ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!! Paid for a Bing cherry Tree online. Drove 20 miles to pick it up. When I got there, they said they had no more in stock. But they would be happy to give me a rain ear instead and I said "that's not what I purchased" they did however, have some that were potted, but I would have to pay double for $59.99 . But at the same time, it would take several days to get my refund back that I already paid. I ended up speaking to the manager. She was extremely rude was completely non-empathetic that I just drove 20 miles on my Sunday morning.... The correct customer service here would have been to give me the Bing Cherry tree they had in the pot. I do ALOTof business at this store... Sometimes the simplest things, like finding a place to get your dog bathed, can be the most complicated. I have been driving all the way to a groomer in Pleasant Hill because I had a difficult time finding a local groomer. I saw a note posted online that Wilco did grooming. Not only is Wilco handy (close to Mohawk St) but run by ladies who love dogs. They do a thorough job for a reasonable price and Maddie is ready to go home in a couple of hours. Plus you get to walk through all of Wilco's fascinating merchandise on the way out. read more

Really impressed with groomer Holly's ability and understanding of what we wanted with our 2 y.o. bernedoodle's grooming! We've had our doodle groomed at various places in the Eugene area and the most recent grooming experience was awful (mobile grooming service) so it had been about 8 months since a professional grooming as we'd been trying to groom her ourselves. So Holly didn't have an easy canvas to start with.... as our pup had matting in various areas. I'll attach one "before" pic, and the rest will be after Holly's very skillful grooming! We're so happy with the outcome and will be seeing Holly again in 8 to 9 weeks! read more

BEST DOG GROOMING - staff, price, convenience most affordable dog grooming in Eugene, esp for curly haired doggos. only a two month waiting time (new to this? most places are six months with 2-3x the cost) i have a dog who is sweeter than sugar in southern sweet tea and she has been traumatized by other grooming experiences. when having to change groomer, found wilco as last resort bc curls were too problematic for local dog suds place in winter. never a hassle to drop her off. always assured she is in good hands. groomer asks questions and listens for responses, checks for understanding. my lil cutie has never looked better. it's $100 a full service groom for her. the second less we've paid is $230 for her size and hair type. bc my gal is soo out of this world incomparable to other groomers (even good ones!) - it's wirth it to tip at least 50% bc it's still cheaper than if i were to go any where else, and the trust i have in the groomer and staff would be worth $300 a cut (ouch!) regardless. never had a groomer who was able to accommodate preferences in cut. after one year and six sessions at wilco, i've never been dissatisfied with cut and service. flatly put- she's never looked better and been ready to get home within 3 hours each time. drive is out of the way but 100 worth it. read more

Called to find out how to order hay delivery. Was told I needed to come in person and buy something to verify credit card and make account. I've purchased hundreds of dollars of horse feed and supplies from Wilco in the past year, even though I did not associate purchases with my phone number. Who wants junk texts? My horses are close to Wilco in Eugene but I live 1.5 hrs away. Drove in and bought fly spray, was told they were out of hay but I could call Corvallis store for order. Called Corvallis the next day, was told the person in Eugene put my purchase under another similar phone number and name, not mine. So I would need to drive 1.5 hours back to buy something else to verify my account. This is apparently due to a fear of people buying hay and disputing the charge on their credit card after shipment. How will selling someone something for $10 in the store prevent them from trying to dispute a $1,200 hay charge, if they are so inclined? Not only that, they told me I would not be able to buy hay from the Corvallis store and pay for extra mileage, but would need to wait several weeks until the west Eugene store had hay to deliver. Extremely poor customer service. They've lost my business for good. read more

Was in a rush, and just stopped by this store to purchase 4 ft of boat rope. But they won't let you cut it yourself, so I had to search all over the store for an employee. There were almost no other customers in the store, but the employee I found (who wasn't doing anything) said he'd "call someone" for me (is he not able/allowed to use scissors?). And that help never came. So after 10 minutes of waiting like an idiot, I found another employee to ask. And, again, was told she'd "call someone" for me (even though she didn't appear busy at all). And after 5 more minutes of waiting and still no help, I finally just grabbed some scissors off a desk in a back room and cut it myself. Terrible customer service. read more

We have chickens so this is my favorite place to buy chicks, feed, supplies and more. I order online and I pull up around back, they load it into my trunk and I drive away. Sunday I got 4 HUGE packages of pine bedding and it was so easy and fast to pick up. Always appreciate the extra mile from the employees! read more

Their dog groomers did an amazing job for my border collie and German Shepard! My collie eclipse has a ton of anxiety and so I was worried finding a place for him, but they took him right in and even though he put up a bit of a fight they calmed him right down! Solstice my GSD as a puppy can be a bit mouthy, but same thing with her and they both look amazing! read more

Six weeks we ago we made a grooming appointment at this store for June 8th at 2:00 , this was the soonest we could get in. So today we showed up for our dogs appointment and we were told by Ginger that there are multiple problems with our appointment . First she said our appointment was for 1:00 but we had a card from Wilkos with his scheduled time written for 2:00 by a groomer, apparently the fact they entered in the wrong time in the system is of no concern to her. The second issue was Ginger told us we were late and she is booked thru August now and that another groomer quit and the soonest she can do our dog now is in another 8 weeks. Remember today's appointment was on the books for 6 weeks in advance. They had our contact number from previously being there and it has not changed and they should have called us to let us know. I understand with COVID that people are tired but so are we and the way Ginger handled the interaction seemed she needs time off because our animals deserve better than this. read more

