To that, I said, "nope," turned and left the store while telling them they just lost a customer. I won't go back. attitude matters. Don't treat your customers like children. Just bc you own a store doesn't make you a superior or sublime expert. You didn't know me. You assumed the worst and left me feeling belittled. You don't deserve my patronage.

He is the nicest guy and knows all there is to know about bamboo. He and his crew (also very nice guys) worked hard for a couple of days and removed as much as they could find. He gave me follow up instructions for any stragglers that may have escaped detection and said I could call him for any extra assistance as needed.
