He and his family owned business have gained my trust and loyalty over the years through simple, yet rare to find metrics... high competence, honesty, and fairness. She explained to me that she was there early cleaning the office and that they didn't open until 8:30. Oh I felt so bad, but she was very sweet and helped me anyway, even after I offered to go back. Very sweet! I do highly recommend Montgomery Heating and Cooling. They are a locally owned business and very knowledgeable in their field. They're all very, very kind as well! 20 stars if I could! I worked with Margret, the owner of the company on both consultations. I'm a return customer. 1st time was to pick out interior colors and was satisfied with receiving them with in a couple days. I was told it was nice to work with me and looked forward to helping further on my remodel. I had a second consultation to pick home exterior paint colors as our home was being resided a month. During the, "consultation" this timeline was explained to her and she said no problem. After waiting over a month with no response I contacted the company and the owner, Margret, sent me this email... "Got your message from the office and sorry - this has been unfinished in my drafts and I just have been too busy with consultations and remodeling to wrap up. No charge for the visit and sorry - I just am better to focus on the work I have lined up and here." I replied to her I had the contractors her putting up siding and really needed the color choices. She replied "sorry, I'm going on vacation and cannot help you." In an email response. I'm honestly just floored. Agains, if you have money invested in projects and are looking for professionals... this IS NOT the company to go with. I truly just thought they forgot to send the colors over, not she just decided like a game without telling me she had no intentions on helping me after I took a day off to to meet with her at my house consultation. ‍‍‍‍ I will definitely update this post including recommendation to a professional company patrons can use for staging and remodeling choices because you deserve better! Alright...it's been 2.5 months since the installation of our sauna and now ready to tell others on…read morethe ledge about pulling the trigger. Always been active, have own home gym and hot tub already, been wanting a sauna for years but didn't really have the room for any type of inside sauna. So my wife and I would always venture to sauna places on vacations (Archmedies Banya in SF, HAVN in Victoria BC, Connect Wellness Vancouver) and we're even using ONSEN in Eugene 2-3 times a week at 40 bucks a pop. Wife and I ventured out west 11th to Cedar Works to take a look. Walk in and see the Northstar traditional steam 5x7 outdoor steam sauna. Price somewhere around $15,000 delivered and installed (minus electrician cost). The inside design was perfect for us, top bench long enough for me (6'3") to lay down with room to spare. Staff was patient and informative leaving me with enough information to be potentially shrink my bank account by 15,000. 2-3 days pass by and I decide to try and pull the trigger. I email them asking if there was any type of left over home show discount or "bald, blue eye discount." Get a response knocking off a couple hundred using the "bald/blue eye discount" if I come down and purchase it today. Get down there quickly as to not miss the "bald/blue eye discount" and pay for it. Install in our backyard scheduled for sept 16-17th. In the couple weeks of waiting (think waiting to open Xmas presents as a kid or waiting to turn 16 to get your license, seemed like it took for freakin ever!) wife and I cleared the area and followed the advice of laying down 3 pressure treated 4x4's for the sauna to be installed on. Electrician recommended by Cedar Works contacted us and came out prior to give an estimate which was around $1700. He was great to work with and knew his job! Install day arrives, the dudes show up and do their thing and the second day while they are finished up, the electrician shows up and does his thing. All of the sudden it's done! We used it that night and every night we have been home since, sometimes multiple times a day. The sauna comes bare wood so stain is recommended to be done asap. Cedar Works recommended Cabot's timber oil and the wife went to work staining. She did an awesome job! Experience: Quality of the sauna is incredible, use is easy, especially with the app, heats up quickly, we keep it at the max temp which is 194. Daily+ use for the last 2.5 months and the sauna has performed perfectly! Cedar Works experience: Down to earth, friendly, and knowledgeable. Price was actually cheaper than I saw online for the exact same model without installation. The installation crew knew exactly what they were doing and worked fast and efficient. Electrician did quality work making the 220 line coming from the breaker box as invisible as possible . So, if you are on the fence trying to decide what kind of sauna, where it could be placed (inside or outside) you gotta pay Cedar Works a visit. I am very glad I did! It's an investment, but it's for your health and quality of life which is worth the investmen. Thanks Cedar Works! Probably have to visit you guy's again when we decide to replace our hot tub.

We had one particularly challenging house that we didn't rehab completely and certain parts of the house had serious retro, mid '50s built-in furniture. She made it look AMAZING!