Wilco Pet Grooming I've been bringing my dog there for about a year now, after a frustrating search for a decent groomer. I tried everywhere, and then a neighbor mentioned Wilco. It is amazing how many people have had problems finding a competent groomer for their dogs! We all share information and now a lot of us go there! It costs about $40.00 to have my dog bathed, clipped and have her nails done. This is pretty much the standard price no matter where I go, she's a 15 pound poodle mix and gets a very ordinary haircut. You would be amazed at how many places can't seem to manage a simple haircut - and for a small well-behaved dog, too. I like Michelle the best, she's got a sunny personality and my mutt really likes her. It takes about 2-1/2 hours to accomplish the task, which is good. I have never gotten the impression that Michelle is rough with her and she clips her just like I ask. I prefer to pay up front when I come in to get my dog, which means the cashier has to phone back to the salon for the price. In all this time have had only one cashier who said, "Oh, we NEVER do that!" Which irritated me a whole lot. Eventually she did it but I wonder what her problem was! It's hard to find a groomer who listens. I need my dog clipped a certain way because she is active and accompanies me on many long walks, so her fur has to be short. I also wash and brush her myself, but I need a pro to do the clipping --- try Wilco! P.S. It's also fun to shop there! read more

I just left this Wilco about 10 minutes ago. I was checked out by a cashier named Jasmine. My fiancé needed boots for fighting fires, and these boots are expensive, no matter where you go. Jasmines customer service was incredible. She made the boots more affordable for us by finding us a discount through his fire crew. She was kind and helpful and sweet. The store also had a great selection in different price ranges. 10/10 would recommend going to this store. We just had an incredible experience. I took my dog Bella to the groomers she can't be kenneled because of a past owner who kept her in a kennel and she chewed on the bars so I asked for the express grooming they did an awesome job they couldn't cut her nails normal so they use the Dremel on her I like the Dremel better because the the nails are smooth and not rough so I would recommend Wilco Farm store in Springfield for grooming they did an awesome job read more

First of all, I've been taking my dogs to Wilco grooming for 1-2 years.... so this review isn't based upon a one time experience. The reasons I'm giving Wilco 1 star are 1) the price and 2) Ginger has a great love for her furry friends (she is one of the groomers). Unfortunately, that's where my love stops. Every time I got home, I spent an hour or more trying to even out the cut they delivered. I have a shih-tzu , Australian labradoodle and we had a Maltese mix, but she passed away a year ago. Since one of the groomers prides herself in grooming show dogs, I wonder why my pet quality dogs never came home with that kind of precision. Finally went to another groomer today and my girl came home with a perfectly even cut and a groomer with a genuine interest to please the customer. So, we won't be going back to Wilco, I'll only miss the price and sweet Ginger. read more

They are pretty friendly and have a good selection but their prices are kinda high. I have bought dog food there but have found it cheaper at Mini Pet Mart or McKenzie Feed so now I just go there when I can't find something elsewhere because they do have a good selection. read more

We were new using a pet salon. My Wife is the grooming person in our house but, I felt "let's take King in once" and see how it works out. The first time he was done the grooming was VERY exceptional! He was feeling fine after words and looked great! So obviously we were happy. A couple months later I decided too take him in again...(BAD CALL!) It was a totally different experience!! I was excited to pick him up! Expecting the same results as the first time...NOT!! He was limping and still wet, NOT brushed out, and he had an odor that we had never smelt after owning him for 12 years! I got in trouble when I got home! Needless to say my Wife call them, the reply from the same people who did it the first time was, (Your husband didn't was too use the "special shampoo.") My Wife gave him a bath that night and the water was DIRT Brown and she got the smell out! NEVER AGAIN! Will I put my pet in a situation that he is injured and abused, We'll do the bath's from now on. read more

Whatever you do, stay away from grooming. My youngest dog went there for her first ever groom, the groomer knew this, after that she went back to same groomer and each time she got worse. To the point that kept charging me more and more because of her "bad" behavior. Bad behavior that is not seen at home. The last time I went her toes were bleeding and she kept licking them. Even tho I told her that Our vet said they were slightly deformed. She obviously did NOT care. Refused to leave my lap. She was seriously stressed out. The groomer also took video of her taunting my girl with steel comb. On top of the grooming table, to show me her behavior. I mean what happened to my privacy, how do I know she did not use this on social media? Yes, I complained and was told that is was against the policy to video. My girl is good now, I groom her at home. And, big one, is that that last visit cost me $70, and my pup was chopped up and not even or straight. She did not even smell as if she were bathed. My dogs always smelled good after grooming. So I doubt she even bathed her. Oh and yes, I tipped her well, $20 tips. Stay away. read more

Great store! I cant complain to much about this store. I love the atmosphere when you walk in. The smell of new boots instantly fills your nose as you are greeted by friendly people who ask if there is anything they could help you with. The employees are very negligible about what they are helping you with and if they arnt then they find someone who is. If you need something returned they usually are pretty great about it and get you taken care of right away. They have awesome selection and great quality. However their prices are very high and don't allow people who aren't rolling in the bucks to do their shopping very well. I do consider Wilco one of my top stores to shop when it comes to my animals and other related topics. I trust their advise/judgment which make up for the high costs. I would definitely suggest Wilco to people in need of farm and other stuff like that. Personally their horse stuff has been extremely helpful. read more
