Honest, is how I would describe Wild bee. In late fall we realized we had a yellow jacket nest on the corner of our roof. The owner of WB asked if it was an area we could avoid (we could) and told us no need for him to come out, by spring the nest would be gone. We used him a few years before when we had another yellow jacket nest in our wall, why do yellow jackets like us, we have no idea but we hope they buzz off this year. Anyways he came out, suited up, sucked the nest up and we were good to go. He even checked to make sure the nest didn't burrow far into the wall by coming inside and checking the heat of the wall where the nest was. This guy is awesome! When you need a dirty job done, sometimes you have to reach out to people you'd never encounter. He was quick to respond to emails, came on time, and stuck to his price. Drilled a hole in my attic floor hoping to fish out an antenna wire and instead uncovered what I later found out was an early spring bumble bee nest after talking with Keith. I've waited a few months to write this review to be sure that my problem was solved and I'm happy to say that it has. I had a problem with yellow jackets in my attic that Keith resolved quickly and professionally. To be honest my first reaction to finding bees eating the drywall in my ceiling was to call a traditional exterminator. But, then I thought about what those chemicals might do to me, my family, and other animals or insects. When I called to cancel the appointment with the traditional exterminator he gave me a ear full about why removing the nest would not work. However, as I stated above it has been months now and there are absolutely no signs of bees in my attic. He came to the conclusion that it was a nest of mud daubers, and advised me to leave them, since they wouldn't bother me or damage my property, and as an added bonus, would eat my bugs. I was alert by my neighbor that I had a giant bee/hornet's nest hanging from on the top of my 3rd floor roof. I had the idea of tossing shoes/rock to knock the nest off and hide in my house for the rest of the day. Not the smartest idea especially neighbors are not far from it and apparently the bees actually had a huge nest inside my wall (Keith told me). He brought a infrared gun and found out that there is a huge nest and bees between the wall. The wall was soften by the bees and could actually penetrate through at any moment. It scared the crap out of me as I have older parents in the house visiting and newborn that is only few months old. Keith offered resolution that he can take care of the nest outside, and cut a hole through the inside to push all of the bees outside and clean up the nest between the wall.
