you can really tell she cares about her tables. But come on over easy shame on you for keeping such a hot restaurant for your staff and customers. Do better. read more

First time eating here and last we had a good size party that was not the issue, my grandson and I wanted the chicken fried steak. We have enjoyed this breakfast type maybe times at different places, so decided to try it here...the restaurant stated feature signature dish...can't go wrong with that can you? ... Well the chicken fried steak was rubbery and chewy, not what I expected, I asked my grandson how his was, same issue. I proof him, pass it over tried cutting into it, same texture as mine, garbage. Had not been here for more than a year and since then the eating area has been pleasantly updated. Was spoken to and greeted by at least 3 people within the first two minutes of entering. I frequent dining establishments primarily on how I am treated as a customer and today was a very pleasant experience. Abigail waited on me and was very efficient and a great sense of humor (bonus!) We ordered for delivery, a two egg Two Egg Breakfast and (3) Pancakes and a Regular Coffee. The coffee never showed up because OverEasy forgot to give the coffee to the doordasher. We also had an issue with almost receiving the wrong order because Ty from OverEasy gave the incorrect bag (it said UberEats on the bag, instead of DoorDash) to the doordasher. Then we called the restaurant and they tried to blame the doordasher for taking the wrong order instead of taking accountability. At OverEasy, the doordashers are always given the bag from the employees. I spoke to the manager, Delanie and she tried to blame the doordasher as well. So now I have to contact the BBB because OverEasy likes to blame DoorDash, instead of listening to their customers and fixing the mistake they made in house. I will NEVER go back or order OverEasy again. I hope they do a better job or they will definitely have more complaints in the future. read more

Food, drinks and service were all great! I had the BLT and the pesto made it over the top delicious - toasted sourdough was chefs kiss! The others had chicken and waffles and biscuits and gravy and licked the plates clean. I had the breakfast cocktail with tequila and grapefruit (forgot the name) and it was yummy, husband had spicy bloody Mary and it was also good. This breakfast spot was okay overall--decent, but nothing that really stood out. The food tasted very much like typical diner food, which isn't bad, just not very memorable. The eggs had a strange butter flavor that tasted a bit artificial, which was disappointing. It took away from the meal for me. On the positive side, the inside was nice and clean, and the service was good and friendly. That definitely helped the experience. We were here late morning on a weekday. Over Easy is a chain restaurant. We chose the one that was closest to our hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted and seated. The place has a cheerful ambiance with lots of sunlight coming in. The seats were reminiscent of ones seen back in the 50s with yellow plastic cushions and backs. A yellow neon sign on the wall said "Good Morning Sunshine". To drink, I had a lemonade while my husband ordered a glass of tomato juice plus a cup of coffee. We both ordered the same breakfast the "2 egg breakfast". It consists of: "2 eggs any style, choice of potatoes and choice of meat plus choice of toast". My breakfast was 2 over easy (how appropriate :D) fried eggs, bacon, hash brown potatoes and sourdough bread". The bread comes with butter and strawberry jam. My husband's breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon and O'Brien potatoes. He, too, got sourdough bread. Overall, we both enjoyed our breakfasts, although my husband was underwhelmed by the potatoes O'Brien as he thought they were on the dried out side. My hash browns were properly cooked---crusty on top but soft in the middle. Service was excellent and the kitchen had the food ready in a timely fashion. We love Over Easy. We had the build your own Omelette and the Coen Beef and Hash. The Tater Tots are and awesome choice to pair with the Omelette. If you're getting the Corn Beef add hollandaise sauce. The service was awesome. We arrived here at 12 o'clock on a Sunday and were seated immediately for three. A delicious breakfast and brunch spot! Came on a week day and had no wait at all. The service from both the host and our waitress was excellent! It's not a very large seating area inside compared to other locations so I would plan accordingly. The food we ordered was very good! First time trying their Biscuits & Gravy and was impressed. They were delicious, plus eggs and potatoes of your liking, it was overall great! The Breakfast Tacos are stuffed full - definitely get your money's worth with them. They have a good kids menu too - the pancake is definitely large enough to share FYI! They do have an 'As Seen on TV' section of their menu from everything that Guy Fieri tried on Triple D. I will say, I feel like they are pricy for the amount of food given. I was kind of disappointed, especially when sweet potato hash was promised and it literally looked like a quarter cup. The food was good, but not anything outstanding. I wish they had more gluten free options. Our server was fantastic. I will say she was very thorough and helpful and the food came out quickly. Service is on point. My go-to is the avocado benedict. It comes with two eggs over easy on avocado split halves topped with pico de gallo and feta, hollandaise sauce on the side as well as fresh fruit. I usually add a side of two eggs for extra protein, and because I just love eggs! The ingredients are fresh. I really enjoy this fun twist on the classic. We were so glad to find a new brunch spot out in Chandler/Gilbert! We didnt have to wait at all on a Saturday morning at like 9 am. I wish I would have gotten her name but our server was awesome, which i always extra appreciate nowadays. The mimosa flight was so worth the $18, my husband and I probably could have just had 1 each and been good. Love us a dog friendly patio and the food was great! Absolutely no complaints there. I stopped here with a friend for breakfast on Sunday. Only had to wait about 10 minutes for a table even though the restaurant was crowded. Restaurant was clean the staff was friendly. I ordered the eggs Benedict and it was very good, the eggs were cooked perfectly and it was delicious. My friend ordered the two egg breakfast and couldn'tt complain at all. I had been to this restaurant years ago but had forgotten why I didn't go again. Today, I remember. I ordered a really simple breakfast. 2 eggs, toast, hash browns and bacon. It wasn't good. The eggs were cooked nicely, but lacked flavor. The toast was burnt (black) and the hash browns were hard. The bacon was barely cooked in the middle while the ends were more cooked. We just had an excellent breakfast at this recently remodeled Over Easy location. The restaurant is great and our breakfast was very flavorful, Avocado Toast and Breakfast Burrito. What made our dining experience the best was the superb service we received from our server! Delaney was very helpful, super friendly, made sure our meals arrived hot and fresh. Delaney checked back often to ensure we were enjoying our breakfast and I had plenty of coffee, even offering to-go cup when we left. The food was bland, not sure if it was the cook that day but it just seemed like they didn't use any seasoning at all (thank God they have the green hot sauce on the table). We were only one of 4 tables in there but our drinks weren't refilled until it was empty and we asked for them. There was a difficult table next to us and the server might have been avoiding them.
