Saw tonight they emailed me saying it was my fault because they were doing me a huge favor for the price I wanted to spend. However, when I started comparison shopping for do-it-yourself announcements, etc., it became immediately evident that the pricing for Miners Graduate Services are more than fair. And I like that they are a locally owned business. When our first order arrived, I was really impressed by the quality of the items--all of them. Then, because I miscalculated, I found myself doing a rush request about two weeks before the graduation. I sent an email on a Friday night to the company, and I thought, "Well, I'll just get the items late, whenever they get around to my email, and I'll just do the best I can." Instead, I got an email reply within hours, and the order was in my mailbox two days later (one of those days was a Sunday, btw). Again, the items were of very high quality, and I'm so grateful! We have lost over 50% of the plants we have bought from them. They said that Missouri has had 3 extremely bad and unusual rough winters. They obviously don't live in Missouri. other than a few cold snaps, we have been lucky. Zone 6 is supposed to handle -10 degrees. In the past 3 years, we haven't gotten below -10. Maya Gardens will not stand behind their plants. We have since ordered from Bamboo Gardens that specializes in Bamboo. Much better customer care.

I got a Phyllostachys bissetii common name: Bisset's bamboo for the backyard. My little bamboo plant arrived very healthy. The packaging was impressive. If I needed more bamboos this would be where I would get them from. Check their website out. They have a variety of hardy plants that will thrive in Florida. * The Bissetii bamboo is a very hardy down to -15° F. Its culms grow very dense, almost next to each other, forming a very tight grove, with foliage almost down to the ground level. It can easily adapts to all conditions. The Bissetii is a great alternative choice to the Phyllostachys atrovaginata for those living in the northern tier of the U.S.

She didn't even ask what we were looking for, just came at us with a lot of passive aggressive comments about where we parked on the lot. It's not that her requests were irrational, just the way she approached the situation was very unprofessional. As a result, I will take my business elsewhere. This was the Glenwood location.

You walk into a showroom with some exciting and inviting items for your backyard oasis. My boyfriend and I just bought a house and it came with a hot tub-a first for both of us. We were excited to find a store that specialized in pools and spas! The most *unfortunate part is the owner. We went in to simply buy hot tub test strips. We were side swiped by the owner who was going to 'help us' She treated us as though we were being screened for adopting a child. She was anxious with a superior tone that would make anyone feel scolded. It was uncomfortable to be around her. There was no browsing or space to look for the supplies-because she definitely owned the room. We wore masks and were respectful to maintain social distance. We simply were quiet and stayed on task asking for test strips. She went on and on about how she 'always has to educate people about their spas.' He voice was loud and she would eye each of us-looking us up and down. At one point my boyfriend said, 'so do you not want to sell us the test strips?' After we were scolded and schooled on our spa we left feeling just icky. Why would anyone ever shop there? Best wishes if you dare to enter....
