On the day of my appointment, I called to confirm and he canceled on me. Several other friends experienced the same thing. In my situation, I had to ask a friend to come with me as I don't have a truck with an open top to transport the trees so it was also a let down for my friend. This is one of the most incommodious business to deal with -- no business hours and impossible to book an appointment with. Not to mention the guy was incoherent and very hard to understand. It really shouldn't be listed on Yelp. I would give it a zero star rating if I could. Very rude and inconvenient business to deal with. Zero potential!
