She parked in one of the empty Grays spots (most of their side was completely empty) to unload our four year old so she could go park somewhere else. Before she was able to move the car, an angry male employee came out and started yelling at her about it. This isn't a place we choose to support anymore, and I'll make sure to tell our friends these people aren't welcoming to their customers. I'd never looked at their yelp profile before, and had no idea how many other issues people have had with them. Do better Grays, get a handle on your attack dogs. We need to feel safe at the businesses we frequent. *Edit* - to add information for other customers After my wife got home, she called the store to complain to the manager, and the person she talked to said they were the owner. They backed up the employee, and didn't make any attempt to apologize or smooth things over. They said they witnessed the exchange and saw nothing wrong with it. We won't be returning anymore.

It had spread out in every direction including in to my neighbors yards. There was a lot of it and nothing I could do by myself. Chris came out to look at the situation and give me an estimate. He is the nicest guy and knows all there is to know about bamboo. He and his crew (also very nice guys) worked hard for a couple of days and removed as much as they could find. He gave me follow up instructions for any stragglers that may have escaped detection and said I could call him for any extra assistance as needed. I am fully satisfied with the service they provided and will definitely call them for any future needs.

They left my yard in disarray, flattened part of my neighbors property instead of moving an obstacle on my part of contiguous area that encroaches on my neighbors property. Overall the service owner is knowledgeable, but the work was not up to the standards one would expect considering the charges. I give it a 2.5 for value. I am now to hiring a crew to complete the work, since it isn't finished.
